Description

Quick blocking equipment for oral cavity spray
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to an oral cavity droplet rapid blocking device.
Background
The oral cavity comprises organs such as teeth, tongue and the like, the front wall of the oral cavity is lip, the side wall of the oral cavity is cheek, the top of the oral cavity is palate, and the bottom of the oral cavity is mucous membrane, muscle and other structures. In the clinical diagnosis and treatment operation of the oral cavity, power apparatuses such as ultrasonic equipment, a high-speed mobile phone, a turbine, a three-way gun and the like are used, mechanical kinetic energy acts on the working head end of the apparatuses, so that a large amount of splashed objects are inevitably generated, and the instant splashed objects are dehydrated in seconds or even milliseconds to form splashed cores, so that the splashed cores can form aerosol with other particles in the air and are diffused in the air. These droplets and aerosols, which may contain particles such as blood, microorganisms, mucosal cells, dental materials, teeth and debris, saliva, dental water, etc., may settle on the surface of an object or on the ground near an indoor person's body, operating area, etc., and if present, become direct and indirect routes of infection for pathogens.
Studies by Grenier et al as early as 1995 suggested that the contamination range of aerosol in a closed oral office could spread almost throughout the office. In 1998, Discacciati et al added dyes to the water supply of dental chairs to observe spray splashes during the procedure, and the results showed that dental chairs, patients and medical staff, as well as the console with the disinfection apparatus were in the splash range. Prasanth et al in 2010 detected that streptococcus and staphylococcus were on the surface of the cart near the chair after treatment was completed. In 2013, Nejatidanesh, et al observed the visible splash spot on the face mask of 144 doctors after the oral cavity restoration treatment operation, and the results showed that the nose and around the inner canthus were the most contaminated areas.
At present, protective masks, masks and isolation gowns for protecting medical staff can reduce the infection risk of the medical staff during treatment in a certain sense, but because a patient takes off the masks during oral diagnosis and treatment and the masks are matched with each other in a mouth opening manner, the pollution and the infection risk still exist in the oral diagnosis and treatment process. Moreover, these droplets and aerosols are suspended in the air for a certain period of time, especially in the case of small-particle-size droplets, the moisture of which can evaporate rapidly into droplets nuclei and can be suspended in the air for several hours, so that the risk of contamination and infection of other persons in the environment is still high, and cross-infection in the affected area is very likely to occur. In addition, the oral treatment chair has complex appearance and pipeline, and thorough disinfection and sterilization are extremely difficult.
For example, during a new coronavirus epidemic situation, if a patient with a new coronavirus in a latent state is treated and an oral diagnosis and treatment operation is performed without knowing, the new coronavirus is easy to spread and spread, and the harm is great, so that most oral diagnosis and treatment places can only stop working during the period, and a few medical institutions provide emergency services, but doctors and patients face great risks.
In order to effectively reduce splash pollution caused by operation of the oral power apparatus, strong attractors can be used for absorbing splashes, and the current strong attractors have two types: one is a negative pressure suction device arranged on a dental chair, and the negative pressure in the device is limited, so that strong suction force is difficult to be realized; the other type is an external suction device, which is mostly a wind speed type suction device, and has larger noise and inconvenient use. In addition, the suction heads are arranged in the two suction apparatuses, so that the suction heads need to be inserted into the oral cavity to move or rotate to absorb splashes in the diagnosis and treatment process, on one hand, a doctor or a nurse needs to perform independent operation, and on the other hand, the operation of adsorbing in the oral cavity by the suction heads in the diagnosis and treatment process also interferes with the diagnosis and treatment operation of the doctor. In addition, no operation such as sterilization, disinfection and the like is performed after the splashes are attracted, and the risk of medical pollution, infection and the like exists.
Disclosure of Invention

The module adopts a folding filter membrane, the outer surface of the filter adopts a polypropylene material, and the inside of the filter adopts a PTFE folding filter element. When the virus-carrying gas passes through the module, the air droplets with the diameter larger than 0.1 mu m are filtered by the PTFE filter element by taking the static pressure difference as the driving force, and the purified virus-free gas is obtained. The PTFE filter core can be sterilized inside the filter core by using a high-pressure steam sterilization mode after being used for a certain number of times, so that repeated recycling is realized.
