A bridge damping and noise reducing installation device comprises an installation box (1) and is characterized in that a pile foundation (2) is arranged in the installation box (1), the top end of the pile foundation (2) extends to the upper portion of the installation box (1), two sliding rails (26) are symmetrically and fixedly installed at the top of the installation box (1), two L-shaped rods (6) are connected onto the sliding rails (26) in a sliding mode, the two L-shaped rods (6) are respectively located on two sides of the pile foundation (2) and are clamped with the pile foundation (2), moving rods (9) are respectively connected onto two sides of the installation box (1) in a sliding mode, the two moving rods (9) are respectively in transmission connection with the two L-shaped rods (6), the bottom ends of the two moving rods (9) are fixedly installed with a same pressing plate (10), two drill bits (12) are rotationally connected to the bottom of the pressing plate (10) in a symmetrical mode, the drill bits (12) are of a hollow structure, and the two drill bits, the bottom of the pressing plate (10) is symmetrically connected with two connecting plates (28) in a sliding manner, and the two connecting plates (28) are respectively in transmission connection with the two drill bits (12); the top parts of the two sides of the pile foundation (2) are rotatably connected with thread covers (3), the thread covers (3) are internally threaded with screw rods (5), and the bottom ends of the two screw rods (5) respectively extend into the thread covers (3) and are fixedly connected with the top parts of the clamping rings (4); the L-shaped rod (6) is fixedly provided with obliquely arranged connecting rings (8), the top of one side of the movable rod (9) is fixedly provided with a baffle shaft (27), and one ends of the two baffle shafts (27) respectively extend into the two connecting rings (8) and are respectively in transmission connection with the two connecting rings (8); the bottom of the mounting box (1) is symmetrically and fixedly provided with two ball screws (11), ball screw nuts (24) are fixedly arranged in the drill bit (12), and the two ball screws (11) respectively penetrate through the two ball screw nuts (24) and are respectively in threaded connection with the two ball screw nuts (24); a gear (13) is fixedly sleeved on the drill bit (12), the bottom of the pressing plate (10) is symmetrically and slidably connected with two racks (15), one ends, far away from each other, of the two racks (15) are respectively connected with two connecting plates (28), and the two racks (15) are respectively meshed with the two gears (13); placed bottom plate (18) on the bottom inner wall of install bin (1), and the top fixed mounting of bottom plate (18) has backup pad (16), the equidistant fixed mounting of top symmetry of bottom plate (18) has a plurality of V type bracing pieces (19), and the top of a plurality of V type bracing pieces (19) all with the bottom fixed connection of backup pad (16), fixed mounting has V type auxiliary rod (20) on V type bracing piece (19), fixed mounting has blotter (21) between bottom plate (18) and backup pad (16), and blotter (21) parcel a plurality of V type bracing pieces (19) and a plurality of V type auxiliary rod (20).

A bridge damping and noise reducing mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the top of the supporting plate (16) is provided with a positioning groove, a non-slip mat (17) is fixedly mounted in the positioning groove, and the bottom end of the pile foundation (2) extends into the positioning groove and is tightly attached to the non-slip mat (17).
