Fig. 1 is a schematic top view of a control panel of the ceramic board according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a side view schematic diagram of a part of the structure of the control panel of the ceramic board in the embodiment of fig. 1.
Wherein: the touch screen display comprises a panel 110, a key area 111, a touch sensing board 120, a sensing key 121, a control circuit board 130, a display module 140, a light emitting module 150, a transparent filling layer 160 and a wire 170.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a ceramic thin plate control panel 110 includes: a panel 110, a touch sensing pad 120 and a control circuit board 130; the touch sensing panel 120 is closely attached to the lower surface of the panel 110; the touch sensing board 120 is connected to the control circuit board 130 through an electric wire 170, the upper surface of the touch sensing board 120 is provided with one or more sensing keys 121, and the sensing keys 121 are closely attached to the lower surface of the key area 111 of the panel 110; the panel 110 is a ceramic thin plate, and the thickness thereof is: 3-6 mm.
In the existing materials, for example, a glass plate is not resistant to high temperature and is fragile under impact, and bonded oil stains are not easy to clean; the composite plastic plate is not high-temperature resistant, easy to deform, friction resistant and difficult to clean, the artificial stone plate is not high-temperature resistant due to the addition of combustible components such as resin and the like, toxic gas is released due to thermal deformation at high temperature, the water absorption rate is high, and the artificial stone plate is not suitable for being applied to occasions with high temperature or humidity such as kitchens or bathrooms; the ceramic plate is formed by sintering inorganic materials at high temperature after molding, has good strength, is not easy to break, has good wear resistance, resists high temperature and corrosion, and has lower water absorption; the rock plate belongs to one of ceramic plates, the ceramic plates are sequentially divided into a thick ceramic plate, the rock plate and a thin ceramic plate according to the thickness from thick to thin, and the thin ceramic plate with the same thickness has better hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance compared with other existing materials; in addition, in order to further improve the touch sensitivity of the ceramic thin plate while ensuring that the structural performance of the ceramic thin plate control panel 110 meets the requirements, the ceramic thin plate with the thickness within the range of 4-8mm is finally adopted as the panel 110; therefore, the ceramic thin plate can make the control panel 110 and the household appliance using the same lighter and thinner as a whole under the requirement of the same strength, and simultaneously, the requirements of the household appliance on other performances are ensured, and the practicability and the service life of the household appliance are improved.
The ceramic thin plate control panel 110 further includes: a display module 140; the panel 110 is provided with a hollow display area, and the display surface of the display module 140 is located in the hollow display area.
A hollow prompt area is arranged in the key area 111 of the panel 110; the induction key 121 is provided with a light emitting module 150, and the light emitting module 150 is located in the prompt area. The light emitting module 150 is specifically a light emitting diode, a common illuminating lamp or a color changeable lamp; because the panel 110 is made of a ceramic thin plate and is opaque, the hollow display area or the prompt area can be added to enable a user to clearly know the control state and the key positions of the control panel 110 above the panel 110.
The upper surface of the key area 111 is provided with a key mark. Since the panel 110 is made of a ceramic thin plate and is opaque, a user cannot accurately know the position of the sensing key 121 at the bottom of the panel 110, and the key mark is added to facilitate the user to realize accurate operation.
And a transparent filling layer 160 is arranged in the hollow display area or the prompt area. Most of the area of the panel 110 is made of a ceramic thin plate, so that the panel has sufficient impact resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, so that the overall performance requirements of the panel 110 are sufficiently guaranteed, and the filling layer mainly plays a role in displaying and sealing the hollow display area or the prompt area in a light-transmitting manner, so that sundries or liquid on the panel 110 is prevented from entering the control panel 110.
The transparent filling layer 160 is glass. Specifically, the transparent filling layer 160 is preferably microcrystalline glass and homogeneous tempered glass, which can further enhance the material performance of the hollow display region or the prompt region.
An expansion gap is arranged between the outer periphery of the transparent filling layer 160 and the inner periphery of the hollow display area or the prompt area, and the expansion gap is filled with heat-resistant glue. The width range of the expansion gap is 0.5-1mm, and the heat-resistant glue is an existing material, and specifically can be heat-resistant structural glue. Because the transparent filling layer 160 and the panel 110 are made of different materials, the deformation of the transparent filling layer 160 and the panel 110 in different temperature environments has a slight difference, but the slight difference easily causes the hollow display area or the prompt area to be extruded and damaged, so the expansion gap is arranged as a buffer space to avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon, and in addition, the heat-resistant glue is filled in the expansion gap to relatively fix the structures of the two, so that the integrity of the panel 110 is better, and the waterproofness and the appearance effect are both remarkably improved.
The indicia is an engraved pattern or a frit pattern or a printed pattern. The panel 110 is a ceramic thin plate material, the ceramic thin plate is formed by firing inorganic materials at high temperature, which has good hardness and structural strength and is high temperature resistant, so the mark is arranged on the upper surface of the ceramic thin plate in various ways, wherein, in order to ensure the sufficient stability and better decorative effect of the mark, a glaze pattern can be adopted, the glaze is printed on the ceramic thin plate and then fired at high temperature to form the mark, the color and the shape of the changeable pattern have the diversity of the printed pattern, the three-dimensional decorative effect of the carved pattern is provided, and the pattern structure is very firm and durable.
A household appliance, which is: an induction cooker, an electric ceramic stove, a gas stove, a range hood, an oven, a steaming oven, a water heater, a dryer or a disinfection cabinet; the household appliance is provided with a ceramic thin plate control panel 110 as described above.
The invention provides a ceramic thin plate control panel 110 and a household appliance using the same, wherein the ceramic thin plate control panel 110 has the characteristics of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, easiness in cleaning, oil stain resistance, bacterium breeding resistance and longer service life, so that the household appliance using the ceramic thin plate control panel has a wider application range and longer service life.
