Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device which comprises a cabin body, a door arranged on the cabin body, a seat arranged in the cabin body and used for a patient to sit, and a manipulator arranged in the cabin body and used for pharynx swab collecting; the door is provided with air holes, the cabin body is externally provided with an exhaust disinfection device, and the exhaust disinfection device is communicated with the interior of the cabin body through a ventilation pipe. In the invention, the capsule body is used as a relatively closed environment, provides physical isolation for a patient and collected medical staff, and can effectively prevent the virus-carrying droplets or aerosol from spreading out of the mouth of the patient and spreading to the external environment in the process of collecting the pharyngeal swab of the patient, thereby effectively reducing the infection risk of the medical staff.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical protection equipment, in particular to an automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device.
Background
Since the occurrence of new coronary pneumonia epidemic situation, whether the patient's condition is diagnosed or not directly determines a series of decisions such as acceptance, isolation, late diagnosis and the like of the patient. Pharyngeal swab sampling and nucleic acid detection are well established operating criteria in the diagnosis of new coronary pneumonia or similar respiratory transmitted diseases. During the epidemic situation, the accuracy of virus nucleic acid detection is generally not high, which is caused by the uneven quality of the nucleic acid kit on one hand, and the quality of the sample collection operation is reduced due to the worry of infection when medical staff collect the respiratory tract of a patient on the other hand.
When a medical staff collects the pharyngeal swab, because the oral cavity, the nasal cavity and the possible vomitus of a patient contain a large amount of viruses, if the patient coughs or sneezes due to stimulation of the pharyngeal swab collecting rod in the collecting process, a large amount of droplets and aerosol containing the viruses are sprayed out, and the medical staff standing beside or opposite to the patient is exposed to the environment which is very easy to infect. The process of collecting pharyngeal swabs is the most susceptible and dangerous for health care workers to infect throughout the entire care procedure. At present, when medical staff collect throat swabs, the medical staff only have own protective clothing, mask, goggles and other devices, however, the devices are inevitably contaminated by a lot of viruses, and if the wearing tightness is poor or the protective devices are damaged or careless happens when the medical staff take off the devices, the medical staff are easy to infect.
Therefore, it is necessary to invent a device which can effectively protect medical staff and prevent the transmission of toxic droplets or aerosols of patients.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides an automated pharyngeal swab collecting and protecting device, which aims to solve the problem that the existing medical staff is easy to be infected during the process of collecting the pharyngeal swab for the patient.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device comprises a cabin body, a door arranged on the cabin body, a seat arranged in the cabin body and used for a patient to sit, and a manipulator arranged in the cabin body and used for pharynx swab collecting; the door is provided with air holes, the cabin body is externally provided with an exhaust disinfection device, and the exhaust disinfection device is communicated with the interior of the cabin body through a ventilation pipe.
The automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device is characterized in that one surface, provided with the mechanical arm, of the cabin body is transparent.
The automatic throat swab collecting and protecting device further comprises a remote controller for controlling the operation of the mechanical hand (the remote controller is not shown in the attached drawings).
The automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device is characterized in that a basket used for placing the pharynx swab is further arranged in the cabin body.
The automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device is characterized in that a disinfectant storage box is arranged outside the cabin body and communicated with the interior of the cabin body through a pipeline.
The automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device further comprises a wiper blade used for wiping the interior of the cabin.

Detailed Description
The invention provides an automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device, which is further detailed in the following in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device, which includes a cabin 10, a door 20 disposed on the cabin 10, a seat 30 disposed in the cabin 10 for a patient to sit on, and a manipulator 40 disposed in the cabin 10 for pharynx swab collecting; the door 20 is provided with air holes 21, the cabin 10 is externally provided with an exhaust air disinfection device 50, and the exhaust air disinfection device 50 is communicated with the interior of the cabin 10 through a ventilation pipe 60.
In this embodiment, when the patient enters the capsule 10 and sits on the seat 30, the manipulator 40 is sealed with the front side of the capsule 10 and extends into the capsule, and the throat swab collection can be performed by the manipulator 40, and the capsule 10 at this time serves as a relatively sealed environment, so that physical isolation can be provided for the patient and medical staff collecting the throat swab, and the transmission of virus-containing droplets or aerosol from the mouth of the patient and the diffusion to the external environment can be effectively prevented, thereby effectively reducing the risk of infection of the medical staff.
In this embodiment, the door 20 is provided with the ventilation holes 21 to facilitate the external air to enter the cabin 10, and the exhaust air sterilizing device 50 is communicated with the inside of the cabin 10 through the ventilation pipe 60, so that the exhaust air sterilizing device 50 can be started to extract the spray and aerosol of the patient in the cabin, and the spray and aerosol are sterilized and then discharged into the air, thereby forming the unidirectional air flow in the cabin 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, a controller 22 for controlling the opening and closing of the door 20 is disposed outside the cabin 10. When a throat swab collection of a patient is required, a medical staff controls the door 20 on the cabin to be opened through the controller 22, and when the patient enters the interior of the cabin 10 through the door 20 and sits down on the seat 30, the door 20 is controlled to be closed through the controller 22.
In some embodiments, the automated pharyngeal swab collection and protection device further comprises a remote control for controlling the operation of the robotic arm 40, and a basket 70 for holding the pharyngeal swabs is also disposed within the pod 10. After the patient enters the cabin 10, the exhaust disinfection device 50 is started to extract the droplets and aerosol of the patient in the cabin, and the droplets and aerosol are discharged into the air after disinfection treatment, so that the air forms unidirectional airflow in the cabin 10; at this time, the medical staff can control the manipulator 40 to collect throat swabs of the patient through the remote controller outside the capsule body 10, after the throat swabs are collected, the sample is put into the basket 70, and finally the door 20 is controlled to be opened through the controller 22, so that the patient walks out of the capsule body 10.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the medical staff to accurately and effectively collect the throat swab from the patient, the side of the capsule 10 where the manipulator is provided is transparent.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the automated pharyngeal swab collection and protection device further includes a wiper 80 for wiping the inside of the capsule 10, and the inner surface of the front side of the capsule can be effectively cleaned by the reciprocating motion of the wiper 80, so that the inside of the capsule can be seen by medical staff, and therefore pharyngeal swab collection can be effectively performed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the enclosure 10 is externally provided with a disinfectant storage tank 90, and the disinfectant storage tank 90 is communicated with the interior of the enclosure 10 through a pipeline. In this embodiment, after the patient leaves the cabin 10, the disinfection spray is sprayed to the inner side of the cabin 10 through the disinfection liquid storage box 90 to disinfect the inside of the cabin, and the wiper 80 is controlled to start working to clean the front side of the inside of the cabin 10, so as to eliminate the droplets possibly left by or attached to the patient and prevent the cross infection of the front and rear patients; the exhaust disinfection device continues to work for a period of time, air in the cabin body is pumped out, and aerosol containing viruses is prevented from diffusing.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a light bulb 100 is further disposed in the cabin 10, the light bulb 100 is electrically connected to an external power source through a wire plug 101, and the light bulb 100 provides illumination for the inside of the cabin 10 after being powered on.
In some embodiments, the light bulb 100 is an ultraviolet lamp, and the interior of the enclosure 10 can be further sterilized by emitting ultraviolet light through the ultraviolet lamp.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the cabin 10 is provided with universal wheels 110, which facilitates the cabin 10 to move to a place where it needs to be used, and enlarges its application range.
In conclusion, the invention provides an automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device which increases personal protection of medical staff in the process of collecting pharynx swabs of patients, and the automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device consists of a cabin body, a robot arm, a windscreen wiper, a disinfectant storage box, a seat, a door, a bulb, a ventilation pipe and an exhaust and disinfection device, wherein the devices are in close cooperation; the cabin body provides a relatively closed environment, provides physical isolation for patients and collected medical care personnel, prevents the dispersion of droplets or aerosol with viruses, reduces the infection risk of the medical care personnel, is provided with a ventilation pipe at the top of the cabin body, is connected with an exhaust disinfection device at the back of the cabin body, pumps out the droplets and aerosol of the patients in the cabin body, carries out harmless treatment and then discharges the droplets and aerosol into the air; the door is used for the patient to come in and go out, and is provided with air holes for the external air to enter; the chair in the cabin body is used for the patient to take a sitting posture so as to facilitate medical personnel outside the cabin body to control the manipulator through the remote controller; the disinfectant storage tank and the wiper can clean the interior of the cabin body after the patient is sampled, so that a safe environment is provided for the next patient to use, and cross infection is avoided; the top of the cabin body is provided with a bulb which can provide illumination and sterilization; the bottom of the cabin body is provided with universal wheels which can be used for moving the cabin body to a place needing to be used.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but that modifications and variations may be effected thereto by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An automatic pharynx swab collecting and protecting device is characterized by comprising a cabin body, a door arranged on the cabin body, a seat arranged in the cabin body and used for a patient to sit, and a manipulator arranged in the cabin body and used for pharynx swab collecting; the door is provided with air holes, the cabin body is externally provided with an exhaust disinfection device, and the exhaust disinfection device is communicated with the interior of the cabin body through a ventilation pipe.
2. The automated pharyngeal swab collection and protection device of claim 1, wherein the side of the chamber on which the manipulator is disposed is transparent.
3. An automated pharyngeal swab collection and protection device according to claim 1, further comprising a remote control for controlling operation of the robotic arm.
4. An automated pharyngeal swab collection and protection device according to claim 1, wherein a basket for placement of the pharyngeal swab is also provided within the capsule.
5. The automated pharyngeal swab collection and protection device of claim 1, wherein the chamber is externally provided with a disinfectant storage tank, the disinfectant storage tank being in communication with the chamber interior via a conduit.
6. The automated pharyngeal swab collection shield of claim 1, further comprising a wiper blade for wiping an interior of the chamber.
7. An automated pharyngeal swab collection and protection device according to claim 1, wherein a light bulb is also provided within the capsule.
8. An automated pharyngeal swab collection shield as recited in claim 7, wherein the light bulb is one of an incandescent light bulb, an energy saving light bulb, an L ED light bulb, or an ultraviolet light bulb.
9. An automated pharyngeal swab collection and protection device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the chamber is provided with universal wheels.
10. An automated pharyngeal swab collection and protection device according to claim 1, wherein a controller is provided outside the chamber for controlling the opening and closing of the door.
