Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wool yarn preparation, in particular to a preparation process of anti-pilling worsted wool yarn.
Background
The appearance of the textile is seriously affected by the pilling phenomenon of the textile. The premise of fiber pilling is that the fibers are fluffed, so short fiber textiles are more prone to pilling than long fibers. The factors influencing the pilling of the fibers are complex, but the essence of the method is that the surfaces of the fibers are not easy to break after fluffing and can be mutually entangled to form the balls. Therefore, wool fabrics, especially knitted or woven wool fabrics, have good elasticity and breaking strength, and can generate serious pilling phenomenon due to friction and the like when worn and used.
The anti-pilling finishing of the textile is mostly treated by adopting an anti-pilling finishing agent, and the processing principle is that the exposure of short hair fibers on the fiber surface during friction is reduced by covering high molecular substances or bonding among reinforcing fibers on the fiber surface, so that the anti-pilling effect is achieved by preventing the pilling on the fiber surface. The anti-pilling finishing agent for the textile mainly comprises the following components: organosilicon and its derivatives, polyurethane and its derivatives, mixture of organosilicon and polyurethane, and other high molecular substances.
Although the prior art can increase the pilling resistance of wool fabrics, the prior art has two defects: firstly, the finishing agent has poor fastness to washing, although polymers such as organic silicon or polyurethane cover the surface of the fiber, the fluffing phenomenon of the fiber can be reduced or prevented, but the bonding fastness of the polymers and the fiber is high, and the fluffing and pilling phenomena can be generated due to the falling off of the polymer covering along with the increase of the washing times; secondly, the soft hand feeling of the fabric is reduced, a cross-linking agent and the like are introduced in the finishing process, the fastness to washing of the combination of the finishing agent and the fiber can be improved, but the soft hand feeling of the fabric is obviously influenced, and the soft hand feeling of the fabric is sometimes more important than the special function of the fabric from the aspect of popular use requirements. In order to improve the pilling resistance of worsted wool products and maintain the soft hand feeling of worsted wool, it is necessary to research a preparation process of the pilling resistant worsted wool yarn.

c, dipping and finishing: padding and finishing the wool yarns for 2-3 times by using finishing liquid prepared from ethylenediamine modified polylactic acid, a polylactic acid crosslinking agent, ethyl lactate and polycarbodiimide;
d, post-treatment: and (3) drying the wool yarns subjected to dipping and finishing at the temperature of 60-65 ℃, then cleaning with clear water, and drying.
Preferably, in the step a, the dosage of the alkaline protease is 0.5-1.0% of the mass of the wool fabric, and the dosage of the penetrating agent is 1.2-2% of the mass of the wool fabric.
Preferably, in the step B, oxygen is continuously introduced into the solution during the ultrasonic treatment.
Preferably, in the step C, in the finishing liquid, the weight percentage of the ethylenediamine modified polylactic acid is 0.2-2%, and the weight ratio of the polycarbodiimide to the ethylenediamine modified polylactic acid is (0.03-0.1): 1, the weight ratio of the polylactic acid crosslinking agent to the ethylenediamine modified polylactic acid is (0.01-0.02): 1.
Further preferably, the polylactic acid cross-linking agent is a mixture of glutaraldehyde and glyoxal, and the weight percentage of the glyoxal in the polylactic acid cross-linking agent is 60-90%.
The invention has the advantages that: the preparation process of the anti-pilling worsted wool yarn comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out liquid bath enzyme treatment on wool yarns by adopting an enzyme treatment water solution consisting of alkaline protease, a penetrating agent and borax, aiming at carrying out moderate hydrolysis on wool surface scales through the alkaline protease, then carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the wool yarns by adopting a thioglycolic acid solution under the catalysis condition of 4-dimethylaminopyridine, aiming at dissolving keratin in the wool surface scales through the thioglycolic acid and guanidine hydrochloride, and introducing new sulfydryl due to the fact that the thioglycolic acid can also react with active amino in a keratin molecular chain; and then padding and finishing the wool yarns by using finishing liquid prepared from ethylenediamine modified polylactic acid, a polylactic acid crosslinking agent, ethyl lactate and polycarbodiimide, and aiming at forming a stable three-dimensional network on the surface of the wool fibers to cover the scale layers on the surfaces of the fibers by condensing amino and carboxyl on the surface of the ethylenediamine modified polylactic acid with amino and carboxyl on the surface of the wool fibers, wherein the polylactic acid film layer has high transparency, does not influence the color of the wool yarns, is favorable for improving the strength of the yarn fibers and improves the hand feeling of the wool yarns.
The anti-pilling worsted wool yarn prepared by the invention does not influence the color, strength and hand feeling of the wool fabric, and the anti-pilling effect of the wool yarn reaches 4 grades, which is obviously higher than the anti-pilling grade of worsted wool yarns on the market.
