The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is: when the front tray 21 and the rear tray 22 are reset, the sorting trolley stops, and the reset guide rail 33 moves along the reverse direction of the advancing direction of the sorting trolley, so that the front tray 21 is restored to the bearing state; the downhill guide rails 321 move in the reverse direction of the sorting trolley's forward direction to restore the rear tray 22 to a loaded condition. In other embodiments, the front tray 21 can be restored to the loading state by lifting and lowering the reset guide 33.

Claims (10)

1. A sorting trolley tray resetting device comprises a trolley frame body (1) and two trays which are arranged in a side-by-side mode and rotatably connected to the trolley frame body (1), and is characterized by comprising a first resetting component and/or a second resetting component, wherein each tray is provided with one of the first resetting component and the second resetting component;
the first resetting component can contact the lower surface of the tray so that the tray gradually rotates to a bearing state along with the movement of the first resetting component or the horizontal movement of the sorting trolley;
the second reset component comprises a reset arm (31) which is connected to the tray and fixed relative to the tray, and a reset drive (32) which drives the reset arm (31) to rotate so as to enable the tray to rotate to a bearing state.
2. Sorting trolley tray resetting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the resetting drive (32) comprises a downhill guide (321) extending in the direction of advance of the sorting trolley and being movably engaged with the resetting arm (31), or a roller being movably engaged with the resetting arm (31).
3. Sorting trolley tray resetting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first resetting assembly comprises an uphill guide (331) extending in the direction of advance of the sorting trolley and being movably engaged with the lower surface of the tray, or a roller movably engaged with the lower surface of the tray.
4. The sorting cart tray repositioning apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the bearing deflector rod (34) is rotatably connected to the frame body (1) so that the bearing deflector rod (34) is in a first state or a second state, when the bearing deflector rod (34) is in the first state, the bearing deflector rod supports at least one tray so that the tray is in a bearing state, and when the bearing deflector rod (34) is in the second state, the bearing deflector rod is separated from the tray so that the tray can rotate relative to the frame body (1) under the action of gravity;
and the unlocking reset assembly is used for enabling the bearing deflector rod (34) to be in the second state and enabling the bearing deflector rod (34) to rotate relative to the frame body (1) when the tray is restored to the bearing state so as to enable the bearing deflector rod (34) to be in the first state.
5. The sorting cart tray return apparatus of claim 4, wherein the unlock return assembly comprises:
the locking hook (35) is rotatably connected to the frame body (1), one end of the locking hook (35) can block the bearing shifting rod (34) from rotating so that the bearing shifting rod (34) is in a second state, and the tray can contact the other end of the locking hook (35) to push the locking hook (35) to rotate in the process of rotating to a bearing state, so that the locking hook (35) is separated from the bearing shifting rod (34);
and the elastic reset piece can enable the bearing deflector rod (34) separated from the lock hook (35) to rotate relative to the frame body (1) so as to restore to the first state.
6. Sorting trolley pallet return device according to claim 5, characterized in that one end of the locking hook (35) can be hooked to the bearer lever (34).
7. Sorting trolley tray resetting device according to claim 5, characterized in that the locking hook (35) is provided with a triggering part (352), which triggering part (352) is located above the tray and can abut against the tray.
8. A sorting trolley comprising a sorting trolley tray repositioning device according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. Sorting trolley tray resetting device according to claim 8, characterized in that the bottom wall of one of the trays is provided with a support (23) extending along the other tray for supporting the other tray in the loaded state.
10. A sorting system comprising a sorting cart according to claim 8 or 9.
