Abstract

However, the door assembly having the conventional hydraulic hinge has problems in that a portion of the hydraulic hinge fastened and fixed to the door frame is frequently damaged, and in repairing, the coupling structure of the fastened portion is complicated, and the disassembling work is long.

Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an opening/closing adjustment door that is easy to construct and does not require a hinge: the hydraulic hinge is provided in the door, so that the door can be automatically returned and closed by the hydraulic hinge even though a user does not perform an additional operation after the door is opened, thereby enabling the door to be operated without the hinge, and the first fixing part and the second fixing part for fixing the hinge shaft are provided, so that the hydraulic hinge can be easily and easily mounted and fastened to the door frame, and the disassembly and assembly of the door frame can be easily performed.

The present invention is a solution for solving the above-described problems, and is characterized by comprising: a door frame 10 forming a frame of the door D, and having a setting step 13 formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof with a height difference; a first fixing part 20 fixedly fastened to the installation step 13 of the upper end corner of the door frame 10 in a right angle form formed by a horizontal bar 21 and a vertical bar 22, and a first insertion groove 23 is formed along the length direction of the horizontal bar 21 which is horizontal to the ground; a hydraulic hinge 30 having a portion of the uppermost hinge shaft 31 inserted into the first insertion groove 23 to be rotatably erected on the door frame 10, and rotated when being moved in and out, and a hydraulic cylinder provided therein to automatically return to the original position and close after the door D is opened, thereby rotating the door D without a hinge; a door vertical rod 40 having an insertion hole 41 formed along a vertical direction so that the hydraulic hinge 30 is inserted in a longitudinal direction, and one side of which is connected to a door D; and a second fixing part 50 having a second insertion groove 51 formed on one surface thereof to correspond to the first insertion groove 23, fastened to one side of the horizontal bar 21 to be positioned on the same horizontal line as the horizontal bar 21, and sealed and positioned at the remaining portion of the hinge shaft 31 which is not inserted into the first insertion groove 23.
As described above, the present invention has the effect of facilitating and facilitating the construction of the door.
The present invention also has the effect of opening and closing the door without a conventional hinge and automatically closing the door after the door is opened and closed.
In addition, the invention has the advantages of simple structure and easy manufacture.

An embodiment of the present invention is described below.
The present invention is characterized by comprising: a door frame 10 forming a frame of the door D, and having a setting step 13 formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof with a height difference; a first fixing part 20 fixedly fastened to the installation step 13 of the upper end corner of the door frame 10 in a right angle form formed by a horizontal bar 21 and a vertical bar 22, and a first insertion groove 23 is formed along the length direction of the horizontal bar 21 which is horizontal to the ground; a hydraulic hinge 30 having a portion of the uppermost hinge shaft 31 inserted into the first insertion groove 23 to be rotatably erected on the door frame 10, and rotated when being moved in and out, and a hydraulic cylinder provided therein to automatically return to the original position and close after the door D is opened, thereby rotating the door D without a hinge; a door vertical rod 40 having an insertion hole 41 formed along a vertical direction so that the hydraulic hinge 30 is inserted in a longitudinal direction, and one side of which is connected to a door D; and a second fixing part 50 having a second insertion groove 51 formed on one surface thereof to correspond to the first insertion groove 23, fastened to one side of the horizontal bar 21 to be positioned on the same horizontal line as the horizontal bar 21, and sealed and positioned at the remaining portion of the hinge shaft 31 which is not inserted into the first insertion groove 23.
In the present invention, the first and second fixing parts 20 and 50 are respectively provided with first fastening holes 24 and second fastening holes 52, which are horizontally formed along the longitudinal direction on both sides of the first insertion groove 23 and the second insertion groove 51, respectively, and the first and second fixing parts 20 and 50 are connected and fixed to each other by fixing means B, which are continuously fastened to the first and second fastening holes 24 and 52.
In the present invention, the first fixing portion 20 and the second fixing portion 50 are formed with a protrusion 60 protruding toward the second fixing portion 50 on both sides of the first insertion groove 23, and a recess 62 corresponding to the protrusion 60 and into which the protrusion 60 is inserted is formed on both sides of the second insertion groove 50, so that the first fixing portion 20 and the second fixing portion 50 are connected and fixed to each other in a horizontal direction.
Hereinafter, an opening/closing adjusting door according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is easy to construct and does not require a hinge, will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
The door for opening and closing adjustment, which is easy to construct and does not need a hinge, comprises a door frame 10, a first fixing part 20, a hydraulic hinge 30, a door vertical rod 40 and a second fixing part 50.
The door frame 10 is a frame-shaped frame that is initially installed in a portion where the door D is installed in a building, and the present invention has been described with reference to a door frame 10 having a substantially square shape.
A step 13 is formed on one surface of the door frame 10 so as to have a height difference on the inner circumferential surface of the front or rear surface of the door frame 10, and a device to be described later for opening and closing the door D by rotating the door D is provided on the step 13.
The first fixing portion 20 is provided to be rotatable together with a second fixing portion 50 described below for the hydraulic hinge 30 for rotating the door D.
The first fixing portion 20 is formed of a horizontal bar 21 which is horizontal to the ground and is connected to the upper horizontal frame 11 of the door frame 10, and a vertical bar 22 which is vertical to the ground and is connected to the one vertical frame 12 of the door frame 10, and has a right-angled form of a reversed L-shape or a reversed L-shape.
Accordingly, the first fixing portion 20 is fixedly fastened to the installation step 13 of the one upper end corner of the door frame 10 in a right angle form formed by the horizontal bar 21 and the vertical bar 22, and according to an embodiment of a user, a plurality of coupling holes (not shown) are formed in advance in the horizontal bar 21 and the vertical bar 22, and the door frame 10 can be fixed by fixing means (for example, bolts, nuts, etc.).
In the first fixing portion 20, a horizontal rod 21 provided on the installation step 13 of the upper side horizontal frame 11 and horizontal to the ground is recessed in the longitudinal direction and the horizontal direction to form a first insertion groove 23. Such a first insertion groove 23 functions as a groove for fixing the hinge shaft 31 of the hydraulic hinge 30 together with a second insertion groove 51 of a second fixing portion 50 described below.

Of course, the hydraulic hinge 230 is used by being inserted into a vertical door vertical rod 40 along a longitudinal direction, and the vertical door rod 40 is formed with an insertion hole 41 for inserting the hydraulic hinge 30 along the longitudinal direction, and has a structure in which a part of a hinge shaft 31 connected to an internal hydraulic cylinder is protruded at the uppermost end and a rotation shaft not rotating on its axis is protruded at the lower end, and is connected to a lower horizontal frame of the door frame 10.
Such a hydraulic hinge 30 is described in the above-mentioned "background art" section, and such a hydraulic hinge 30 is a known art, and a detailed description of the internal structure and operation will be omitted.
As described above, the door vertical rod 40 is formed with the insertion hole 41 along the vertical direction, into which the hydraulic hinge 30 is inserted along the longitudinal direction, and one side is connected to the door D.
The second fixing part 50 has a second insertion groove 51 formed on one surface thereof to correspond to the first insertion groove 23, is fastened to one side of the horizontal bar 21 to be positioned on the same horizontal line as the horizontal bar 21, and is positioned by sealing the remaining portion of the hinge shaft 31 which is not inserted into the first insertion groove 23. Accordingly, the hinge shaft 31 of the hydraulic hinge 30 is positioned and positioned in the first and second insertion grooves 23 and 51 when the door D is opened and closed.
Meanwhile, in the case of the first and second fixing parts 20 and 50, the first fixing part 20 is horizontally formed with first fastening holes 24 along the length direction at both sides of the first insertion groove 23, the second fixing part 50 is horizontally formed with second fastening holes 52 along the length direction at both sides of the second insertion groove 51, and the first and second fixing parts 20 and 50 are coupled and fixed to each other by fixing units B (bolts, etc.) continuously fastened to the first and second fastening holes 24 and 52. Of course, since the hinge shaft 31 has a square cross section, the groove shape formed by the first insertion groove 23 and the second insertion groove 51 inserted corresponding to the hinge shaft 31 also has a rectangular shape.
Further, according to various embodiments of a user, in the first and second fixing parts 20 and 50, in the case of the first fixing part 20, protruding parts 60 protruding toward the second fixing part 50 are formed on both sides of the first insertion groove 23, and in the case of the second fixing part 50, recessed parts 62 corresponding to the protruding parts 60 and into which the protruding parts 60 are inserted are formed on both sides of the second insertion groove 50, so that the first and second fixing parts 20 and 50 are connected and fixed to each other in a horizontal direction. Of course, such a structure is used together with the first and second fastening holes 24 and 52 to further reinforce the mutual fixation between the first and second fixing parts 20 and 50.

Claims (1)
1. A door for opening and closing adjustment which is easy to construct and does not require a hinge,
the method comprises the following steps:
a door frame forming a frame of the door, and forming a setting step having a height difference on an inner circumferential surface of the frame;
a first fixing part fixedly fastened to the installation step of the upper end corner of the door frame in a right angle form formed by a horizontal rod and a vertical rod, and a first insertion groove is formed along the length direction of the horizontal rod which is horizontal to the ground;
a hydraulic hinge, a part of the hinge axis at the top is inserted into the first insertion groove to be vertically arranged on the door frame in a rotatable mode, and rotates when the hydraulic hinge enters and exits, and a hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the hydraulic hinge to have the function of automatically returning to the original position and closing after the door is opened, so that the door can rotate without a hinge;
a door vertical rod, which is provided with an insertion opening along the vertical direction for inserting the hydraulic hinge along the length direction, and one side of the door vertical rod is connected with the door; and
