Abstract
本发明公开了烟叶提升分离输送装置,它包括一个输送带,在输送带的传输表面上横向均布有挡条,各挡条的高度等于一个烟叶的厚度,各挡条之间的间距大于一个烟叶直径,在输送带下面前面安装有低支架,后面安装有高支架,在高支架上设有一段水平输送的出料区,在低支架上设有一段水平输送的进料区,在进料区和出料区之间设有一段呈20°‑80°坡度的提升分离区,在两个支架的两侧分别安装有与输送带两侧间隙配合的挡板。本装置在提升输送带上设置一段斜坡,并在输送带外表面设置均布的挡条,可将重叠在上表面的烟叶靠自身重力滑落下去,达到边提升输送,边分离重叠烟叶的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及输送机,特别是一种在烟草生产过程中能够将机械松散后的烟叶提升输送到检测分级工序时的烟叶提升分离输送装置。
背景技术
目前在烟叶分选过程中,是由人工将机械化松散后的烟叶逐个分离,再放置到输送带上送去下一步的检测分级,由于劳动强度大,工作环境恶劣,正在改用机械提升输送方式,对松散后烟叶进行再分离后落到传输带上。但是现有的机械再分离装置在使用中还是容易出现个别烟叶重叠和朝向不一致现象,给后续检测分级工作增加麻烦,影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能将松散烟叶在提升输送中再次整理,去掉个别重叠现象保持朝向一致,有利于下步分级检测的烟叶提升分离输送装置。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,其特征在于:它包括一个输送带,在输送带的传输表面上横向均布有挡条,各挡条的高度等于一个烟叶的厚度,各挡条之间的间距大于一个烟叶直径,在输送带下面前面安装有低支架,后面安装有高支架,在高支架上设有一段水平输送的出料区,在低支架上设有一段水平输送的进料区,在进料区和出料区之间设有一段呈20°-80°坡度的提升分离区,在两个支架的两侧分别安装有与输送带两侧间隙配合的挡板。各挡条的两端在输送带上分别留有5-10公分的间隙。
本装置在提升输送带上设置一段斜坡,并在输送带外表面设置均布的挡条,可将重叠在上表面的烟叶靠自身重力滑落下去,达到边提升输送,边分离重叠烟叶的目的。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述实施例,它包括一个输送带4,在输送带的传输表面上横向均布有挡条2,各挡条的高度等于一个烟叶的厚度,各挡条之间的间距大于一个烟叶直径,在输送带下面前面安装有低支架3,后面安装有高支架5,在高支架上设有一段水平输送的出料区4-1,在低支架上设有一段水平输送的进料区4-3,在进料区和出料区之间设有一段呈20°-80°坡度的提升分离区4-2,在两个支架的两侧分别安装有与输送带两侧间隙配合的挡板1。各挡条的两端在输送带上分别留有5-10公分的间隙。
工作时,将机械化松散后的烟叶直接落到下支架上面的输送带进料区内,再由进料区传输到提升分离区从斜坡下向上传输,在分离区传输时,在各挡条的阻力作用下只能带动一层烟叶向上移动,若愚到部分重叠的烟叶,重叠的下片被挡条挡住按正常向上提升,重叠的上片由于斜重力的作用则自动向下滑落分离,分离后返回后再由挡条进行挡住进行输送,达到边提升输送、边分离的目的。大大提高了工作效率。

1.一种烟叶提升分离输送装置,其特征在于:它包括一个输送带,在输送带的传输表面上横向均布有挡条,各挡条的高度等于一个烟叶的厚度,各挡条之间的间距大于一个烟叶直径,在输送带下面前面安装有低支架,后面安装有高支架,在高支架上设有一段水平输送的出料区,在低支架上设有一段水平输送的进料区,在进料区和出料区之间设有一段呈20°-80°坡度的提升分离区,在两个支架的两侧分别安装有与输送带两侧间隙配合的挡板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种烟叶提升分离输送装置,其特征在于:各挡条的两端在输送带上分别留有5-10公分的间隙。
