Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for processing fruits which are just picked, in particular to a device for air-drying and fresh-keeping treatment of hydrophobic fruits.
Background
For a powerful fruit grower, after the fruits are picked from the fruit trees, the fruits can be pretreated as soon as possible before being boxed, for example: screening the sizes of fruits, and carrying out fresh-keeping treatment (spraying an antistaling agent on the surfaces of the fruits) on the fruits.
Generally, the moisture content of the shells of ripe fruits just picked from fruit trees is high, the moisture content is basically more than 90% (the moisture content refers to the ratio of the weight of the water contained in the shells to the weight of the whole shells), and when the moisture content is more than 90%, because the fiber holes on the skins of the shells are filled with water, at this time, the sprayed preservative is difficult to adhere to the surfaces of the fruits, so that the preservation effect is not ideal.
In addition, in the case of hydrophobic fruits, the moisture content is too high, and the fruits are easily rotten even in a room temperature environment, so that most fruit growers or fruit makers deal with the problem by the following method:
1. picking when the fruit is not ripe, such as the ripeness degree is 6-7, and at the moment, the sweetness and the moisture in the fruit are not high, so that the fruit is convenient to transport. However, it has the disadvantage that the fruit delivered to the consumer's hands in this manner is poor in taste and nutrition.
2. In the transportation process, cold storage transportation is adopted, so that the fruits can be kept in a lower environment, the oxidation speed is reduced, the number of bacteria breeding is reduced, and particularly, hydrophobic fruits such as longan, litchi and dragon tribute fruits are easy to mildew if not well preserved. This approach can result in very high transportation costs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pretreatment device before fruit boxing, which can ensure that fruits picked from more than eighty percent of ripeness can be effectively preserved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the pretreatment device before fruit boxing comprises a fruit feeding platform and a fruit feeding belt, and is characterized in that: a pre-air drying section, a preservative spraying section and a secondary air drying section are arranged behind the fruit feeding belt, wherein,
a pre-air drying section, wherein fruits which are just picked from fruit trees and have the water content of the shells of more than 85 percent are air-dried;
the preservative spraying section is used for spraying and preserving the fruits with the water content of the shells reduced to 50% -60% by adopting an environment-friendly preservative;
and in the secondary air drying section, the fruits sprayed with the preservative are subjected to secondary air drying, so that the water content of the shells of the fruits is reduced to 60-85% again.
The fruits are attached to the conveyer belt which rotates circularly from front to back and has the function of screening the sizes of the fruits during the pre-air drying section, the antistaling agent spraying section and the secondary air drying section.
The pre-air drying section and the secondary air drying section are air-dried by adopting natural circulation air at room temperature, an upper air outlet and a lower air outlet are respectively arranged above and below the conveying belt, the vertical distance from the upper air outlet to the fruit is 5-8cm, the vertical distance from the lower air outlet to the fruit is 3-5cm, and the air outlet directions of the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet respectively point to the moving fruit and form an included angle of 10-18 degrees with the conveying belt.
The air outlet directions of the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet are respectively 15 degrees with the included angle between the conveying belts.
And fans used for pre-air drying and secondary air drying are electric fans.
The upper air outlet and the lower air outlet are arranged oppositely.
The fruit is longan, litchi and dragon tribute fruit.
The pretreatment device adopts three-stage processes of pre-air drying, fresh-keeping treatment and secondary air drying, so that fruits which are just picked from fruit trees and have more than eighty percent of maturity can be effectively preserved and protected, and the moisture in the shells of the mature fruits with high moisture content can be properly reduced by the pre-air drying, so that more fresh-keeping agents can be adsorbed during preservation treatment, and the fruits can be fully protected. The secondary air drying reduces the moisture of the preservative in the fruit shell, thereby achieving the purpose of being beneficial to storage and transportation.
Detailed Description
The pretreatment device before fruit boxing is suitable for being installed on a site for picking fruits, such as an orchard, a fruit forest or a large-scale fresh fruit storage, and is used for carrying out fresh-keeping treatment on fresh fruits which are just picked from fruit trees and have water content of more than 90% before being boxed and transported to a selling place, the treatment efficiency is high, the fresh-keeping treatment effect is good, and the treated fruits have strong anti-mildew and anti-rot capabilities and can withstand the examination of longer transportation time.
The preservative has a very good effect on the preservation and protection of hydrophobic fruits (the hydrophobic fruits refer to fruits which have high water content and are easy to rot when being wetted with water, such as longan, litchi, dragon tribute fruits, water peach, strawberry, kiwi fruit and the like).
The pretreatment device comprises a feeding table for feeding fruits, a fruit feeding belt between the feeding table and a fruit individual screening section, a pre-air drying section for carrying out primary air drying treatment on the fruits, a preservative spraying section for spraying an environment-friendly preservative on the surfaces of the fruits, a secondary air drying section for carrying out secondary air drying on the fruits, a fruit conveying belt for communicating the screening section with the secondary air drying section, and a driving device for driving the fruit feeding belt and the fruit conveying belt.
1. Feeding table
A belt conveyor for placing fruit at a platform of this preprocessing device, the material loading can adopt manual operation, also can adopt automation.
2. Fruit feeding belt
For conveying the fruit stacked on the feeding table to the fruit individual screening section, which may be a belt conveyor used in the conventional art.
3. Fruit conveying belt
The fruit conveyer belt is for lining up fruit individual screening section, the section of drying in advance, antistaling agent spraying section and secondary air-dry section circulation moving conveyer belt, is equipped with a plurality of on this fruit conveyer belt and leaks the fruit hole, when fruit got into on this fruit conveyer belt, the fruit that is greater than and leaks the fruit hole aperture was followed this fruit conveyer belt and is continued to be removed, is less than this and leaks the fruit in fruit hole aperture and then drops from this fruit conveyer belt, is carried to other places retreatment by the fruit device that connects that sets up specially.
4. Fruit individual screening section
It will be appreciated that the fruit conveyor belt serves the function of screening the size of the fruit during the entire process of conveying the fruit, and therefore, the fruit individual screening section may be the first section of the fruit conveyor belt (e.g. the fruit that has just entered the conveyor belt is quickly sorted) or the entire moving process of the fruit conveyor belt (e.g. the fruit is successively sorted during the moving process, such as the fruit that has begun to be stacked together is not easily sorted immediately upon entering the fruit conveyor belt).
5. Pre-air drying section
The fruit which is just picked from the fruit tree and the water content of the shell of which is more than 85 percent is air-dried, and the water content of the fruit shell is reduced to 50 to 60 percent through the air drying of the pre-air drying section.
The length of the pre-air-drying section is determined according to the specific batches and types of fruits and the water content of the fruits.
The air supply of the pre-drying section can adopt a centralized air supply structure, namely the pre-drying section is arranged in a space with closed periphery (two ends are open and are moving channels of the fruit conveying belt), and an air supply device with lower investment cost can also be adopted, for example, the air supply device is formed by adopting a plurality of electric fans.
The environment temperature of the air supply operation space is below 15-25 ℃, and the relative humidity is below 85%.
The air supply of the pre-air drying section is carried out above and below the fruit, namely, air supply devices are respectively arranged above and below the conveying belt, the air blown to the top surface of the fruit by the upper air supply device is called as an upper air outlet, and the air blown to the bottom surface of the fruit by the lower air supply device is called as a lower air outlet; the vertical distance from the upper air outlet to the fruit is 5-8cm, preferably 5cm, and the vertical distance from the lower air outlet to the fruit is 3-5cm, preferably 3 cm; the air outlet directions of the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet and the fruit conveying belt are in an inclined state, and the included angle between the air outlet directions is 10-18 degrees, preferably 15 degrees.
In order to form a rotary airflow by the upper and lower air supply so as to be beneficial to covering the whole surface of the fruit, the invention adopts the arrangement that the upper air outlet is opposite to the lower air outlet. Namely, the upper air outlet blows from one side of the fruit conveying belt to the opposite side, and the lower air outlet blows from the opposite side of the fruit conveying belt to the side.
6. Spraying section of antistaling agent
Spraying devices for spraying the antistaling agent are arranged on two sides of the section, and the antistaling agent is an environment-friendly aqueous solution.
The fruit preservative has the effect that the fruit with the water content of the shell reduced to 50% -60% is sprayed and preserved by adopting the environment-friendly preservative, and the fruit with the water content reduced is quickly absorbed by the preservative sprinkled on the surface of the dried fruit shell and infiltrated and attached to the whole surface of the fruit, so that the oxidation resistance of the surface of the fruit and the capability of resisting the invasion of external bacteria are greatly improved.
7. Secondary air drying section
And (3) carrying out secondary air drying on the fruits sprayed with the preservative to ensure that the water content of the shells of the fruits is reduced to 60-85% again, so as to be beneficial to storage and transportation.
Because the preservative contains more water, when the water content of the fruit shell soaked with the preservative increases suddenly, the water content is high, and the fruit shell is not favorable for storage and transportation, so that the secondary air drying operation is adopted to remove a part of the water in the fruit shell containing the preservative, and the effective preservative components in the preservative are remained in the fruit shell.
