The whole structure of the pen type safety blood taking needle is formed by the above structures.
Because the upper needle seat and the lower needle seat form a compressible space, the volume of the space is far more than dozens of times of the space relative to the inner cavity of the puncture needle tube, so that venous blood can overflow to penetrate through the vein puncture needle tube and enter the observation window of the needle seat to be observed under the venous pressure, and the success of vein puncture can be judged.
Due to the adoption of the structure that the protective sleeve moves forwards, when the puncture needle is pulled out after collection, the protective sleeve synchronously covers the puncture needle tube under the action of spring force, so that the needle point is effectively prevented from being exposed in time, pollution is avoided, and the puncture injury is eliminated. Because the puncture needle has no quick retraction action, the phenomenon of bloodstain splashing in the needle tube can be eliminated, and the risk of secondary pollution is eliminated.
Because the locking and embedding of the locking piece of the protective sleeve and the circular sheet hole of the needle seat and the abutting triggering mode in the blood sampling tube are adopted, the product failure phenomenon caused by the possible false triggering or early triggering of products with other structural forms (such as a side wall key and a triggering key structural mode) during the transportation process and the rough loading and unloading process is eliminated; so that reliability and stability are improved.
The invention has the characteristics of safety, reliability, convenience and practicability.
Claims (5)
1. A pen-type safety blood taking needle consists of a protective cap (1), a protective sleeve (2), a handle (3), a needle tube (4), a spring (5), a blood blocking sleeve (6), a needle base (7) and a needle holder (8); the method is characterized in that: the needle seat (7) is divided into an upper needle seat (71) and a lower needle seat (72), and the upper needle seat and the lower needle seat are bonded to form a hollow needle seat (7) with an observation window (712) and a compressible space (713); the needle tube (4) is divided into a vein puncture needle (41) and a blood collection needle (42); the center of the upper end of the upper needle base (71) is provided with a hole (711) in which a vein puncture needle (41) is bonded, the lower end hole of the lower needle base (72) is bonded with a blood collection needle (42), the outer surface of the blood collection needle is wrapped with a blood blocking sleeve (6), and the periphery of the upper needle base (71) is sleeved with a spring (5); the protective sleeve (3) is sleeved on the outer surface of the needle seat (4), barbs (24) at the lower end of the protective sleeve are inserted into symmetrical holes (725) on the surface of the lower needle seat wafer (726) to form embedding, and a spring (5) can be compressed in a space formed by the protective sleeve (2) and a spring supporting platform; the protective sleeve (2), the needle seat (7), the spring (5) and the needle tube (4) are arranged in a space formed by the handle (3) and the needle holder (8).

A safety lancet of the pen type according to claim 1, wherein: a small hole (711) is arranged at the upper end of the upper needle seat (71), an observation window (712) which is a flat gap and a compressible space (713) with an enlarged hole diameter are arranged below the small hole; the upper section of the lower needle seat (72) is provided with a round hole (721), the middle part of the lower needle seat is provided with an expanded circular sheet (726), and the circular sheet (726) can be embedded into an inward concave step (37) of an annular hole at the lower edge of the handle (3); the lower section of the lower needle seat (72) is provided with a blood collection needle seat (724), the center of the blood collection needle seat is provided with a blood collection needle hole (722), two sides of the blood collection needle seat (724) are provided with symmetrical holes (725) which can be in any shape, and the holes can be mutually embedded with barb locking plates (24) at the lower edge of the protective sleeve; the upper needle seat and the lower needle seat are spliced and adhered to form a complete needle seat (7), an inner cavity formed by combining inner holes of the upper needle seat and the lower needle seat is a compressible space (713), and a joint part of the upper needle seat and the lower needle seat is a supporting platform (727) at the lower end of the spring.

A safety lancet of the pen type according to claim 1, wherein: the upper end of the protective sleeve (2) is provided with a hole (21), and the inner hole at the upper third part is backwards expanded to form a concave step (22) with an expanded inner diameter to become an upper end supporting position of the spring (5); a salient point (23) is arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the protective sleeve (2); the lower edge opposite to the upper edge is provided with a downward extending and outward bending fin (25); a pair of locking plates (24) with arc barbs extending downwards are arranged on the two side walls of the fin and positioned on the lower edge of the protective sleeve, and the end parts of the locking plates are also used as trigger plates.

A safety lancet of the pen type according to claim 1, wherein: the handle (3) is a tubular through hole (31), the outer part of the upper section of the handle is provided with symmetrical arc concave surfaces (32), and the surface of the handle is provided with a plurality of anti-skid convex points; the side wall of the inner hole at the upper front end is provided with a wedge-shaped bulge (36) vertical to the axis of the hole; can be mutually abutted against a fin (25) at the lower end of the protective sleeve to prevent the protective sleeve from retreating; the inner wall of the handle hole is provided with a longitudinal groove (35) which is not communicated with the upper end and can interact with a convex point (23) at the outer side of the lower end of the protective sleeve (2) to prevent the protective sleeve from sliding forwards; the outer peripheral wall of the lower section of the handle is provided with an annular bulge (33), and the outer peripheral wall below the annular bulge is provided with an annular groove (34); the edge of the inner hole at the lower end of the handle is provided with an annular concave step (37).

A safety lancet of the pen type according to claim 1, wherein: the needle holder (8) is of a tubular structure, the inside of the needle holder is hollow, the aperture of the lower section of the needle holder is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the blood collecting tube, and the inner wall of the hole of the inner hole (81) at the upper end of the needle holder is provided with an annular bulge (82) which can be tightly embedded with the outer diameter of the lower section (3) of the handle and an annular groove (34) thereof; a partition plate (83) is arranged in a hole at the joint of the upper section and the middle section, and a middle hole (84) is arranged on the partition plate and can penetrate through the blood collection needle seat; the lower end edge of the outer cylinder (8) is curled outwards to form a handle (85).
