As shown in figure 11, the using state diagram of the vein blood taking needle with a needle point capable of being blocked of the invention is given, when in use, the front needle cap 6 is firstly pulled out, and the blood taking needle 1 is inserted into the vein of a patient; then the rubber needle sleeve 7 and the needle cap 8 are pulled out, and the tail needle 3 is inserted into the negative pressure blood collection tube 33 to realize the collection of the venous blood of the patient; after blood collection is finished, the needle tip of the blood taking needle 1 is blocked by pushing the push plate 20 and utilizing the front blocking device 10, then the needle tip of the tail needle 3 is blocked by pulling the pull block 28 and utilizing the rear blocking device 25, and the accident that the blood taking needle hurts people is effectively avoided.

Claims (3)

1. A vein blood taking needle with a sealable needle tip comprises a blood taking needle (1), a transparent hose (2), a tail needle (3), a front needle holder (4) and a rear needle holder (5), wherein the blood taking needle is communicated with the tail needle through the transparent hose, the front needle holder and the rear needle holder are respectively fixed at the rear parts of the blood taking needle and the tail needle, a front needle cap (6) capable of being pulled out is arranged at the periphery of the blood taking needle, a rubber needle sleeve (7) capable of being pulled out is wrapped at the periphery of the tail needle, and a tail needle cap (8) capable of being pulled out is arranged at the periphery of the rubber needle sleeve; the method is characterized in that: the front end of the front needle holder is provided with a front plugging device for plugging the needle tip of the blood taking needle after use, and the rear end of the rear needle holder is provided with a rear plugging device for plugging the needle tip of the tail needle after use; the front plugging device consists of a front plugging device (10) and a push plate (20), the front end of the front needle holder is fixed with a front needle cap seat (11), the rear end of the front needle cap is sleeved on the front needle cap seat, the front plugging device (10) is positioned at the front end of the front needle cap seat, and the front plugging device consists of a cylindrical body (12), an upper spring piece (14) and a lower spring piece (15);
the inside of the cylindrical body (12) is a cavity (13), the upper spring piece and the lower spring piece are positioned in the inner cavity of the cylindrical body and are respectively positioned at two sides of the blood taking needle, one end of the upper spring piece and one end of the lower spring piece are fixed on the side wall of the cylindrical body, the other end of the upper spring piece and the other end of the lower spring piece are pressed towards the blood taking needle, and the upper spring piece and the lower spring piece press towards one end of the blood taking needle and have the tendency of moving to one side of the other side under the condition that the blood taking needle is not blocked; a first spherical part (16) is arranged on the blood taking needle close to the needle point, the maximum diameter of the spherical part is larger than that of the blood taking needle, a front through hole (17) and a rear through hole (32) through which the blood taking needle passes are respectively formed in the front wall and the rear wall of the cylindrical body, the diameter of the front through hole is larger than that of the spherical part, and the diameter of the rear through hole is smaller than that of the spherical part; a notch (18) is formed in the front needle cap seat, the push plate is connected with the cylindrical body through an L-shaped plate (19) in the notch, and the L-shaped plate is in interference fit with the notch;
the upper spring piece (14) and the lower spring piece (15) are respectively composed of a first arc-shaped part (21), a second arc-shaped part (22) and a third arc-shaped part (23) which are sequentially connected, the end part of the first arc-shaped part is fixed on the side wall of the cylindrical body (12), the end part of the third arc-shaped part is abutted against the blood taking needle (1), and a folding stop block (24) is fixed on the surface of the top end of the third arc-shaped part, which is back to the needle point; when the top of the third arc-shaped part is pressed against the blood taking needle, the first arc-shaped part and the third arc-shaped part are bent towards the direction of the needle point;
the rear plugging device consists of a rear plugging device (25), a pulling block (28) and a connecting strip (26), and the structure of the rear plugging device is the same as that of the front plugging device (10); the rear stopper is positioned at the outer end of the rear needle holder (5), a tail needle cap seat (29) is fixed at the outer end of the rear stopper, a needle sleeve seat (30) is fixed at the outer end of the tail needle cap seat, the rear end of the tail needle cap (8) is sleeved on the tail needle cap seat, and a rubber needle sleeve is sleeved on the needle sleeve seat; the cylindrical body of the rear plugging device is connected with a rear needle holder through a connecting strip, and welding points (27) respectively connected with the needle holder and the cylindrical body of the rear plugging device are arranged on two sides of the connecting strip;
the tail needle is characterized in that a second spherical part (31) is arranged at a position, close to the needle point, of the tail needle (3), a cavity, through which the tail needle penetrates and of which the diameter is larger than the maximum diameter of the second spherical part, is formed in the centers of the tail needle cap seat and the needle sleeve seat, an upper spring piece (14) and a lower spring piece (15) for plugging the needle point of the tail needle are arranged on the rear plugging device, the diameter of a through hole formed in the body wall, close to the needle point of the tail needle, of the rear plugging device is larger than the maximum diameter of the second spherical part, and the diameter of a through hole formed in the body wall of the needle point of the tail needle is smaller than the maximum diameter of the second spherical part.

The needle-tip-blockable venous blood collection needle according to claim 1, characterized in that: the front needle holder (4) is composed of an outer tube fixed on the periphery of the blood taking needle (1) and a single plate fixed on the outer tube, and the single plate and the push plate (20) on the front needle holder are respectively positioned on two sides of the blood taking needle (1); the rear needle holder (5) is composed of an outer tube fixed on the tail needle (3) and two plates fixed on the outer tube.
