Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly relates to an antistaling agent for aquaculture.
Background
According to the different water quality of cultivation, the method can be divided into three categories of fresh water cultivation, salt water cultivation and sea surface cultivation. The distribution is most dense along the sea in the southwest, and the production value is the second time of the pelagic fishery. The common cultivation of the phthiriasis japonica, the oyster and the eel is carried out. The traditional aquaculture mode not only strives for water resources with human beings, but also causes eutrophication and serious water quality deterioration of aquaculture water and adjacent water areas after a large amount of granular substances, dissolved metabolic wastes, dissolved nutrient salts, antimicrobial agents, drug residues and the like which are contained in aquaculture sewage and are derived from excrement and feed are discharged.
The water quality is the basis and foundation of aquaculture, and directly influences the aquaculture quality, benefit and even success or failure of production. In order to increase the growth rate of the aquaculture animals, sufficient feed needs to be supplied to the aquaculture animals, and excessive feeding tends to result in the accumulation of large amounts of residual feed. The requirements of aquatic products on the water environment in the transportation process are quite strict, and the aquatic products can be transported to the market for consumers to purchase in a fresh and alive manner only by maintaining a good water environment with high dissolved oxygen at a low temperature and the like. However, the current aquaculture water treatment agents are not satisfactory in purifying the treated water.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a preservative for aquaculture, which can prevent diseases of aquatic products in the processes of growth, storage and transportation and can be used for purifying water bodies of pond aquaculture water.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
an antistaling agent for aquaculture comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of eucommia ulmoides leaf extract, 10-20 parts of konjac fine powder, 4-8 parts of chili oil, 15-23 parts of fermented rapeseed meal and 20-30 parts of rice bran powder; the fermented rapeseed meal is prepared by fermenting rapeseed meal serving as a raw material through composite bacteria of photosynthetic bacteria and aspergillus oryzae.
Preferably, the eucommia ulmoides leaf extract is mainly prepared by the following method:
cleaning and drying the eucommia leaves, putting the dried eucommia leaves into a fixation machine for fixation treatment at 100-120 ℃, fixing the fixation until the hand feeling is soft, and then crushing; mixing folium Eucommiae powder with water, adding cellulase, heating for enzymolysis, heating for inactivation after enzymolysis, filtering the enzymolysis solution, concentrating the filtrate, and drying to obtain folium Eucommiae extract.
Preferably, the addition amount of the cellulase is 1.8-3.6% of the weight of the eucommia ulmoides leaves.
Preferably, the specific preparation method of the fermented rapeseed meal comprises the following steps:
1) adding the rapeseed dregs into a 1-3 wt% zinc stearate solution, soaking for 2-3 h, and pulping to obtain rapeseed dreg slurry;
2) adding aspergillus oryzae into the rapeseed meal slurry obtained in the step 1), fermenting at 28-32 ℃ for 48-56 hours, then adding photosynthetic bacteria, and fermenting at 24-26 ℃ for 24-36 hours to obtain fermentation liquor;
3) and concentrating and drying the fermentation liquor at low temperature to obtain the fermented rapeseed meal.
Preferably, the addition amount of the aspergillus oryzae is 0.6-1.2% of the weight of the rapeseed dregs, and the addition amount of the photosynthetic bacteria is 2.1-3.5% of the weight of the rapeseed dregs.
The preparation method of the preservative for aquaculture comprises the following steps:
weighing the eucommia ulmoides leaf extract, the konjac refined powder, the chili oil, the fermented rapeseed meal and the rice bran powder according to the proportion, mixing the konjac refined powder, the rice bran powder and the chili oil, adding the rest raw materials, stirring uniformly, heating to 80-90 ℃, and granulating to obtain the preservative for aquaculture.
The active components of folium Eucommiae include flavonoids, iridoids, phenylpropanoids, lignanoids, polysaccharides, and gutta Percha. The main pharmacological actions are blood pressure reduction, blood fat reduction, blood sugar reduction, inflammation resistance, virus resistance, fatigue resistance, muscle and bone strengthening, aging resistance and the like.
Konjac mannan is a main component contained in konjac. The konjac mannan is white powder, can be swelled with water, and is soluble in water but insoluble in organic solvents such as acetone and chloroform. The konjac mannan is also called konjac flour and konjac gum, and the main components of the konjac mannan are mannan and glucose, and the konjac mannan is white or creamy to light brown yellow powder.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the preservative for aquaculture mainly takes the eucommia ulmoides leaf extract and the fermented rapeseed meal as main raw materials, so that the preservative not only can bring abundant nutrient substances for promoting the movement of aquatic products, but also can enrich dissolved oxygen in a water environment; the konjac fine powder and the rice bran powder are added to effectively adsorb suspended solids in a water environment, so that the water environment is purified, and finally, the chili oil can play a good antibacterial and bactericidal role. The removing rate of COD in the culture sewage by using the preservative is 85.6-89.7%, and the removing rate of suspended solids is 91.2-94.5%.
