Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the diaper of patent document 1, the adhesive layer is formed so that the rising width of the side sheet rising due to contraction of the rising elastic member is uniform from one end portion to the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the side sheet. The adhesive layer is formed between the folded side pieces or between the side pieces and the top sheet. In the diaper of patent document 1, the standing elastic member is provided also at a portion where the side sheet has a high rigidity due to the adhesive layer. In this case, the contraction force of the elastic member for standing is hindered by the adhesive layer. As a result, the diaper may not be in close contact with the wearer, and the excrement may leak out.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a pants-type absorbent article capable of effectively utilizing the contraction force of an elastic member and suppressing leakage of excrement.

According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the portion of the absorbent core provided with the intermittent fixing portion is less likely to hang down, and the fit to the wearer can be maintained even after excretion. Therefore, even when the excrement is superimposed, leakage of excrement can be suppressed. Further, the contraction force of the elastic member is not hindered by the intermittent fixing portions, and the leakage preventing wall portion can be reliably attached to the wearer, thereby suppressing leakage of excrement.
The length of the portion where the leakage preventing wall portions can stand up between the front end portion fixing portion and the intermittent fixing portion and between the intermittent fixing portion and the rear end portion fixing portion is longer than the length of the portion where the leakage preventing wall portions of the intermittent fixing portion can stand up.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the leakage preventing wall portions can be reliably erected before and after the intermittent fixing portions, an appropriate space for containing excrement can be secured, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
The pants-type absorbent article is characterized in that, in a state in which the pants-type absorbent article is developed and extended in the vertical direction, the vertical length of the leakage preventing wall portion between the intermittent fixing portion and the rear end portion fixing portion is greater than the vertical length of the leakage preventing wall portion between the front end portion fixing portion and the intermittent fixing portion.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, a space in which the leakage preventing wall portions reliably stand up can be provided long on the back side, the buttocks and the defecation of the wearer can be accommodated, and the rear leakage can be suppressed.
The pants-type absorbent article is characterized in that, in a state in which the pants-type absorbent article is stretched and extended in the vertical direction, the vertical center of the intermittent fixing portion is disposed closer to the abdomen-side waist portion than the vertical center of the pants-type absorbent article.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the length of the leakage preventing wall portion in the vertical direction between the intermittent fixing portion and the rear end portion fixing portion can be made longer. Further, the intermittent fixing portions are positioned in correspondence with the position of the excretory opening abutment in the absorbent core, and the sagging of the portion of the absorbent core that becomes heaviest upon absorption of excretory fluid can be suppressed.
The pants-type absorbent article is characterized in that, in a state in which the pants-type absorbent article is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction, the vertical length of the rear end portion fixing portion is smaller than the vertical length of the front end portion fixing portion.

Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a pants-type disposable diaper for adults will be described as an example of a pants-type absorbent article according to the present invention. However, the pants-type absorbent article according to the present invention can also be used as pants-type disposable diapers for infants, sanitary underpants, and the like.
Disposable diaper 1 of the underpants type
Fig. 1 is a front view of a pants-type disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter referred to as "diaper"). Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and extended state. Fig. 3 is a schematic sectional view at line II of fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the diaper 1 in the pants-type state cut in the front-rear direction.
The diaper 1 has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-back direction intersecting each other in the pants-type state shown in fig. 1, and is formed with a waist opening BH and a pair of leg openings LH. The upper side in the vertical direction corresponds to the waist opening BH side, and the lower side corresponds to the crotch side. The front side in the front-back direction corresponds to the abdomen side of the wearer, and the back side corresponds to the back side of the wearer. As shown in fig. 3, the direction in which the materials constituting the diaper 1 are laminated is referred to as the thickness direction. In the thickness direction, the side in contact with the wearer is referred to as the skin side, and the opposite side is referred to as the non-skin side.
The diaper 1 has an absorbent body 10, an abdomen-side waist portion 20, and a back-side waist portion 30. In the diaper 1 in the pants-type state, the absorbent body 10 (absorbent core 11 described later) is disposed along the vertical direction, and the lower end portion in the vertical direction is folded back and forth. The abdomen-side waistline portion 20 is joined from the non-skin side to the upper end portion of the absorbent body 10 on the front side in the front-back direction, and the back-side waistline portion 30 is joined from the non-skin side to the upper end portion of the absorbent body 10 on the rear side in the front-back direction.
In the diaper 1 in the developed state of fig. 2, the abdomen-side waist portion 20 and the back-side waist portion 30 are arranged such that their longitudinal directions are along the left-right direction of the diaper 1. In addition, one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10 is disposed in the center portion of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 in the left-right direction, and the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10 is disposed in the center portion of the back-side waistline portion 30 in the left-right direction. From the developed state shown in fig. 2, the absorbent main body 10 is folded in two at substantially the center in the longitudinal direction, and both side portions of the abdomen-side waist portion 20 in the left-right direction and both side portions of the back-side waist portion 30 in the left-right direction are joined by fusion or the like, thereby forming the diaper 1 in the pants-type state.
The absorbent main body 10 has side elastic members 41 (elastic members of the present invention) extending and contracting in the longitudinal direction (the vertical direction of the diaper 1) at both side portions in the horizontal direction. The absorbent main body 10 is provided with a pair of leakage preventing walls 40 along the longitudinal direction thereof on both sides in the left-right direction. The leakage preventing wall 40 can rise toward the skin side by the side elastic member 41 (details will be described later).
In addition, the absorbent main body 10 has: an absorbent core 11 for absorbing excretory fluid; a liquid-permeable skin side sheet 12 disposed on the skin side of the wearer with respect to the absorbent core 11; a liquid-impermeable non-skin side sheet 13 disposed on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11; and a sheet member 14. The skin side sheet 12 is folded back to the non-skin side at both side portions in the left-right direction so as to be wound around the absorbent core 11. The sheet member 14 is disposed on the non-skin side of the non-skin side sheet 13, and a leakage preventing wall portion 40 is formed on the skin side of the skin side sheet 12.
The absorbent core 11 is obtained by molding liquid-absorbent fibers such as pulp fibers containing a super absorbent polymer (so-called SAP) into a predetermined shape. The absorbent core 11 of the present embodiment has a substantially hourglass shape in plan view, but is not limited thereto, and may have a rectangular shape in plan view, for example. The absorbent core 11 may be covered with a liquid-permeable core wrap sheet 15.
The abdomen-side waistline unit 20 and the back-side waistline unit 30 each have: inner layer sheets 21, 31; outer layer sheets 22 and 32 disposed on the non-skin side of the inner layer sheets 21 and 31; waist elastic members 23, 33; and cover sheets 24, 34. The waist elastic members 23, 33 are disposed in parallel in the vertical direction between the inner sheet 21, 31 and the outer sheet 22, 32, and are fixed in an extended state in the horizontal direction. Thus, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are fitted to the waistline of the wearer. The cover sheets 24 and 34 cover the upper end of the absorbent main body 10 from the skin side.
In the unfolded and extended state of fig. 2, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 has a rectangular shape in plan view. The back-side waistline unit 30 includes: an overlapping portion 30A overlapping the abdomen-side waist portion 20 in the front-rear direction; and an extension portion 30B extending downward from the abdomen-side waist portion 20. The overlapping portion 30A has a rectangular shape in plan view, and the extending portion 30B has an inverted trapezoidal shape in plan view. The hips of the wearer may be covered by the extension 30B. On the other hand, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 is shorter in vertical length than the back-side waistline portion 30, and does not extend to the crotch side. Therefore, the legs lifted to the abdominal side during walking or the like are easily walked without being hindered in their movements.
In addition, an extension elastic member 35 is provided along the lower end of the extension portion 30B of the back-side waistline portion 30. Specifically, the extension elastic member 35 includes: a pair of inclined portions 351 arranged to be inclined downward toward the inside in the left-right direction; and a linear portion 352 disposed in the left-right direction between the pair of inclined portions 351. The extended elastic members 35 are fixed in an extended state between the inner sheet 31 and the outer sheet 32, similarly to the waist elastic members 33. The extension portion 30B is fitted to the hip of the wearer by the extension portion elastic member 35, and the rolling of the extension portion 30B is suppressed.
However, the present invention is not limited to the above configuration. For example, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 may have the same planar shape as the back-side waistline portion 30 and may include the same elastic members as the extended elastic members 35 of the back-side waistline portion 30. That is, the abdomen-side waist portion 20 may include an inclined elastic member inclined inward in the left-right direction toward the lower side at the lower end portion. Conversely, the back-side waistline unit 30 may have a rectangular shape in plan view similar to the abdomen-side waistline unit 20, and may not include the extension elastic member 35.
The leakage preventing wall 40 is formed by
Fig. 5 and 6 are views for explaining the leakage preventing wall 40. Fig. 5 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and extended state. Fig. 6 is a schematic sectional view of the leakage preventing wall portion 40. Fig. 7A is a schematic sectional view at the line I-I of fig. 5, fig. 7B is a schematic sectional view at the line II-II of fig. 5, and fig. 7C is a schematic sectional view at the line III-III of fig. 5. Fig. 8A and 8B are schematic cross-sectional views of the leakage preventing wall 40 in a worn state.
In the following description, the state in which the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction means the following state: the joining of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 is released, and the diaper 1 is developed in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the absorbent main body 10, and the diaper 1 is stretched in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the absorbent main body 10 without wrinkles. Specifically, the material (for example, sheet member 14) constituting diaper 1 is elongated to a length equal to or close to the size of the member alone.
< construction of leakage preventing wall 40 >)
The pair of leakage preventing walls 40 provided in the absorbent body 10 are each formed by folding the sheet member 14 constituting the outer package of the absorbent body 10. As an example of a method of forming the leakage preventing wall portion 40, the following method can be exemplified.
First, in a state where the non-skin side sheet 13 is placed on the sheet member 14, both lateral side portions of the sheet member 14 are bent toward the skin side and inward in the lateral direction with a bending line f1 (see fig. 6) as a base point. Between the sheet members 14 thus formed into 2 layers, the side elastic members 41 are fixed in an extended state in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10. Next, both side portions in the left-right direction of the 2-layer sheet member 14 are bent toward the non-skin side and the inside in the left-right direction with the bending line f2 as a base point.
Finally, in a state where the absorbent core 11 and the skin side sheet 12 are placed on the non-skin side sheet 13, both lateral side portions of the 4-layer sheet member 14 are bent toward the skin side and inward in the lateral direction from the bending line f 3. Thus, the portion of the sheet member 14 to which the side elastic member 41 is fixed is disposed on the skin side with respect to the skin-side sheet 12. Further, a leakage preventing wall 40 is formed which is bent into a substantially S-shaped cross section.
The leakage preventing wall 40 has: a "skin-side portion 42" which is a portion between the bending lines f1 and f 2; and a "non-skin-side portion 43" disposed on the non-skin side of the skin-side portion 42 and between the bending lines f2 and f 3. The skin-side portion 42 is a portion bent outward in the left-right direction with respect to the non-skin-side portion 43. Therefore, the lateral outer end 42a of the skin-side portion 42 serves as the "distal end 42a of the leakage preventing wall portion 40".
The portion of the sheet member 14 located on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11 is fixed to the back sheet 13 or the like by an adhesive 16 (see fig. 6) up to the position of the lateral side end 10a of the absorbent main body 10. Therefore, the position of the fold line f3 that is the side end 10a of the absorbent main body 10 becomes the base end 43a of the leakage preventing wall 40. That is, the lateral outer end 43a of the non-skin side portion 43 becomes the "base end 43a of the leakage preventing wall portion 40".
Between the 2-layer sheet members 14 constituting the skin-side portion 42, 4 side elastic members 41A are arranged in parallel in the left-right direction. The 4 side elastic members 41A are disposed closer to the distal end 42a of the leakage preventing wall 40. Between the 2-layer sheet members 14 constituting the non-skin- side portion 52, 2 side elastic members 41B are provided in parallel in the left-right direction. The 2 side elastic members 41B are disposed closer to the inner ends 43B of the non-skin-side portions 43 in the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 5, the absorbent body 10 includes: a "front-side end fixing portion 51" for fixing the leakage preventing wall 40 to be unable to stand up at the front-side upper end portion in the front-back direction of the diaper 1; and a "rear end fixing portion 52" for fixing the leakage preventing wall portion 40 to be unable to stand at the rear upper end portion.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7A, the front end fixing portion 51 includes: a "skin-side fixing portion 511" for fixing the skin-side portion 42 and the non-skin-side portion 43 of the leakage preventing wall 40 with an adhesive or the like; and a "non-skin-side fixing portion 512" for fixing the non-skin-side portion 43 of the leakage preventing wall portion 40 and the skin side sheet 12 with an adhesive or the like. Although not shown, the rear end fixing portion 52 is also a cross section similar to fig. 7A, and includes a skin-side fixing portion and a non-skin-side fixing portion.
Therefore, in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10, the portion of the sheet member 14 between the front end portion fixing portion 51 and the rear end portion fixing portion 52 is a portion where the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can rise. Further, for example, even when the wearer is in a sleeping position, the front end fixing portion 51 and the rear end fixing portion 52 can block the excretory fluid even if the excretory fluid blocked by the leakage preventing wall portion 40 flows forward or backward, and front leakage and rear leakage can be suppressed.
Incidentally, the width (length in the left-right direction) of the portion where the leakage preventing wall portion 40 of the present embodiment can stand is not a very small amount. Specifically, the width of the skin-side portion 42 and the width of the non-skin-side portion 43 are not a little and are larger than 5 mm. Therefore, if the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the leakage preventing wall 40 are not fixed so as to be able to stand, the parts where the leakage preventing wall 40 can stand are contracted toward the center in the longitudinal direction, and the leakage preventing wall 40 cannot stand. That is, by providing the front-side end fixing portion 51 and the rear-side end fixing portion 52, the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can be raised well over a wide range in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10, and the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can function.
The absorbent main body 10 also has "intermittent fixing portions 53" for fixing the leakage preventing wall portions 40 to the skin side sheet 12 at positions spaced apart from the front end fixing portions 51 and the rear end fixing portions 52 in the vertical direction. That is, in a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the front-side end portion fixing portions 51, the intermittent fixing portions 53, and the rear-side end portion fixing portions 52 are intermittently arranged in the vertical direction (the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10).
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the intermittent fixing portions 53 fix the non-skin side portion 43 of the leakage preventing wall portion 40 and the skin side sheet 12 with an adhesive or the like. The intermittent fixing section 53 illustrated in fig. 5 is configured by arranging 2 fixing sections 531, 532 having a rectangular shape in plan view in the left-right direction. However, the intermittent fixing section 53 is not limited to this, and may be configured by 1 fixing section, or may be configured by arranging a plurality of fixing sections in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction.
The intermittent fixing portion 53 is coated with an adhesive, and has high rigidity. Therefore, the intermittent fixing portions 53 are preferably disposed at positions inward of the side ends 10a of the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction. By not positioning the intermittent fixing portions 53 having high rigidity at the side ends 10a of the absorbent main body 10, the inner legs of the wearer can be prevented from being irritated by the side ends 10a (edges) of the absorbent main body 10.
As shown in fig. 6, in the leakage preventing wall portion 40, a region from the position of the inner end 53a of the intermittent fixing portion 53 to the base end 43a side of the leakage preventing wall portion 40 in the left-right direction (a region up to the base end 43 a) is referred to as a "base end region 401". A region on the distal end 42a side of the leakage preventing wall 40 from the proximal end region 401 (a region up to the distal end 42 a) is referred to as a "distal end region 402".
As shown in fig. 7C, the end region 402 of the leakage preventing wall 40 has a "clamp engagement portion 54" (engagement portion of the present invention) in which at least a part of the surfaces facing each other is engaged at a position on the left-right direction inner side than the end 42a of the leakage preventing wall 40. Specifically, the pinch-bonding portion 54 bonds a portion between the skin-side portion 42 and the non-skin-side portion 43 with an adhesive or the like. As shown in fig. 5, the clamp joint portion 54 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10.
The pinch-bonding portion 54 of the present embodiment is formed along the inner end 43b (i.e., the fold line f2) of the non-skin-side portion 43 in the left-right direction. However, the pinch-off joint portion 54 is not limited to this, and may be formed at a position farther outward in the left-right direction than the inner end 43b, apart from the inner end 43b of the non-skin-side portion 43 in the left-right direction.
The front end fixing portion 51, the rear end fixing portion 52, the intermittent fixing portion 53, and the clamp joint portion 54 are formed by applying an adhesive, but are not limited thereto. For example, the adhesive may be formed by pressure bonding means such as embossing.
In particular, in the intermittent fixing section 53, there is a risk that a part of the adhesive forming the intermittent fixing section 53 is peeled off due to the movement of the wearer's body. The leakage preventing wall 40 folded back inward in the left-right direction is fixed to the skin side sheet 12 at the intermittent fixing portion 53. Therefore, when a part of the adhesive forming the intermittent fixing portions 53 is peeled off, the adhesive is exposed to the skin of the wearer, and the skin of the wearer is irritated by the adhesive. Therefore, the intermittent fixing portions 53 may be formed of an adhesive, but are preferably formed by pressure bonding means such as embossing.
< inhibition of leakage of excrement >)
In the portion without the intermittent fixing section 53, as shown in fig. 3, the length of the sheet that can stand up from the lateral side end 11a of the absorbent core 11 in the lateral direction is equal to or less than the length. That is, the length W1 in the left-right direction of the sheet (the skin side sheet 12, the non-skin side sheet 13, and the sheet member 14) from the side end 11a of the absorbent core 11 to the side end 10a of the absorbent main body 10, the length W2 in the left-right direction of the non-skin side portion 43 of the leakage preventing wall portion 40, and the length W3 in the left-right direction of the skin side portion 42 of the leakage preventing wall portion 40 are added together to obtain a length (W1+ W2+ W3). The piece having this length (W1+ W2+ W3) is partially pinched by the intermittent fixing portion 53 as shown in fig. 6.
That is, the length of the sheet that can stand up from the side end 11a in the left-right direction of the absorbent core 11 is shorter at the portion where the intermittent fixed portions 53 are provided than at the portion where the intermittent fixed portions 53 are not provided. Therefore, even if the absorbent core 11 becomes heavy by absorbing excretory fluid during wearing of the diaper 1, the portion of the absorbent core 11 where the intermittent fixing portions 53 are located is less likely to sag as shown in fig. 8B.
Therefore, the fit of the absorbent main body 10 to the wearer can be maintained even after excretion. Therefore, even when excretion is superimposed, the excretion liquid can be absorbed by the absorbent core 11 attached to the wearer, and leakage of the excretion can be suppressed.
Further, by suppressing the sagging of the absorbent core 11, the wearer can easily walk even after excretion, and the wearer does not feel uncomfortable. In addition, it is difficult to visually recognize the wearing of the diaper 1.
The absorbent main body 10 of the present embodiment includes the side elastic members 41 that expand and contract in the vertical direction on both sides in the horizontal direction, but the side elastic members 41 are disposed only in the end regions 402 of the leakage preventing wall portions 40. If the side elastic member 41 is disposed at the portion of the sheet member 14 fixed by the intermittent fixing portion 53, a part of the contraction force of the side elastic member 41 is blocked by the rigidity of the intermittent fixing portion 53.
Then, as shown in fig. 6, it is preferable that all the side elastic members 41 be positioned closer to the distal end 42a of the leakage preventing wall portion 40 than the inner end 53a of the intermittent fixing portion 53 in the left-right direction. Thus, the intermittent fixing portions 53 can be prevented from blocking the contraction force of the side elastic members 41. Therefore, the contraction force of the side elastic members 41 can be effectively utilized, the leakage preventing wall portions 40 can be reliably raised, the leakage preventing wall portions 40 can be brought into close contact with the wearer, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
Further, sagging of the absorbent core 11 can be suppressed by the intermittent fixing sections 53, while the length of the portion where the leakage preventing wall sections 40 can rise is shortened at the portion where the intermittent fixing sections 53 are located. This is because a part of the sheet member 14 from which the leakage preventing wall 40 can rise is fixed to the skin-side sheet 12. Therefore, the intermittent fixing portions 53 may be provided in a part of the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10 without providing the intermittent fixing portions 53 in a wide range of the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10.
In this way, the length of the portion of the intermittent fixing portion 53 where the leakage preventing wall 40 can stand up can be made longer than the length of the portion of the intermittent fixing portion 53 where the leakage preventing wall 40 can stand up, between the front-side end portion fixing portion 51 and the intermittent fixing portion 53, and between the intermittent fixing portion 53 and the rear-side end portion fixing portion 52.
Specifically, the length of the portion of the intermittent fixing section 53 where the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can rise (see fig. 7B) is a total length (W6+ W3) of the length W6 in the left-right direction from the inner end 53a of the intermittent fixing section 53 to the inner end 43B of the non-skin side portion 43 and the length W3 in the left-right direction of the skin side portion 42.
On the other hand, in the region where the intermittent fixing section 53 and the pinch-and-join section 54 are not provided, the length of the region where the leakage preventing wall section 40 can rise (see fig. 3) is a total length of the respective lengths in the left-right direction of the non-skin side section 43 and the skin side section 42 (W2+ W3).
In addition, the length of the portion where the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can stand up (see fig. 7C) at the portion where only the pinch-off joint portion 54 is provided is a length (W2+ W3-W4) obtained by subtracting the length of the pinch-off joint portion 54 in the left-right direction from the total length of the lengths of the non-skin side portion 43 and the skin side portion 42 in the left-right direction.
Therefore, in a region where the intermittent fixing section 53 is not provided (for example, fig. 8A), a space 2 having an appropriate size can be secured between the body of the wearer and the absorbent main body 10, compared to a region where the intermittent fixing section 53 is provided (for example, fig. 8B). Excrement can be contained in the space 2, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed. In addition, male genitals can be accommodated in the space 2 on the ventral side of the intermittent fixing section 53, and buttocks and defecation can be accommodated in the space 2 on the dorsal side of the intermittent fixing section 53.
In addition, in a state (fig. 5) in which the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction, the vertical length L7 of the leakage preventing wall 40 between the intermittent fixing portions 53 and the rear-side end portion fixing portions 52 can be made longer (L6< L7) than the vertical length L6 of the leakage preventing wall 40 between the front-side end portion fixing portions 51 and the intermittent fixing portions 53.
In this way, the region having a long length of the portion where the intermittent fixing portion 53 is not provided and the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can rise can be provided long on the back side. Therefore, a space 2 for accommodating the buttocks and the defecation of the wearer can be sufficiently secured (see fig. 8A). Further, for example, when the wearer is in a sleeping position, the excretory fluid is likely to flow to the back side, but the reliably standing leak-proof wall portion 40 can block the excretory fluid flowing to the back side. Thus, rear leakage can be suppressed.
Therefore, in a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the center CL2 in the vertical direction of the intermittent fixing portions 53 may be disposed on the abdomen-side waist portion 20 side of the product center CL1, which is the center in the vertical direction of the diaper 1. That is, the intermittent fixing portions 53 may be disposed so as to be offset toward the abdomen-side waist portion 20.
In this way, the vertical length of the leakage preventing wall 40 between the intermittent fixing portions 53 and the rear-side end fixing portions 52 can be increased (L7). Therefore, the space 2 for accommodating the buttocks and the feces of the wearer can be sufficiently secured, and the rear leakage can be suppressed.
The urination position of the wearer is located on the front side (ventral side) of the crotch part. Therefore, the intermittent fixing portions 53 are positioned corresponding to the excretory opening contact position in the absorbent core 11 by disposing the intermittent fixing portions 53 closer to the abdomen-side waist portion 20. Therefore, the intermittent fixing portions 53 can suppress sagging of the portion of the absorbent core 11 that is the heaviest to absorb the excretory fluid.
However, the present invention is not limited to the above configuration. For example, in a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the center CL2 in the vertical direction of the intermittent fixing portions 53 may be aligned with the product center CL1 of the diaper 1, or may be disposed on the back waistline portion 30 side of the product center CL1 of the diaper 1. In these cases, the sagging of the absorbent main body 10 where the intermittent fixing portions 53 are located can be suppressed, and the leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
Further, in the present embodiment, in a state in which the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the vertical length L9 of the rear end portion fixing portion 52 is shorter than the vertical length L8 of the front end portion fixing portion 51 (L8> L9).
In this way, the length L7 in the vertical direction of the leakage preventing wall 40 between the intermittent fixing portions 53 and the rear-side end portion fixing portions 52 can be made longer. Therefore, the space 2 for accommodating the buttocks and the feces of the wearer can be sufficiently secured, and the rear leakage can be suppressed.
As shown in fig. 5, the absorbent core 11 of the present embodiment has a substantially hourglass shape in plan view, and has a narrowed portion 111 having a smaller width in the lateral direction than the end portions at the center in the longitudinal direction. The narrow portion 111 can fit into the narrow crotch of the wearer. However, in the narrow portion 111, the absorption capacity becomes smaller according to the degree of reduction in width.
Therefore, in the diaper 1 in the pants-type state, at least a part of the intermittent fixing portions 53 is preferably arranged in the lateral direction with respect to the narrow portion 111 of the absorbent core 11 and outside the narrow portion 111. That is, in a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the narrow section 111 of the absorbent core 11 and at least a part of the intermittent fixing section 53 may be disposed so as to overlap in the vertical direction (the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10), and the intermittent fixing section 53 may be disposed at a position outside the side end 11a of the absorbent core 11 in the lateral direction.
In this way, the skin-side surface of the constriction portion 111 can be prevented from being covered with the adhesive of the leakage preventing wall portion 40 and the intermittent fixing portion 53. That is, the reduction of the absorption area of the stricture portion 111 can be prevented, and the absorption capacity of the stricture portion 111 can be maintained. Thus, leakage of the excretory fluid can be suppressed.
In the narrow portion 111 of the absorbent core 11, the length W1 (see fig. 6) of the sheet from the side end 11a of the absorbent core 11 to the side end 10a of the absorbent main body 10 is increased. That is, the length of the sheet that can rise from the side end 11a of the absorbent core 11 also becomes long, and the narrow portion 111 after excretion is liable to sag. Therefore, by disposing the intermittent fixing portion 53 at a position corresponding to the narrowed portion 111, the length of the sheet that can rise from the side end of the narrowed portion 111 can be shortened, and sagging of the narrowed portion 111 can be suppressed. Therefore, the fit of the stricture portion 111 to the wearer can be maintained even after excretion, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
In addition, the end region 402 of the leakage preventing wall portion 40 has the clamp joint portion 54 as shown in fig. 7C. By clamping the joint 54, the folded shape of the leakage preventing wall portion 40 is maintained, i.e., the bending at the bending line f2 is maintained. Therefore, in the worn state of the diaper 1 (fig. 8A), the non-skin side portion 43 is raised toward the wearer side by the side elastic members 41B disposed in the non-skin side portion 43 of the leakage preventing wall portion 40, and the skin side portion 42 is brought into surface contact with the wearer by the side elastic members 41A disposed in the skin side portion 42.
Further, the clip joining section 54 has high rigidity, and particularly the clip joining section 54 maintains a surface shape in the skin-side section 42, and can be firmly attached to the wearer. On the other hand, the parts of the skin-side portion 42 other than the pinch-bonded portions 54 have low rigidity, and can be brought into close contact with the wearer while forming a curved surface corresponding to the irregularities of the body of the wearer. Therefore, the adhesion of the leakage preventing wall 40 to the wearer can be improved, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
However, in the pinch-bonded portion 54, a portion of the sheet member 14 forming the leakage preventing wall portion 40 is pinched, and therefore, the length of a portion where the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can stand is shortened. Then, the length W4 in the left-right direction of the clamp engagement portion 54 (see fig. 5) is preferably smaller than the length W5 in the left-right direction of the intermittent fixing portion 53 (see fig. 6, the total length of the 2 fixing portions 531, 532 arranged in the left-right direction) (W4< W5).
In this way, the length of the portion of the pinch-and-pinch joint portion 54 where the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can rise can be made longer than the length of the portion of the intermittent fixing portion 53 where the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can rise. Therefore, the space 2 (see fig. 8A) for accommodating excrement can be sufficiently secured at the portion where the clamp joint portion 54 is located, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
In addition, the clamp engagement portion 54 is provided at the end region 402 of the leakage preventing wall portion 40 where the side elastic member 41 is arranged. Therefore, by reducing the length W4 in the left-right direction of the clamp joint 54, the number of the side elastic members 41 arranged at the clamp joint 54 can be reduced.
More preferably, the number of the side elastic members 41B arranged at the clamp joint portion 54 (2 in the present embodiment) may be smaller than the number of the side elastic members 41 not arranged at the clamp joint portion 54 (4 in the present embodiment).
In this way, the number of the side elastic members 41 in which a part of the contraction force is hindered by the rigidity of the clamp joint 54 can be reduced. Therefore, the contraction force of the side elastic members 41 can be effectively utilized, the leakage preventing wall portions 40 can be reliably raised, and the leakage preventing wall portions 40 can be brought into close contact with the wearer. Thus, leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
In a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the pinch-bonded portions 54 are preferably arranged at positions not overlapping with the intermittent fixing portions 53 in the vertical direction. Thus, the length of the portion where the leakage preventing wall portion 40 can rise due to both the clamp joint portion 54 and the intermittent fixing portion 53 can be prevented from becoming excessively short. Therefore, the leakage preventing wall 40 can be raised appropriately over a wide range in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
In the pinch-bonded part 54 of the present embodiment, in a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction, the pinch-bonded part 54 has: a clamp joint 541 (the 1 st joint of the present invention) disposed on the abdomen side on the abdomen-side waist portion 20 side of the intermittent fixing portion 53; and a clamp joint portion 542 (the 2 nd joint portion of the present invention) disposed on the back side of the back-side waistline portion 30 side with respect to the intermittent fixing portion 53.
Therefore, the space 2 (see fig. 8A) for containing excrement on the abdomen side of the intermittent fixing section 53 can be closed by the clamp joint section 541 on the abdomen side, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed. Similarly, the space 2 for accommodating excrement on the back side of the intermittent fixing portion 53 can be closed by the back clamp joint portion 542, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
Further, in a state where the diaper 1 is developed and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the length L3 in the vertical direction of the back-side pinch-and-seal portion 542 is preferably larger than the length L2 in the vertical direction of the abdomen-side pinch-and-seal portion 541 (L3> L2).
In this way, the long back-side clamp-bonding portion 542 can firmly bring the back-side leakage preventing wall portion 40 into close contact with the wearer. For example, when the wearer is in a sleeping position, the excretion liquid is likely to flow to the back side, but the excretion liquid flowing to the back side can be reliably blocked by the leakage preventing wall portion 40. Thus, rear leakage can be suppressed.
In a state where the diaper 1 is stretched in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the abdomen-side clamp joint portion 541 and the back-side clamp joint portion 542 are preferably disposed at positions that do not overlap the product center CL1 of the diaper 1.
In this way, when the diaper 1 is formed into an underpants type from the unfolded state (fig. 2), the pinch-bonded portions 54 having high rigidity can be prevented from being folded in two and getting creased. Therefore, the clamp joint portion 54 can be brought into close contact with the surface in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
< improvement in the lifting Property of diaper 1 >
As described above, the diaper 1 of the present embodiment includes the back-side waistline portion 30 (see fig. 2) having the extending portion 30B extending downward from the abdomen-side waistline portion 20, and the extending portion elastic member 35 extending along the lower end of the extending portion 30B. The inclined portion 351 of the extending portion elastic member 35, which is inclined downward toward the inside in the left-right direction, has a length in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the user holds the waist portions 20 and 30 while wearing the diaper 1, the extension of the inclined portion 351 of the extension elastic member 35 facilitates the lifting of the absorbent body 10 when the diaper 1 is pulled up.
On the other hand, the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 does not include an inclined elastic member inclined inward in the left-right direction toward the lower side at the lower end portion. In this case, the pulling-up property of the absorbent body 10 on the abdomen side is lower than the pulling-up property of the absorbent body 10 on the back side.
However, in the absorbent body 10 of the present embodiment, the intermittent fixing portions 53 having high rigidity are disposed closer to the abdomen-side waist portion 20. Therefore, the pulling force is easily applied to the portion having a short length in the vertical direction between the front end fixing portion 51 having high rigidity and the intermittent fixing portion 53 having high rigidity. Therefore, the portion of the side elastic member 41 between the front end fixing portion 51 and the intermittent fixing portion 53 is strongly stretched, and the contractive force is also enhanced. Therefore, the portion of the absorbent body 10 between the front end fixing portion 51 and the intermittent fixing portion 53 repeats the expansion and contraction operation, and the pulling-up is facilitated. That is, the lifting property of the absorbent body 10 on the abdomen side is improved.
As shown in fig. 7B, the skin-side sheet 12 is fixed to the leakage preventing wall portion 40 in the intermittent fixing portion 53. Therefore, the skin side sheet 12 fixed to the leakage preventing wall portions 40 and the absorbent core 11 fixed to the skin side sheet 12 by an adhesive agent not shown in the figure are also easily pulled up together with the leakage preventing wall portions 40 by the contraction of the side elastic members 41. In other words, the length of the piece that can rise from the side end 11a in the left-right direction of the absorbent core 11 at the portion where the intermittent fixing section 53 is located is also shortened. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is pulled up, the portion of the absorbent core 11 where the intermittent fixing portions 53 are located is less likely to sag, and the portion is easily pulled up to follow the leakage preventing wall portions 40.
The intermittent fixing sections 53 are arranged in parallel with the narrow section 111 of the absorbent core 11 in the left-right direction, and are disposed outside the narrow section 111. That is, as shown in fig. 7B, the sheet portion of the absorbent main body 10 where the absorbent core 11 is not provided is fixed to the leakage preventing wall 40. Therefore, the degree of freedom of deformation of the absorbent core 11 becomes high, and the narrow portion 111 of the absorbent core 11 is easily deformed into a peak shape in accordance with the crotch width of the wearer. Therefore, the narrow portion 111 of the absorbent core 11 easily enters the crotch of the wearer, and the diaper 1 can be smoothly pulled up.
In addition, it is preferable that the intermittent fixed portions 53 do not overlap with the product center CL1 of the diaper 1. Thus, when the diaper 1 is formed into a pants-type shape from the unfolded state (fig. 2), the intermittent fixing portions 53 are not folded in two, and the formation of creases in the intermittent fixing portions 53 can be prevented. In this way, the portion of the absorbent assembly 10 where the intermittent fixing portions 53 are located is easily pulled up horizontally while maintaining a flat state by the intermittent fixing portions 53 having high rigidity. Therefore, the pulling-up property of the portion of the absorbent assembly 10 on the abdomen side where the intermittent fixing portions 53 are located is improved.
Further, the leakage preventing wall portion 40 has a clamp joint portion 54 as shown in fig. 7C. By clamping the joint 54, the length of the piece that can rise from the side end 11a of the absorbent core 11 becomes shorter. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is pulled up, the portion of the absorbent core 11 where the clamp joint 54 is located is less likely to sag, and the diaper is easily pulled up to follow the leakage preventing wall 40. Thus, the diaper 1 has improved lifting performance.
As described above, the lifting performance of the diaper 1 (absorbent body 10) is improved by the pinch-bonded portions 54 and the intermittent fixing portions 53. In a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the pinch-bonded portions 54 are preferably arranged at positions not overlapping with the intermittent fixing portions 53 in the vertical direction. That is, the nip portion 54 and the intermittent fixing portion 53 may be arranged to be shifted in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10. In this way, the lifting performance of the absorbent main body 10 can be improved over a wide range in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10.
In a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), the vertical length of the intermittent fixing portion 53 is L1, the vertical length of the abdomen-side clamp joint 541 is L2, and the vertical length of the back-side clamp joint 542 is L3. The vertical length of a portion of the back-side clamp joint 542 that does not overlap the back-side waistline portion 30 is L4. L5 denotes a vertical length of a portion of the absorbent main body 10 between the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30, that is, a portion extending from the lower end 20a of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 to the lower end 30a of the back-side waistline portion 30.
The absorbent body 10 is less likely to be pulled up at a portion between the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 than at a portion overlapping the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 or the back-side waistline portion 30. In a state where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction (fig. 5), it is preferable that the vertical length (L1+ L2+ L4) of a portion of the absorbent main body 10 between the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 where at least one of the intermittent fixing portion 53 and the clip joining portion 54 is arranged be greater than the vertical length (L5- (L1+ L2+ L4)) of the other portion. This can improve the lifting performance of the portion of the absorbent main body 10 that is difficult to lift.
In addition, the contraction force (pulling force) of the side elastic member 41 is more likely to act on the absorbent core 11 at the intermittent fixing section 53 than at the portion where the clamp joint section 54 is located, and the absorbent core 11 is more likely to be pulled up following the leakage preventing section 40. That is, the intermittent fixing portions 53 can further improve the lifting property of the absorbent main body 10 than the grip joint portions 54.
Then, in a state (fig. 5) where the diaper 1 is unfolded and extended in the vertical direction, the vertical length L1 of the intermittent fixing portions 53 may be smaller than the vertical lengths L2, L3 of the clip joint portions 54 (L1< L2, L3). That is, it is preferable to avoid unnecessarily lengthening the intermittent fixing portion 53. Thus, the reduction in the tactile sensation to the wearer due to the intermittent fixing portions 53 having high rigidity can be reduced. Further, even if the intermittent fixing portions 53 are not lengthened, the intermittent fixing portions 53 can improve the lifting and pulling properties of the absorbent assembly 10, and thus the lifting and pulling properties of the diaper 1 can be maintained.
