Abstract
本发明属于按摩膏的技术领域,具体涉及一种用于紧致肌肤的按摩膏及其制备方法。所述按摩膏的组分包括皮肤调理剂、润肤剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、助乳化剂、保湿剂、pH调理剂、防腐剂以及水;所述皮肤调理剂包括香兰基丁基醚、肉碱、乙酰壳糖胺、掌叶大黄提取物、野大豆籽提取物以及地中海柏木油。所述皮肤调理剂含有的掌叶大黄提取物、野大豆籽提取物以及地中海柏木油等中药成分有助于修复皮肤屏障功能、预防皮肤疾病,配合其它成分为皮肤排毒祛湿、驱寒消炎、消除水肿、减少黑色素、清洁角质层、缩小毛孔、增加皮肤的弹性以及通透性,有助于皮肤减脂、促进肌肤紧致和美白;本发明所使用的原料成本较低、且制备工艺简易操作,产品温和不刺激。

本发明属于按摩膏的技术领域,具体涉及一种用于紧致肌肤的按摩膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的生活节奏加快,快节奏地投身于生活和工作当中而忽略了身体,往往会出现身体酸痛、肥胖或者出现皮肤问题等状况,因此,为了适应快节奏生活,也会选择较为简便的方法来舒缓身心,例如自行按摩椅、泡脚或者去美容院做足浴、身体美容、身体按摩等方式。
采用按摩膏或者按摩精油作为身体按摩的辅助工具越来越受到喜爱和欢迎,由于按摩膏或者按摩精油中可能含有有助舒缓身体的成分,而随着人们对生活质量的追求,对按摩膏或者按摩精油的作用追求也在提高,现有技术中的按摩膏或者按摩精油可能存在对皮肤含有刺激性物质、或者采用含有重金属的低质量的化工产品,长期使用对身体有害,因此,需要一种成分较为天然、对皮肤无刺激、较为温和的功效按摩膏,还能够适于大众使用,自行在家可使用的产品,还能够达到改善肤质、调和五脏的按摩辅助产品。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于紧致肌肤的按摩膏及其制备方法,提供一种促进皮肤血液循环、提高皮肤新陈代谢、保湿补水、增加皮肤弹性的紧致肌肤的按摩膏。
本发明的技术内容如下:
本发明提供了一种用于紧致肌肤的按摩膏,所述按摩膏的组分包括皮肤调理剂、润肤剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、助乳化剂、保湿剂、pH调理剂、防腐剂以及水;
所述皮肤调理剂包括0.1~0.5%香兰基丁基醚(VANILLYL BUTYL ETHER)、2~3%肉碱(CARNITINE)、5~6%乙酰壳糖胺(ACETYL GLUCOSAMINE)、0.1~0.5%透明质酸钠(SODIUM HYALURONATE)以及10~20%中药提取物成分;
所述中药提取物成分包括5~10%掌叶大黄提取物(RHEUM PALMATUM EXTRACT)、2~5%野大豆籽提取物(MELASTOMA CANDIDUM EXTRACT)以及3~5%地中海柏木油(CUPRESSUS SEMPERVIRENS OIL);
所述润肤剂的组分包括3~6%棕榈酸乙基己酯(ETHYLHEXYL PALMITATE)、3~5%异十六烷(ISOHEXADECANE)以及2~3%环聚二甲基硅氧烷(CYCLOMETHICONE);
所述增稠剂的组分包括0.5~1%丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物(ACRYLATES/C10-30 ALKYL ACRYLATE CROSSPOLYMER)以及0.15~0.25%卡波姆(CARBOMER);
所述乳化剂的组分包括1~2%C14-22醇(C14-22 ALCOHOLS)、1~2%C12-20烷基葡糖苷(C12-20 ALKYL GLUCOSIDE)以及2~3%山梨坦倍半硬脂酸酯(SORBITANSESQUISTEARATE);
所述助乳化剂的组分包括2~3%硬脂酸(STEARIC ACID)以及3~4%二甲基甲硅烷醇透明质酸酯(DIMETHYLSILANOL HYALURONATE);
所述保湿剂的组分包括3~5%甘油(GLYCERIN)、3~5%丙二醇(PROPYLENEGLYCOL)以及5~8%丁二醇(BUTYLENE GLYCOL);
所述pH调理剂的组分包括0.15~0.25%三乙醇胺(TRIETHANOLAMINE);
所述防腐剂的组分包括0.08~0.1%氯苯甘醚(CHLORPHENESIN);
所述溶剂水占50~60%。
本发明还提供了一种用于紧致肌肤的按摩膏的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)制备A相:将润肤剂、乳化剂、增稠剂以及助乳化剂混合,加热升温至80~90℃,进行恒温超声乳化,搅拌均匀;
2)制备B相:将水、保湿剂混合,加热至80~90℃,进行恒温超声乳化,搅拌均匀;
3)A、B相混合:将A相、B相混合,进行80~100r/min的均质搅拌,之后降温至55~60℃,抽取真空脱除气泡;
4)继续降温至50~55℃时,加入掌叶大黄提取物、野大豆籽提取物和助乳化剂成分,进行恒温超声乳化,一边滴加地中海柏木油,搅拌均匀;
5)继续降温至45~50℃,加入防腐剂和芳香剂进行以80~100r/min的搅拌均匀,待产品冷却至室温,调节pH值,即得到按摩膏产品。
步骤1)所述超声的频率为40~50kHz,搅拌速度为120~150r/min;
步骤2)所述超声的频率为30~40kHz,搅拌速度为120~150r/min;
步骤4)所述超声的频率为50~60kHz,搅拌速度为100~120r/min;
上述工艺步骤中采用超声乳化有利于促进润肤剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、保湿剂以及皮肤调理剂中较大分子结构的分解以及融合,有利于所生成的按摩膏产品细腻轻盈,且易于皮肤吸收,在形成皮肤的保护屏障膜的同时,促进有效成分在皮肤上发挥作用。
所述皮肤调理剂中,所述香兰基丁基醚是一种油溶性的热感剂,作用于皮肤之后,能够产生温和持久的热源效应,从而能够对皮肤产生热循环,促进毛细管血液循环,刺激皮肤皮下脂肪的代谢,对皮肤具有排毒和减脂的作用;
所述肉碱是一种类氨基酸,其具有促进代谢、燃烧脂肪的作用,将其作用于皮肤不仅能够促进皮肤脂肪燃烧,还能够清洁皮肤角质、减少黑色素产生,提升肌肤弹性,紧致肌肤;
所述乙酰壳糖胺具有优异的透皮吸收性,可以改善皮肤水合程度,减少皮肤细纹,改善皮肤粗糙,还能抑制酪氨酸酶的作用,减少黑色素生产,改善肤色不均匀,能够清除自由基,减少自由基对肌肤的伤害,抗皱、抗衰老,增强皮肤组织的修复能力;
所述透明质酸钠,其相比于透明质酸是一种盐化合物,其含有钠元素变成了非牛顿体,有助于清洁角质层,可以保持肌肤水润光滑,具有抗氧化、提高肌肤弹性和恢复皮肤生理功能的作用;
所述掌叶大黄提取物,具有清热解毒的作用,其成分主要由蒽醌类衍生物,具有抗氧化的作用,掌叶大黄提取物作用于皮肤具有美白、抗菌、抗皱、抗氧化的作用;
所述野大豆籽提取物,含有丰富的黄酮类物质,能够促进纤维芽细胞的生长,能够激发皮肤细胞活性,具有抗衰老的作用,能够增加皮肤屏障功能,减少过敏和抗污染;
所述地中海柏木油,以地中海柏木为原料通过蒸馏萃取制得,对皮肤具有舒缓、消水肿、保湿的作用,具有对皮肤水油平衡的调节功能,清理毛孔污垢的同时缩小毛孔;
野大豆籽提取物,野大豆(GLYCINE SOJA)籽提取物,富含大豆异黄酮,类雌激素活性,帮助延缓皮肤胶原蛋白的流失;控制皮脂分泌,防止头发脱落。野大豆籽提取物增加皮肤屏障功能,避免污染物进入皮肤。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的一种用于紧致肌肤的按摩膏,含有的掌叶大黄提取物、野大豆籽提取物以及地中海柏木油等中药成分有助于修复皮肤屏障功能、预防皮肤疾病,再配合香兰基丁基醚、肉碱以及乙酰壳糖胺的使用有助于按摩膏在这使用过程中为皮肤排毒祛湿、驱寒消炎、消除水肿、减少黑色素、清洁角质层、缩小毛孔、增加皮肤的弹性以及通透性,有助于皮肤减脂、促进肌肤紧致和美白;
本发明所使用的原料成本较低、且制备工艺简易操作,所制得的按摩膏产品温和不刺激,适于大众人群。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体的实施案例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的保护范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定。
若无特殊说明,本发明的所有原料和试剂均为常规市场的原料、试剂。
一种用于紧致肌肤的按摩膏的制备:
1)制备A相:将润肤剂棕榈酸乙基己酯(1)、异十六烷(2)、环聚二甲基硅氧烷(3)、乳化剂C14-22醇(4)、C12-20烷基葡糖苷(5)以及山梨坦倍半硬脂酸酯(6)、增稠剂丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物(7)以及助乳化剂硬脂酸(8)混合,加热升温至80~90℃,进行恒温超声乳化,超声的频率为40~50kHz,以速度为120~150r/min搅拌均匀,制得A相混合物;
2)制备B相:将水(9)、甘油(10)、丙二醇(11)、丁二醇(12)以及卡波姆(13)混合,加热至80~90℃,进行恒温超声乳化,超声的频率为30~40kHz,以速度为120~150r/min搅拌均匀,制得B相混合物;
3)A、B相混合:将A相、B相混合,进行80~100r/min的均质搅拌,之后降温至55~60℃,抽取真空脱除气泡;
4)继续降温至50~55℃时,加入掌叶大黄提取物(14)、野大豆籽提取物(15)、香兰基丁基醚(16)、透明质酸钠(17)、肉碱(18)、乙酰壳糖胺(19)以及二甲基甲硅烷醇透明质酸酯(20)成分,进行恒温超声乳化,超声的频率为50~60kHz,一边滴加地中海柏木油(21),以速度为100~120r/min搅拌均匀;
5)继续降温至45~50℃,加入氯苯甘醚(22)和香精(23)进行以80~100r/min的搅拌均匀,待产品冷却至室温,添加三乙醇胺(24)调节pH值至5.5~6.5,即得到按摩膏产品。
设置实施例1~5的按摩膏的制备工艺步骤如上,并且设置对比例1~4,所设置的对比例中均有相应成分的减少,如表1所示,实施例和对比例的制备工艺步骤可以根据实际情况做调整即可,对比例1~4均为实施例3的对照组,对比例1中去掉肉碱、乙酰壳糖胺的使用;对比例2中去掉掌叶大黄提取物和野大豆提取物的使用;对比例3中去掉掌叶大黄提取物和地中海柏木油;对比例4中去掉野大豆籽提取物和地中海柏木油;所去掉的成分的含量以水补足,具体如表1所示。

将上述制得的7组按摩膏进行皮肤的刺激性实验以及按摩膏的多功效实验。
选择7名志愿者:
志愿者1:女性,28岁,身高163cm,体重135斤,皮肤偏油性,手臂上有鸡皮,常年坐于办公室,身体肥胖,时常感觉身体疲惫;
志愿者2:女性,20岁,身高157cm,体重130斤,微胖体质,缺乏运动;
志愿者3:男性,42岁,身高174,体重179斤,常年出差,身体肥胖,皮肤略微黝黑粗糙,时常感觉肌肉酸疼;
志愿者4:男性,25岁,身高170cm,体重175斤,肥胖,常年坐于办公室,缺乏运动,皮肤干燥粗糙;
志愿者5:男性,26岁,身高174,体重181斤,略微肥胖,肌肤干燥;
志愿者6:男性,25岁,身高175cm,体重180斤,油性肌肤、略微黝黑、手臂有些许鸡皮;
志愿者7:男性,24岁,身高169,体重178斤,体型肥胖,缺乏运动,时而肌肉酸疼,皮肤黝黑。
将实施例1~3和对比例1~4所制备的7组按摩膏分别使用于7名志愿者身上,坚持使用一个月,一周使用一次,使用时涂抹于手臂、腹部、背部、腿部,并用手进行按摩约30min,第一次使用时,均未出现皮肤过敏或者皮肤刺激性现象。
对使用过按摩膏之后进行皮肤水分测试A(皮肤水分增值%)、弹性测试B(皮肤弹性增殖%)、以及皮脂测试C(皮脂降值%),结果如下表所示。

由表1可见,涂用实施例1~3按摩膏的志愿者,皮肤状况得到了较为明显的改善,在皮肤水分、皮肤紧致程度和皮脂的减少均有明显的变化,志愿者1表示手上的鸡皮有所减少、且肤质变得较为舒适,涂抹时有皮肤有热感,有感觉到脂肪的燃烧,感觉身体减少了负担,达到了排毒排湿的效果;志愿者2也表示身体肤质、体质略有改善,有燃脂、保湿、美白的效果;志愿者3觉得皮肤逐渐滋润和光滑、有燃脂的感觉,有达到驱寒祛湿的效果;而使用对比例所制备的按摩膏志愿者均有类似的感受,认为按摩膏有改善肤质、燃烧皮下脂肪的效果;
其中选择的志愿者4~7的体质状况与志愿者3的相似,由表1可见,当按摩膏中缺少肉碱和乙酰壳糖胺的使用时,皮肤的滋润和紧致效果有所减少;当按摩膏中缺少掌叶大黄提取物、野大豆提取物和地中海柏木油等成分的使用时,对于皮下脂肪的燃烧作用也有所下降,对肤质的改善也得不到明显提升,表明,本发明的按摩膏中的皮肤调理剂中的成分的配合使用,对于皮肤肤质的改善、皮下脂肪的燃烧具有显著的作用。

1.一种用于紧致肌肤的按摩膏,其特征在于,所述按摩膏的组分包括皮肤调理剂、润肤剂、增稠剂、乳化剂、助乳化剂、保湿剂、pH调理剂、防腐剂以及水;
所述皮肤调理剂包括香兰基丁基醚、肉碱、乙酰壳糖胺以及中药提取物成分,所述中药提取物成分包括掌叶大黄提取物、野大豆籽提取物以及地中海柏木油。
2.由权利要求1所述的按摩膏,其特征在于,按质量分数计,所述按摩膏中香兰基丁基醚占0.1~0.5%、肉碱占2~3%、乙酰壳糖胺占5~6%、透明质酸钠占0.1~0.5%、掌叶大黄提取物占5~10%、野大豆籽提取物占2~5%、地中海柏木油占3~5%。
3.由权利要求1所述的按摩膏,其特征在于,所述润肤剂的组分包括3~6%棕榈酸乙基己酯、3~5%异十六烷以及2~3%环聚二甲基硅氧烷。
4.由权利要求1所述的按摩膏,其特征在于,所述增稠剂的组分包括0.5~1%丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物以及0.15~0.25%卡波姆。
5.由权利要求1所述的按摩膏,其特征在于,所述乳化剂的组分包括1~2%C14-22醇、1~2%C12-20烷基葡糖苷以及2~3%山梨坦倍半硬脂酸酯。
6.由权利要求1所述的按摩膏,其特征在于,所述助乳化剂的组分包括2~3%硬脂酸以及3~4%二甲基甲硅烷醇透明质酸酯。
7.由权利要求1所述的按摩膏,其特征在于,所述保湿剂的组分包括3~5%甘油、3~5%丙二醇以及5~8%丁二醇。
8.一种权利要求1~7任一项所述的用于紧致肌肤的按摩膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)制备A相:将润肤剂、乳化剂、增稠剂以及助乳化剂混合,加热升温至80~90℃,进行恒温超声乳化,搅拌均匀;
2)制备B相:将水、保湿剂混合,加热至80~90℃,进行恒温超声乳化,搅拌均匀;
3)A、B相混合:将A相、B相混合,进行80~100 r/min的均质搅拌,之后降温至55~60℃,抽取真空脱除气泡;
4)继续降温至50~55℃时,加入掌叶大黄提取物、野大豆籽提取物和助乳化剂成分,进行恒温超声乳化,一边滴加地中海柏木油,搅拌均匀;
