The working principle is as follows: when the crude oil sand filtering petroleum processing equipment is used, an external power supply is connected, crude oil enters the interior of the filter screen 9 through the feed inlet 4, the filter screen 9 filters the crude oil twice, the filtered petroleum is stored at the lower side of the interior of the filter sand box 1, the first driving motor 12 is started under the auxiliary action of the control box 48, the first driving motor 12 rotates to drive the stirring rod 11 to rotate, the stirring rod 11 rotates to stir the petroleum, the excessive petroleum in the filter sand box 1 is prevented from precipitating, the difficulty of later cleaning is increased, the stirred petroleum enters the interior of the second infusion tube 29 through the discharge outlet 13, the pressure pump 42 on the second infusion tube 29 is started under the action of the control box 48, the petroleum enters the discharge shell 27 through the liquid outlet 30 under the auxiliary action of the pressure pump 42 on the second infusion tube 29, and the second driving motor 22 and the third driving motor 26 are started under the action of the control box 48, the second driving motor 22 rotates to drive the fixing plate 24 to rotate, the fixing plate 24 rotates to drive the discharging shell 27 to rotate, the discharging shell 27 rotates to uniformly scatter oil on the filter vat 31 through the discharging hole 28, the filter vat 31 rotates under the auxiliary action of the third driving motor 26, so that the oil can be treated, the treated oil enters the oil guide chute 35 through the holes on the filter vat 31, finally the oil enters the first oil discharge pipe 36 through the oil guide chute 35, the oil enters the second oil discharge pipe 38 through the first oil discharge pipe 36, so that the oil after sand filtration can flow to the next processing link, the oil sand and impurities after filtration through the filter vat 31 are stored inside the waste collecting box 34 through the discharging pipe 33, the waste collecting box 34 is manually rotated, the waste collecting box 34 is separated from the discharging pipe 33, so that the impurities can be treated, when the whole work is required to be cleaned, manually opening the first sealing cover 3 and manually pulling the handle 10 upwards, separating the slide block 8 on the filter screen 9 from the slide way 7, so as to clean impurities on the filter screen 9, manually closing the first sealing cover 3, allowing high-pressure water to enter the first water pipe 5 through the water inlet 23 on the first water pipe 5, allowing the high-pressure water to be sprayed out through the first cleaning nozzle 6 at the lower side of the first water pipe 5, so as to clean the sand filtering box 1 and the sand filtering component 16, allowing the high-pressure water in the high-pressure water tank 21 to enter the second cleaning nozzle 40 through the second water pipe 41, starting the first electric telescopic rod 39 and the third driving motor 26 under the action of the control box 48, allowing the third driving motor 26 to rotate to drive the filter vat 31 to rotate, allowing the second cleaning nozzle 40 to move downwards under the auxiliary action of the first electric telescopic rod 39, so as to clean the filter vat 31 and the sand filtering box shell 17 again, the cleaning quality is ensured, when the whole device needs to be moved, the second electric telescopic rod 45 is started under the action of the control box 48, the second electric telescopic rod 45 is stretched, the non-slip mat 46 moves upwards, finally the roller 47 is attached to the ground, the filter sand box 1 is manually pushed, the filter sand box 1 can move under the auxiliary action of the roller 47 on the lower side, the time and the labor are saved, and the content which is not described in detail in the specification belongs to the prior art which is well known by the professional in the field.
