Abstract
The invention discloses a deodorizing agent for sludge pretreatment, which comprises the following components, by weight, 10-30 parts of modified zeolite, 10-30 parts of chlorine peroxide, 10-20 parts of a surfactant, 5-20 parts of activated carbon, 5-10 parts of wood chips and 1-5 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon; the invention is mainly applied to a sludge stirrer for stirring, so that the sludge is softer, the sludge can be conveniently and fully mixed with other substances, odor in the sludge can be removed, the sludge drying is facilitated, the chlorine peroxide has strong oxidizability, the oxidation-reduction potential in the sludge is reduced, the release of malodorous gas is reduced, meanwhile, the activated carbon, the modified zeolite and the wood dust have strong adsorption characteristics, the deodorization efficiency is at least improved by 40-50%, and the deodorization cost is greatly reduced.

Three parts of 50kg of sludge are respectively placed in three mixers with the serial numbers of A1, B1 and C1, 1kg of the deodorant in the embodiment 2 is added into the A1 mixer, 3kg of the deodorant in the embodiment 2 is added into the B1 mixer, 5kg of the deodorant in the embodiment 2 is added into the C1 mixer, the sludge is stirred continuously, fully and uniformly mixed and then is stood for 1-2 days, and then the content of organic matters and the oxidation-reduction potential in the sludge are measured, and the results are shown in figures 3 and 4, and it can be known that when the mass ratio of the sludge to the deodorant is 50: and 3, the deodorization effect is good.
