The first aspect of the invention provides body perfuming and moisturizing body lotion, which is prepared from 15-20 parts by weight of component A, 75-88 parts by weight of component B, 0.01-1.0 part by weight of active additive and 0.5-3 parts by weight of auxiliary agent; the component A comprises a first emulsifier and an emollient; the component B comprises a second emulsifier, water, a thickening agent, a chelating agent and a humectant; the first emulsifier is a nonionic emulsifier, and the second emulsifier is an anionic emulsifier; the active additive comprises nicotinamide and complex ceramide.
Component a in the present invention is a water-insoluble, oil-soluble ingredient comprising a first emulsifier and an emollient.
Emollients in the present invention include octyldodecanol, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, cyclohexasiloxane, cetostearyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, dimethicone, shea butter (Butyripermum PARKII) fruit fat.
In some embodiments, the emollient comprises 1.0 parts by weight octyldodecanol, 1.8 parts by weight cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 1.2 parts by weight cyclohexasiloxane, 3.1 parts by weight cetearyl alcohol, 6.0 parts by weight isopropyl myristate, 1.5 parts by weight polydimethylsiloxane, 0.01 parts by weight shea butter (butyspermum PARKII) fruit fat.
The fruit fat of the BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII (Butyrospermum PARKII) is a component extracted from the fruit of the BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII, contains rich unsaturated fatty acid, can enhance the moisture retention capability of the skin, and can moisten dry skin, namely the skin with damaged cutin. Meanwhile, the fluidity of the product can be adjusted, the viscosity can be improved, and the sensory quality and the use skin feeling of the product can be improved. In the present invention, the source of the shea butter is not particularly limited, and a shea butter known to those skilled in the art can be used.
In some embodiments, the first emulsifier consists of emulsifier a and emulsifier B; wherein the HLB value of the emulsifier A is not less than 12; the HLB value of the emulsifier B is not higher than 9.
Further, the HLB value of the emulsifier A is 12-18; preferably, the HLB value is 15.
Further, the HLB value of the emulsifier B is 4.0-9; preferably, the HLB value is 6.0.
Further preferably, the emulsifier A is PEG-20-methylglucamine sesquistearate; the emulsifier B is methyl glucose sesquistearate.
As a preferable technical scheme, the mass ratio of the emulsifier B to the emulsifier A is 4: (4-6); preferably, the mass ratio of the emulsifier B to the emulsifier A is 4: 5.
in the invention, when the body moisturizing body lotion is prepared, the emollient components such as cyclopentadecyldimethyl siloxane, octyldodecanol, shea butter (Butyrschum PARKII) fruit fat, polydimethylsiloxane and the like are insoluble in water and structurally have larger nonpolar long alkyl chains, so the emollient components are easy to agglomerate under the action of a large amount of water in the body lotion, and especially when the environmental temperature is lower, the water-soluble components in the body lotion are influenced by the movement resistance of water molecules, so the difference between the uniformity and the stability of the oil-soluble emollient in the system is larger, and the unstable phenomena such as layering, precipitation, even agglomeration and the like of the body lotion are further promoted. The applicants have found that by using a non-ionic emulsifier, which has a similar non-polar alkyl chain to the oil-soluble emollient component having a larger non-polar alkyl chain, it has good compatibility and helps to adequately disperse the emollient component in the body emulsion system. In addition, when the non-ionic emulsifier with different HLB values is adopted, particularly the emulsifier B with the HLB value of about 6 and the emulsifier A with the HLB value of about 15 are adopted, on one hand, the emulsifier B is ensured to be fully and uniformly dispersed in the system through the high similarity between the emulsifier B and the oil-soluble emollient component, and on the other hand, the higher HLB value and certain degree of hydrophilicity of the emulsifier A are utilized to reduce the difference of the motion activity of the oil-soluble emollient and the water-soluble component at low temperature, thereby being beneficial to avoiding the occurrence of layering between the components such as the oil-soluble emollient and the water-soluble component or agglomeration or precipitation generated after the balance between the oil-soluble component and the water-soluble component is damaged.
The active additive in the invention comprises nicotinamide and compound ceramide. Wherein said nicotinamide is vitamin B3, a derivative of niacin. Conventional nicotinamide known to those skilled in the art may be used in the present invention. The ceramide of the present invention is also called ceramide, i.e., ceramide, which is a compound obtained by binding mainly one molecule of sphingoid to one molecule of fatty acid through an amide bond. The carbon chain length, the degree of unsaturation and the number of hydroxyl groups of the sphingosine moiety and the fatty acid moiety can be varied, and are classified into ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3, ceramide 4, ceramide 5, ceramide 6, 6II, ceramide 7 and the like according to the groups, the carbon chain length, the degree of unsaturation, the number of hydroxyl groups and the like.
In some embodiments, the complex ceramide of the present invention consists of ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3, and ceramide 6 II. The proportion of the components of ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3 and ceramide 6II is not specially limited, and the regulation and control can be carried out according to the needs. The compound ceramide in the invention can be prepared by mixing and compounding the purchased independent ceramides 1,2 and the like, and can also be prepared by mixing and compounding the ceramides on the market. For example, the water-soluble compound ceramide of Youli Puhua trade company Limited can be selected, and the water-soluble compound ceramide is composed of ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, butanediol, hydrogenated lecithin, 1, 2-pentanediol, caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerol-10 esters.
In some embodiments, the nicotinamide and the complex ceramide are the same mass.
Since the body lotion contains some macromolecular oil-soluble emollient ingredients, the penetration rate of the body lotion to the interior of the skin is slow, and therefore the body lotion cannot immediately care and nourish the skin after being used. Even, some people who age seriously or have oily skin affect the absorption of the effective ingredients in the lotion by the skin due to the change of the structure of the horny layer, the thickening of the horny layer and the like, and even a large amount of effective ingredients are attached to the surface of the skin after the body lotion is used, so that the heavy and sticky feeling is generated, and the skin feeling and the using effect are seriously affected. After the applicant adds a certain amount of nicotinamide and ceramide into the body lotion formula in the application, the absorption speed of the effective components of the body lotion by skin is fast, the sticky feeling after the body lotion is used is obviously improved, the body is lighter and thinner, and the body lotion is fresh and non-sticky after being smeared. Mainly because the nicotinamide has higher activity and high affinity to the horny layer of the skin, the nicotinamide can rapidly penetrate the horny layer to reach deeper skin parts such as a transparent layer and the like, and nourish and repair the damaged skin. Ceramide, as a main ingredient of lipid constituting the stratum corneum of the skin, can help repair the skin barrier and can make the skin soft and glossy. Under the interaction between the nicotinamide and the ceramide, the skin cream can soften cutin and form a protective layer on the surface of the skin, so that other components such as emollient in the body milk are absorbed by the skin more quickly, and the oil-soluble components are prevented from forming a thick film on the surface of the skin. In addition, the unexpected discovery of the applicant in the process of completing the invention can remarkably prolong the moisturizing time of body milk on skin and remarkably increase the effect when the compounded ceramide containing ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3 and ceramide 6II is selected and the compounded ceramide and nicotinamide are used in the same amount. The applicant speculates that it may be due to the different molecular structures of ceramides, which result in different sizes of the cavity structures in the network formed by the ceramides in combination with the moisture in the skin, and due to the differences between the molecular chain lengths, functional groups, etc. of the various constituents of ceramides, which result in different penetration rates into skin tissue, absorption by skin cells and moisture binding capacity. Ceramide components such as ceramide-1 with large molecular chains and few active groups such as hydroxyl groups in the molecular structure are relatively difficult to permeate into skin tissues and are easy to stay in superficial skin, such as stratum corneum of epidermis and the like, and a network structure is formed to avoid the volatilization of water and other external stimulation from damaging the skin. Under the interaction among the four ceramides, the ceramide and components such as the nicotinamide, the emollient, the emulsifier and the like with the same quantity are well balanced, so that the moistening time of the body lotion is remarkably prolonged.
The component B is a component which is soluble in water or has certain hydrophilicity and comprises a second emulsifier, water, a thickening agent, a chelating agent and a humectant.
In some embodiments, the component B comprises 0.1 to 0.2 parts by weight of a second emulsifier, 70 to 75 parts by weight of water, 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of a thickener, 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of a chelating agent, and 5 to 10 parts by weight of a humectant.
The thickening agent in the invention is a component for adjusting the viscosity of the system, and the specific components of the thickening agent are not particularly required or limited, and various thickening agents known to those skilled in the art can be selected, including but not limited to carbomer, xanthan gum and the like. In some preferred embodiments, the thickening agent is an equal weight of carbomer film and xanthan gum.
The moisturizer in the invention is a component for assisting the lotion to absorb moisture and helping the skin to retain moisture, and the specific components of the moisturizer are not particularly limited, and various moisturizers well known to those skilled in the art can be selected, including but not limited to glycerin, propylene glycol and the like. In some preferred embodiments, the humectant consists of 4 parts by weight propylene glycol and 3 parts by weight glycerin.
The chelating agent is a component for chelating and dispersing calcium and magnesium ions in the scouring liquor and softening water, the specific components of the chelating agent are not particularly limited, and various chelating agents known to those skilled in the art can be selected, including but not limited to disodium EDTA.
In some embodiments, the second emulsifier is a phosphate ester emulsifier having an HLB value of 10 to 15; preferably, it has an HLB value of 12.
Further, the second emulsifier is a phosphate ester emulsifier.
Further, the phosphate ester emulsifier is potassium alkyl alcohol phosphate.
Further, the alkyl alcohol in the potassium alkyl alcohol phosphate is a saturated aliphatic straight-chain alkanol.
Further, the number of carbon chains of the saturated aliphatic linear alkanol is not less than 12.
Further preferably, the second emulsifier is potassium cetyl phosphate.
Further preferably, the content of the second emulsifier is at least 10 wt% of the emulsifier a.
Further preferably, the content of the second emulsifier is 10-18 wt% of the emulsifier A.
Because the difference between the water-soluble component and the oil-soluble component in the body milk preparation raw material is large, the content of the oil-soluble component in the body milk is relatively small, and the water content is more than seventy percent, the prepared body milk has large water-insoluble particle size, the body milk is not fine and smooth enough, and the hand feeling needs to be improved. The applicant has found that the addition of certain anionic emulsifiers in an amount which helps to improve the texture and hand of body milk when preparing the aqueous phase component of body milk. Particularly, when the anionic alkyl alcohol phosphate potassium emulsifier with the HLB value of 10-15 is selected, the long-standing stability of the body lotion can be effectively improved. The applicant speculates that when a certain amount of the anionic potassium alkyl alcohol phosphate emulsifier is added during the preparation of the aqueous phase and then the aqueous phase is mixed with the oil phase to obtain the body lotion, compared with the case that the water-soluble component is directly added into water to prepare an aqueous phase solution, and then the aqueous phase solution is mixed with the oil-phase component to obtain the body lotion, the oil-phase component can be dispersed in the aqueous phase more quickly and uniformly, and the size of particles formed by the oil-phase component can be effectively reduced under the action of the specific emulsifier in the aqueous phase, so that the components in the body lotion are more uniform and stable, and the roughness of the body lotion during use is effectively improved, the texture is light and fine, and the hand feeling is. And because the particle size in the body milk is reduced, the problems of layering, agglomeration and the like between the oil phase and the water phase in the long-term storage process of the body milk are effectively avoided. In addition, because the second emulsifier is a potassium cetyl phosphate anionic emulsifier, the potassium cetyl phosphate has similarity with the structure of phospholipid in skin, and the phospholipid is an important component of skin cells, the prepared body milk has natural equivalence and mildness to the skin, and the use hand feeling of the body milk is further improved.
In the present invention, the conventional adjuvants in the art including, but not limited to, PH neutralizers, odor control agents, preservatives, etc. may be used without wishing to modify other properties of the body lotion. The concrete components of the auxiliary agents are not specially limited, and the auxiliary agents can be selected from triethanolamine, essence, ethylhexyl glycerol, phenoxyethanol and the like.
The second aspect of the present invention provides a method for preparing the body perfuming and moisturizing body lotion, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding the first emulsifier and the emollient into an oil phase pot according to the proportion, heating to 85 +/-5 ℃, and maintaining for 20 minutes to obtain an oil phase material;
(2) adding water into a water phase pot, then adding a second emulsifier, a thickening agent, a chelating agent and a humectant, heating to 80 +/-5 ℃, uniformly dispersing and stirring until the mixture is dissolved, and maintaining for 20 minutes to obtain a water phase material;
(3) adding the oil phase material in the step (1) into an emulsifying pot, adding the water phase material in the step (2) under a stirring state, stirring, homogenizing, cooling to 40 +/-2 ℃, adding the rest materials, and stirring and mixing to obtain the water-soluble organic silicon oil.
In the process of completing the invention, the applicant finds that strong correlation and synergistic effect exist between specific components, use proportion and the like of the first emulsifier and the second emulsifier, and the long-term stability and low-temperature stability of the body milk can reach the optimal state only when the components, HLB (hydrophile-lipophile balance) values and the proportion of the first emulsifier and the second emulsifier reach specified values. The applicant speculates that one aspect is that under the interaction between the first emulsifier and the second emulsifier, micelles are formed to coat the oil-soluble particles, and negatively charged particles are influenced on the surfaces of the formed micelles to repel adjacent micelles and avoid agglomeration among the micelles. However, the applicant has also found that the above properties of the body milk are closely related to the preparation method thereof, in addition to the above components and ratios. The applicant finds that after the separate oil phase and water phase are prepared, the oil phase needs to be sucked into an emulsifying pot, the water phase is added after stirring is started, and then the body milk prepared by adding the rest components after homogenizing treatment has better low-temperature stability, fine texture and good hand feeling compared with the body milk prepared by adding the oil phase into the water phase.
