generating a jet printing information table according to each jet printing information item;
sending the jet printing information table to a database;
generating a starting-up instruction, and sending the starting-up instruction to the ink-jet printer;
generating a shutdown instruction, and sending the shutdown instruction to the ink-jet printer;
the code spraying data in the pretreatment comprises the content of the code spraying and the code spraying format;
the code spraying data to be processed also comprises code spraying content and code spraying format.
2. A network-based cable code spraying control system is characterized by comprising:
a marking module for establishing a plurality of product codes;
the writing module is used for writing a plurality of preprocessed code spraying data;
the matching module is used for respectively binding the product codes and the preprocessed code spraying data in a one-to-one correspondence manner to generate a plurality of code spraying management items;
the code spraying management system comprises a generating module, a code spraying information management module and a code spraying information processing module, wherein the generating module is used for generating a code spraying information table according to each code spraying management item, reading each code spraying management item in the code spraying information table respectively according to the code spraying information table to generate a plurality of code spraying management items to be processed, and meanwhile, the generating module is also used for generating a code spraying information data packet aiming at each code spraying management item to be processed;
the output module is used for sending the code spraying information table to a database for storage; the output module is also used for sending the code spraying information data packet to an ink-jet printer through a local area network;
the receiving module is used for receiving a plurality of pieces of code spraying data to be processed sent by the code spraying machine;
the system further comprises an instruction module, wherein the instruction module is used for generating a starting-up instruction and sending the starting-up instruction to the ink-jet printer; the instruction module is further used for generating a shutdown instruction and sending the shutdown instruction to the ink-jet printer;
the system also comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of items of operation data and generating an information record table from each item of operation data;
comparing the plurality of to-be-processed code spraying management items in the code spraying information data packet with preset format parameters one by one, if the plurality of to-be-processed code spraying management items are not matched with the preset format parameters, generating an error correction instruction, and sending the error correction instruction to the code spraying machine through the local area network;
the code spraying data in the pretreatment comprises the content of the code spraying and the code spraying format;
the code spraying data to be processed also comprises code spraying content and code spraying format.
3. A storage medium storing a plurality of medium instructions, wherein the instructions are suitable for being loaded by a processor to perform the steps of the network-based cable code spraying control method according to claim 1.
