Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of transformer substation safety protection, in particular to an accident summary or protection method, device, equipment and storage medium.
Background
In the operation of an actual transformer substation, information is acquired by sensors such as a voltage transformer and a current transformer through relay protection, and the actual operation condition of equipment is detected. When the operation equipment in the transformer substation abnormally operates, the relay protection detects faults or abnormal conditions occurring in the power system, so that an alarm signal is sent out. Or directly isolating and cutting off the fault part.
The function of the dispatching automation system can be divided into two parts of data acquisition, system monitoring and energy management, real-time data of a power system is acquired by using communication, electronic and computer technologies, the operation of a power grid and a transformer substation is monitored and controlled, and the acquisition function of four remote (remote signaling, remote measuring, remote control and remote regulation) information is realized by using a remote communication technology. And in the dispatching automation system, the abnormal operation of the substation equipment is alarmed by acquiring the four-remote operation information of the substation equipment. In the dispatching automation system, the definition of equipment information mainly comprises bus, transformer, switch, disconnecting link, grounding switch, PT, CT and the like, the dispatching automation system collects four-remote information of substation equipment, defines the information in a dispatching automation system database, defines a graphical interface in the system for realizing visual detection, and correspondingly associates the collected four-remote information with equipment in an electrical primary wiring diagram in the graphical interface in the dispatching automation system to realize visual monitoring of the operation of the power grid.
In the alarm information in the dispatching automation system, the specific judgment mechanism for the accident tripping alarm of the switch equipment in the transformer substation is in a combined form of 'accident total or protection + switch tripping deflection', namely when the dispatching automation system receives the accident total action or the protection signal action of an electrical interval switch from closing to opening, and simultaneously the system receives the accident total action or the protection signal action of the electrical interval, the accident tripping is judged to be the switching of the switch equipment from closing to opening. Dispatch automation systems can currently only associate a "total or protection of accident" action signal within a specific electrical interval to a device in the specific electrical interval, such as: the protection action of some equipment in the actual relay protection can cause the accidental tripping of the switch equipment or the accidental tripping of a plurality of switch equipment related to the protection action signal, and at the moment, only the accidental tripping of one switch equipment can be displayed by adopting a dispatching automatic accident alarm judging mechanism; in actual power grid operation, the judgment mechanism has the phenomenon of missed judgment accident tripping, so that the dispatching operation of the power grid is influenced, the occurrence of accidents is not facilitated, and corresponding remedial measures are taken for the accidents.

The embodiment of the application provides an accident total or protection method, device, equipment and storage medium, which solve the problem that some equipment protection actions in the existing relay protection can cause the accident tripping of the switch equipment or the accident tripping of a plurality of switch equipment related to a protection action signal, and at the moment, only the accident tripping of one switch equipment can be displayed by adopting a dispatching automatic accident alarm judging mechanism; the phenomenon of missed judgment accident tripping exists, the scheduling operation of a power grid is influenced, and the technical problem that corresponding remedial measures are taken for accidents after the accidents occur is not facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of an accident prevention or protection method provided by the present application; fig. 3 is a primary wiring diagram of a 220kV double-bus wiring manner of a substation in an accident total or protection method according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a manner of constructing a power grid topology connection relationship of an accident total or protection method according to an embodiment of the present application.
A first aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides an accident summary or protection method, including:
100, when the dispatching automation system detects that the substation is triggered by an accident total or protection action signal, checking the state of a switchgear related to the accident total or protection action signal through a topological connection relation;
200, when the state of the associated switch equipment has a deflection state from closing to opening, judging whether the associated equipment is accident tripping, and if so, giving an accident tripping alarm.
It should be noted that, in order to determine the accident tripping of the dispatching automation system, the embodiment of the present application determines the state of the switchgear by using a manner based on a topological connection relationship when an accident total or protection signal acts in an interval. When detecting that an accident total or protection action signal starts at a specific interval of a certain transformer substation in the dispatching automation system, the state of the switchgear associated with the accident total or protection action signal is checked through the topological connection relation, and when detecting that the switchgear is switched to a divided deflection state, the switchgear is judged to be an accident trip in the system through a judgment mechanism meeting the conditions of the accident total or protection and the switch trip deflection.
For the tripping of the switchgear caused by the tripping of the bus differential protection in the double-bus connection mode in fig. 3, the protection method provided by the embodiment of the application can effectively determine that the tripping of the switchgear is an accidental tripping, when the dispatching automation system detects that the bus in the double-bus connection mode generates a bus differential protection signal, the system can detect the state of the switchgear associated with the bus differential protection through the topological connection relation, at this time, the switching state of 2201 switch, 2012 switch, 2234 switch and 2235 switch is detected to generate a shifting state from switching on to switching off through the topological connection relation, so that the accidental tripping determination of "total accident or protection + switch tripping shifting" is met, and the switching shifting of 2201 switch, 2012 switch, 2234 switch and 2235 switch can be effectively determined as the accidental tripping in the system.
Further, the topological connection relationship specifically includes:
generating a common node between terminals of the devices connected with each other, and recording the common node and the attribution device to which the device terminal belongs;
and establishing a primary wiring diagram by establishing the contact of the common nodes.
It should be noted that, when the dispatching automation system detects that the bus in the double-bus connection mode generates the bus differential protection signal, the system detects the state of the switchgear associated with the bus differential protection through the topological connection relationship.
Further, when the state of the associated switch device is in a position-changing state from closing to opening, whether the associated device is an accident trip is judged, and if yes, the alarm for the accident trip specifically comprises the following steps:
when the associated switch equipment is detected to have a deflection state from closing to separating, whether the associated switch equipment meets accident total or protection and switch tripping deflection at the same time is judged, if yes, the associated switch equipment is judged to be accident tripping, and an alarm is given.
The bus differential signal may be a bus differential protection signal generated by a double bus connection method.
For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic flow chart of another embodiment of an accident prevention or protection method provided herein;
further, when the state of the associated switch device has a displacement state from closing to opening, whether the associated device is an accident trip is judged, and if so, the alarm of the accident trip further comprises the following steps:
if not, judging that the protection action signal is abnormal and giving an alarm.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3, taking a 220kV double-bus connection mode of a substation as an example, bus differential protection is adopted, a double-bus connection mode is generally adopted in 110kV and 220kV substations, and for bus equipment, relay protection equipment is a relevant protection measure for the bus equipment, such as: in the double-bus operation mode, when the relay protection equipment detects the differential protection of an operating bus 1, the relay protection equipment firstly drives the equipment to trip off a bus-coupled switch (2012 switch), limits the influence range for preventing the bus protection from affecting the equipment on another bus 2, and continuously trips off all switches (2201 switch, 2234 switch and 2235 switch) of a line connected with the bus 1, thereby further reducing the expansion and influence of the accident range. At this time, the tripped 2201 switch, 2012 switch, 2234 switch and 2235 switch is the accident trip caused by the bus differential protection. When the accident tripping determination method of 'accident total or protection + switch tripping deflection' is adopted in the dispatching automation system, the bus differential protection signal is generally associated with the 2201 switch (namely a main transformer high-level switch), and at the moment, when the accident tripping of the 2201 switch, 2012 switch, 2234 switch and 2235 switch caused by the bus differential protection occurs, the dispatching automation system can only determine the 2012 switch accident tripping because the accident tripping of the 2201 switch, 2012 switch, 2234 switch and 2235 switch fails to determine.
At this time, a construction diagram of the topological connection relationship in the dispatching automation system is shown in detail in fig. 4, a graph in the system electrical primary wiring diagram is constructed by an application development framework of a graphical user interface, and each equipment element is constructed by a connection terminal. In fig. 4, the devices in the 220kV line interval include switches, disconnecting links, buses and lines, the devices are connected through connecting lines, at this time, physical connections are established between the devices in the 220kV line interval, and in order to establish a connection relationship between the devices, a connection terminal is defined on the connection terminal side of each device and other devices, as shown in fig. 4, a bus 1 device includes a bus 1 terminal 1; the bus 2 equipment comprises a bus 2 terminal 1; 22341 knife switch equipment comprises 22341 knife switch terminals 1 and 22343 knife switch terminals 2; 22342 knife switch equipment comprises 22342 knife switch terminals 1 and 22342 knife switch terminals 2; 2234 switch device includes 2234 switch terminal 1, 2234 switch terminal 2; 22344 knife switch devices include 22344 knife switch terminals 1 and 22344 knife switch terminals 2, the terminals included in each device include information defined by each device, a common node is generated between the terminals connected with each other, the common node to which the device terminal belongs and which device the terminal belongs to are recorded when the system is stored, and the connection relation of a primary wiring diagram of the dispatching automation system is established by establishing direct connection between the device terminals and the common node between the terminals, so that the power grids are connected as a whole.
