The working procedure of this embodiment is specifically described below:
When the detector 3 detects that the paper stack 400 is arranged on the paper feeding platform 2, the in-place sensor 4 works to drive the driving mechanism 6 to drive the paper feeding platform 2 to gradually rise so as to realize paper feeding one by one, and in the process, an operator stacks the paper stack 400 on the bearing platform 1 of the paper feeding vehicle 200 and places the paper stack 400 at the paper feeding port 101 so as to be positioned on one side of the paper feeding platform 2. When the detector 3 detects that the paper on the paper feeding platform 2 is not available, the driving mechanism 6 drives the paper feeding platform 2 to descend to the lowest position, and an operator pushes the paper feeding carriage 200 to the bottom forward, so that the paper stack 400 abuts against the abutting rod 7 to realize alignment. Subsequently, the in-place sensor 4 is activated to continue sheet-by-sheet feeding. After a certain time of paper feeding, the paper feeding platform 2 reaches a certain height above the bearing platform 1, the alarm sends out a reminding signal, and an operator pulls out the paper feeding vehicle 200 to continue stacking the paper stack 400 and performs next paper feeding preparation. In the paper feeding process, the paper stack 400 is only manually stacked on the paper feeding vehicle 200, and the paper feeding vehicle 200 is pushed in or pulled out, and the whole paper feeding process does not need to be stopped or only needs to be stopped briefly, so that the production efficiency and the production capacity of the equipment are greatly improved, and the labor intensity of operators is also reduced.
The above embodiments are provided to illustrate the technical concept and features of the present invention and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and implement the same, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made in accordance with the spirit of the present invention should be construed to be included in the scope of the present invention.
