Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a connection structure of an image scanning control system 80 according to an embodiment of the invention. The image scan control system 80 may include M clients 20(M may be a natural number greater than or equal to 1) and N proxy nodes 30(N may be a natural number greater than or equal to 1). The client 20 may be communicatively coupled to the proxy node 30 via a network connection device 40, and the client 20 may also be communicatively coupled to a private network 50 via the network connection device. The agent node 30 may be connected to a corresponding scanner 70, and the agent node 30 and the corresponding scanner 70 may be disposed in a printer room, so that the N agent nodes 30 and the N corresponding scanners 70 may be disposed in the printer rooms 1 to N.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a partial structure and principle of the image scanning control system 80 shown in fig. 1. It is understood that fig. 2 mainly illustrates the private network 50, the application server 60 building the private network 50, one client 20a of the M clients 20, one agent node 30a of the N agent nodes 30, and the scanner 70a connected to the agent node 30a to illustrate the communication connection and the main principle of the image scanning control system 80.
The client 20a may be a Personal Computer (PC), but is not limited to a PC, and may also be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a smart wearable device, etc. which can communicate with the application server 60 through the private network 50. Specifically, the application server 60 may be a Web server, in which a document system may be installed, the client 20a and the application server 60 may establish a communication connection through an HTTPS protocol and/or data encryption, and the client 20a is connected to the private network 50 of the application server 60 through a front end Web page of the document system of the Web browser. The application server 60 may also access a first database 61 provided on a memory.
The proxy node 30a may be a Personal Computer (PC), but is not limited to a PC, and may be another device having an information processing capability, a server, or the like. The agent node 30a may include a scanning service program module 32 and a scanner driver module 33, specifically, the scanning service program and the scanner driver may be built in an internal processing system, or may be an additionally installed scanning service program and scanner driver, and the agent node 30a may access the second database 31 disposed in the memory of the agent node 30 a. It will be appreciated that the scanner driver is used to drive the scanner 70a connected to the proxy node 30 a.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of an image scanning control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and is a schematic diagram of an operating principle of the image scanning control system 80.
As shown in fig. 3, the image scanning control method includes the following steps S801 to S803.
In step S801, the client 20a requests the application server 60 to acquire a scanning resource having a proxy node address, establishes a communication connection with the proxy node 30a according to the proxy node address, and sends a scanning parameter to the proxy node 30 a.
In step S802, the agent node 30a controls the scanner 70a to perform a scanning operation according to the scanning parameter, and obtains scanned image data generated by the scanning operation.
In step S803, the proxy node 30a sends the scanned image data to the client 20 a.
In the step of the step S801, in which the client 20a requests the application server 60 to acquire the scan resource having the proxy node address, the client 20a may send the request for acquiring the scan resource (for example, log in and input user information and send the request for acquiring the scan resource on a front end web page of the document system) to the application server 60 through a browser (for example, a front end web page of a document system of a web browser), and after receiving the request for acquiring the scan resource sent by the client 20a, the application server 60 may acquire the user information of the client 20a, query the scan resource in a preset scan resource library (for example, a preset proxy node list) according to the user information, and return the queried and available scan resource to the client 20a in combination with a usage state of the scan resource. The preset proxy node list may include a plurality of user information and corresponding proxy node addresses, and if the application server 60 cannot query the user information of the client 20a and the corresponding proxy node address in the preset proxy node list, the application server 60 may consider that the user of the client 20a does not have the right to acquire scanning resources, and then the application server 60 may send notification information that the user does not have the right to scan to the client 20a, and then the browser of the client 20a may display the notification information. If the application server 60 queries the user information of the client 20a and the corresponding proxy node address (for example, the proxy nodes 1 and 2 may be included, and the proxy nodes 1 and 2 correspond to the same-level user) in the preset proxy node list, but another user with other same-level rights occupies the proxy node 1 and is scanning at this time, the address of the proxy node 2 may be returned to the client, that is, the application server 60 sends the scanning resource with the address of the proxy node 2 to the client 20a as the queried and available scanning resource.
The method may further comprise the following steps S811, S812 performed after or while the client 20a establishes a communication connection with the proxy node 30a according to the proxy node address and before or while sending scanning parameters to the proxy node 30 a.
Step S811: the client 20a issues a request to the proxy node 30a to obtain the scanning capabilities of the scanner 70 a.
In step S812, the agent node 30a searches the scanner 70a according to the request for acquiring the scanning capability of the scanner 70a to acquire the address of the scanner 70a, and returns the scanning capability of the scanner 70a to the client 20 a. Further, in one embodiment, the client 20a may send the scan parameters to the proxy node 30a according to the scan capability of the scanner 70a provided by the proxy node 30 a. However, in another embodiment, the client 20a may also send the request for the scanning capability and the scanning parameters to the proxy node 30a at the same time, and the proxy node 30a may search the scanner 70a according to the request for obtaining the scanning capability of the scanner 70a to obtain the address of the scanner 70a, and further determine whether the scanning capability of the scanner 70a can satisfy the scanning parameters, and if the determination result is yes, the steps S802 and S803 may be executed.
Further, the method may further include steps S813 and S8014 performed after acquiring the scanned image data generated by the scan job.
In step S813, the proxy node 30a generates and transmits a scanned image data locator corresponding to the scanned image data to the client 20 a.
In step S814, the client 20a requests the proxy node 30a to obtain the scanned image data according to the received scanned image data locator.
In step S814, the client 20a may send a request for acquiring the scanned image data to the proxy node 30 a. In this embodiment, the request for obtaining the scanned image data may be the scanned image data locator. Wherein the scanned image data locator may be unique identification information representing the scanned image data.
In step S803, the agent node 30a may send the scanned image data to the client 20a according to the request (such as the scanned image data locator) sent by the client 20a to obtain the scanned image data.
Still further, the method may further include step S815, after the agent node obtains the scanned image data generated by the scan job (i.e., after performing step S802), storing the scanned image data in a second database of the agent node 30 a. Accordingly, in step S803, in which the proxy node sends the scanned image data to the client 20a according to the scanned image data locator, after receiving the scanned image data locator sent by the client, the proxy node 30a may query the second database according to the scanned image data locator to obtain corresponding scanned image data, and send the queried scanned image data to the client 20 a. In addition, the method further includes step S816 of deleting the scanned image data in the second database after the agent node 30a sends the scanned image data obtained by the query to the client 20a (i.e., after the step S803 is executed).
In one embodiment, the method may also include a step S817 after the proxy node 30a acquires the scanned image data generated by the scan job (i.e., after the step S802), and before the proxy node 30a transmits the scanned image data to the client 20a (i.e., before the step S803): performing at least one image process on scanned image data generated by the scan job, the at least one image process comprising: converting scan image data generated by the scan job into a specified file format, extracting partial effective information from the scan image data generated by the scan job, selecting one or more scan image data from the scan image data generated by the scan job, and/or adding an electronic signature to the scan image data generated by the scan job. It is to be understood that the proxy node 30a may transmit the scanned image data processed in step S817 to the client 20 a.
In addition, after the client 20a obtains the scanned image data sent by the proxy node 30a, the scanned image data may be further uploaded to the application server 60 through a browser, and after receiving the scanned image data, the application server 60 may store the scanned image data in the first database 61.
To more clearly describe the operation principle of the image scanning control system 80 and the flow of the image scanning control method shown in fig. 3, the following further describes with reference to fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the client 20a first performs step 1, requesting the scanning capability, that is, sending a request for acquiring the scanning capability of the scanner 70a to the scanning service program module 32 of the agent node 30a through the browser; after receiving the request for acquiring the scanning capability of the scanner 70a, the scanning service program module 32 executes step 2, and sends a request for searching for a scanner to the scanner driver module 33; the scanner driver module 33 executes step 3, and returns the address of the scanner 70a to the scanning service program module 32; the scanning service program module 32 executes step 4 according to the address of the scanner 70a, i.e. returns the scanning capability of the scanner 70a to the browser of the client 20 a; the browser of the client 20a executes step 5 according to the returned scanning capability of the scanner 70a, and sends scanning parameters to the scanning service program module 32; the scanning service program module 32 executes step 6 according to the scanning parameters, and sends a request for starting a scanning job to the scanner driver module 33; the scanner driver module 33 controls the scanner 70a to perform the scanning operation and execute step 7, and returns the scanned image data generated by the scanning operation to the scanning service program module 32; the scanning service program module 32 executes step 8 to write the scanned image data into the second database 31 of the proxy node 30 a; the scanning service program module 32 further executes step 9 to generate and return a scanned image data locator (i.e., job ID) representing unique identification information of the scanned image data to the browser of the client 20 a; the browser of the client 20a may execute step 10 to issue the scanned image data locator to the scanning service program module 32 to request to acquire scanned image data; the scanning service program module 32 executes step 11 according to the request of the client 20a, and queries corresponding scanned image data in the second database 31 according to the scanned image data locator; the scanning service module 32 further executes step 12 to return the queried scanned image data to the browser of the client 20 a. It is understood that the scanning service program module 32 may further execute step 13 to delete the scanned image data in the second database 31 that has been returned to the client 20 a. The client 20a may further execute step 14 to upload the scanned image data to the application server 60, and further temporarily store the scanned image data in the first database 61 for subsequent processing. To this end, one operation of the image scanning control system 80, that is, the image scanning control method, may be performed.
It is to be understood that the operation principle of one of the clients 20a and one of the proxy nodes 30a of the image scanning control system 80 is mainly described with reference to fig. 2, and the operation principle of the other clients 20 and the proxy nodes 30 is substantially the same as that of the client 20a and the proxy node 30a, and thus will not be described herein again.
In the image scanning control method and system 80 according to the embodiments of the present invention, the proxy node 30 may install a driver and a scanning service program, and the client 20 acquires the address of the proxy node 30 through the application server 60 to establish a communication connection with the proxy node 30, and further, may obtain the scanning capability of the scanner 70, send scanning parameters, control the scanner 70 to perform scanning operation, and acquire scanned image data through the proxy node 30, so that the client 20 may not install the driver and the scanning program, and a plurality of clients 20 may connect to the same proxy node together to control the scanning operation and acquire scanned image data, and therefore, the image scanning control method and system 80 according to the embodiments of the present invention may reduce the installation of the driver and the scanning service program of the client 20, save the memory resource of the client 20, and may reduce some inconvenience in use caused by being far away from the scanner 70, the effect of saving time and cost is achieved.
In addition, the application server 60 may be a network server, and is configured to manage the address of the proxy node, so that the scanning resource is controllable and the data transmission is safer. Particularly, the application server 60 can further manage the user authority of the client 20, avoid the occurrence of the scanning operation without authority, ensure the data transmission safety and save the cost.
Further, the client 20 may obtain the scanned image data by issuing the scanned image data locator and upload the scanned image data to the application server 60 for storage, and the agent node 30 refers to and sends the scanned image data according to the received scanned image data locator, which is not only convenient for implementation, but also the scanned image data stored by the application server 60 may be used for other subsequent uses.
Furthermore, the agent node 30 may further perform processing such as format conversion, effective information extraction, electronic signature selection and/or addition on the scanned image data generated by the scanning operation, and send the processed scanned image data to the client 20, which may achieve the effects of reducing the installation of the driver and scanning service program of the client 20 and saving the memory resources of the client 20 without implementing the processing at each client 20.
In addition, the client 20 and the application server 60 may establish a communication connection through an HTTPS protocol and/or data encryption, and the client 20 and the proxy node 30 may establish a communication connection through an HTTPS protocol and/or data encryption, so that the method of each embodiment of the present invention has high stability and practicability.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing scanning resources and scanning permissions according to an embodiment of the present invention. The scanning resource and the scanning authority management method may run on the application server 60, and specifically, as is known from the above description of the application server 60, the scanning resource and the scanning authority management method may include the following steps S821, S822, and S823.
In step S821, the request for acquiring the scanning resource and the user information of the client 20a sent by the client 20a are received.
Step S822, querying a corresponding scanning resource in a preset scanning resource library according to the user information, where the scanning resource includes an agent node address. It is understood that the preset scan repository may include a proxy node list having a plurality of user information and corresponding proxy node addresses.
In step S823, the queried and available scanning resource is sent to the client 20 a.
Further, the scanning resource and scanning authority management method may include step S824 of storing the scanned image data sent by the client 20a in the first database 31.
It can be understood that the above description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4 has already described the operation principle related to the application server 60 in detail, that is, the above description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4 can also be applied to the scanning resource and the scanning right management method of the embodiment, and will not be repeated here.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a scan request generation method and a scan image data acquisition method according to an embodiment of the invention. Specifically, as can be seen from the above description of the client 20a, the scan request generating and scan image data acquiring method may include the following steps S831, S832, S833, and S834.
Step S831 requests the application server 60 to acquire a scanning resource having the address of the proxy node.

Step S833, sending the scanning parameter to the proxy node 30 a.
In step S834, the scanned image data sent by the proxy node 30a is received.
Further, in this embodiment, the method may further include steps S835 and S836 between steps S832 and S833.
