Abstract
The invention relates to a road structure around a foundation pit support and a construction method thereof, wherein the road structure comprises: two independent foundations fixed at the position of the included angle of the foundation pit support are erected, correspond to two outer side surfaces of the included angle of the foundation pit support and are symmetrically arranged; a plurality of piers fixed to corresponding independent foundations; the framework layers are horizontally fixed on corresponding pier studs of the two independent foundations and are arranged above the foundation pit support in a spanning mode; and laying a panel fixed on the framework layer, wherein the panel is flush with and connected with the existing pavement. According to the invention, the panel is laid on the framework layer by using partial space of the included angle of the foundation pit, and the panel is connected and leveled with the existing road, so that the road is spliced by the panel and the existing road, and the area of the original road is increased.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a road structure around a foundation pit support and a construction method thereof.
Background
For narrow and small engineering in a ground, the road area around the foundation pit support is too small due to the limitation of the construction site, so that the requirement that vehicles get in and out of the construction site cannot be met, and the difficulty is increased for construction.

providing a gravel layer, and paving the gravel layer on a soil layer below the independent foundation; and
and providing a cushion layer, paving the cushion layer on the gravel layer, and fixedly connecting the cushion layer with the bottom of the independent foundation.
The construction method of the road structure around the foundation pit support is further improved in that the construction method further comprises the step of providing an embedded part, wherein the embedded part is embedded in the pier stud in the process of pouring the pier stud, and the bottom of the framework layer is fixedly connected with the pier stud through the embedded part.
The construction method of the road structure around the foundation pit support is further improved in that the framework layer is provided and comprises the following steps:
providing a plurality of main beams, and horizontally fixing the main beams on corresponding piers of the two independent foundations; and
and providing a plurality of secondary beams, horizontally fixing the plurality of secondary beams on the main beams and in cross connection with the main beams, and paving the panels on the plurality of secondary beams.
The road structure around the foundation pit support and the construction method thereof have the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, a side view of a roadway structure around a foundation pit support of the present invention is shown. Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of a road structure around the foundation pit support of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the road structure around the foundation pit support of the present invention includes:
two independent foundations 20 fixed at the included angle of the foundation pit support 10 are erected, and the two independent foundations 20 are symmetrically arranged corresponding to the two outer side surfaces of the included angle of the foundation pit support 10;
a plurality of piers 30 fixed to the corresponding independent foundations 20;
the framework layers 40 are horizontally fixed on the pier studs 30 corresponding to the two independent foundations 20, and the framework layers 40 are arranged above the foundation pit support 10 in a spanning mode; and
the face plate 50 fixed on the framework layer 40 is laid, and the face plate 50 is flush with the existing pavement and connected.
Fig. 3 is a side view of the portion a of fig. 1. Referring to figure 3, the excavation support 10 comprises a plurality of support piles arranged in rows. Two adjacent rows of support piles of the foundation pit are connected to form an included angle. The independent foundation 20 and the foundation pit support 10 are arranged oppositely with a certain distance left between. The subsequent bracing is connected to the framework layers 40 on the two independent foundations 20 and is erected above the included angle position of the foundation pit support 10. So as to borrow part of space to increase the road area.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention further includes: a crushed stone layer 60 laid on the soil layer under the independent foundation 20; and a cushion layer 61 laid on the crushed stone layer 60, wherein the cushion layer 61 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the independent foundation 20.

As a preferred embodiment of the road structure around the foundation pit support of the present invention, the present invention further includes an embedded part 70 embedded in the pier stud 30 in advance, and the bottom of the framework layer 40 is fixedly connected to the pier stud 30 through the embedded part 70.
Specifically, the embedment 70 includes a steel plate and a plurality of reinforcing bars vertically fixed to the steel plate. In the construction process of the pier stud 30, the steel bar is embedded in the pier stud 30, and the steel plate is located on the top surface of the pier stud 30 and used for being connected with the framework layer 40.

As a preferred embodiment of the road structure around the foundation pit support of the present invention, refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic connection diagram of the main beams and the coupling beams of the road structure around the foundation pit support of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of coupling beams 43 are fixed between two adjacent main beams 41. A plurality of main beams 41 are fixedly connected through connecting beams 43, and the main beams and the secondary beams are mutually vertically welded and fixed to form an integral framework layer 40, so that the integral supporting strength is enhanced.
Further, the main beam 41 is fixed with a stiffening rib, which plays a role of reinforcing the main beam 41. The main beam 41 is an I-shaped steel and comprises two wing plates which are horizontally opposite up and down and a web plate which is vertically fixed between the two wing plates, and the stiffening rib is vertically fixed between the two wing plates and fixedly connected with the web plate, so that the integral supporting strength is enhanced.
As a preferred embodiment of the road structure around the excavation supporting of the present invention, refer to fig. 5, which is a side view of the edge of the road structure around the excavation supporting of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the present invention further includes a guard rail 80 vertically fixed to the edge of the panel 50 and a guard post 81 positioned inside the guard rail 80. The protection function is achieved through the protection piles 81 and the protection railings 80.
In this embodiment, the independent foundation 20 and the pier stud 30 are both cast reinforced concrete structures. The main beam 41 is square steel. The secondary beam 42 and the coupling beam 43 are i-steel. The panel 50 is a steel plate. providing a panel 50, laying and fixing the panel 50 on the framework layer 40, and enabling the panel 50 to be flush with and connected with the existing pavement.
As a preferred embodiment of the construction method of the road structure around the foundation pit support of the present invention, the present invention further includes: providing a crushed stone layer 60, and paving the crushed stone layer 60 on a soil layer below the independent foundation 20; and providing a cushion layer 61, laying the cushion layer 61 on the gravel layer 60, and fixedly connecting the cushion layer 61 with the bottom of the independent foundation 20.
As a preferred embodiment of the construction method of the road structure around the foundation pit support of the present invention, the present invention further includes providing an embedded part 70, embedding the embedded part 70 in the pier stud 30 during the process of pouring the pier stud 30, and fixedly connecting the bottom of the framework layer 40 to the pier stud 30 through the embedded part 70.
As a preferred embodiment of the construction method of the road structure around the foundation pit support of the present invention, there is provided a skeleton layer 40 including: providing a plurality of main beams 41, and horizontally fixing the plurality of main beams 41 on corresponding piers of the two independent foundations 20; and providing a plurality of secondary beams 42, horizontally fixing the plurality of secondary beams 42 on the plurality of main beams 41 and cross-connecting the plurality of secondary beams 42 with the main beams 41, and laying the panel 50 on the plurality of secondary beams 42.

providing a plurality of pier studs, and vertically fixing the plurality of pier studs on the corresponding independent foundation;

The method for constructing a road structure around a foundation pit support according to claim 7, further comprising providing an embedded part, embedding the embedded part in the pier stud during pouring of the pier stud, and fixedly connecting the bottom of the framework layer to the pier stud through the embedded part.
10. The method of constructing a roadway structure around a foundation pit support of claim 7, wherein providing the carcass layer comprises:
providing a plurality of main beams, and horizontally fixing the main beams on corresponding piers of the two independent foundations; and
and providing a plurality of secondary beams, horizontally fixing the plurality of secondary beams on the main beams and in cross connection with the main beams, and paving the panels on the plurality of secondary beams.
