the rapid cutting system is used for making different element tables according to rapid cutting cases of different cases, filling the element tables corresponding to the cases when litigant of the rapid cutting cases prepare before prosecution or trial, providing related evidence, filling corresponding element table information according to the prosecution and providing related evidence by the case waiters, and also used for performing element confirmation and evidence confirmation by the judge according to the element tables filled in the original waiters when opening a court, synthesizing the element tables and evidence conditions of the cases filled in by the original waiters according to a preset court trial flow, predicting the corresponding judgment result by combining judgment rules and generating a judgment document for the judge to refer to, and sending the generated file document materials to the electronic file system;
the rapid cutting system comprises a rapid cutting case routing table, a rapid cutting element table, a rapid cutting rule table, a document template table, a theory library, a law and regulation library and an amount calculation rule table; the rapid-sanction rule table is used for carrying out rule matching according to dispute focuses confirmed by element tables submitted by the original prosecution book, the answer book and the original quilt, evidence of legal officer's letter collection and affirmed facts;
the comprehensive business system is used for examining cases according to case prosecution standards when a lition request is received, setting up cases and informing a party when the cases meet the prosecution conditions, entering a preparation stage before examination, and distributing the cases meeting quick sanction to a quick sanction judge, wherein in the preparation stage before examination, the system can compare original reports and element facts which are reported to be filled in an element table, and generalize non-dispute facts and dispute focuses;

s6: when opening a court, a judge confirms elements and evidences according to the element table filled in by the original notice;
s7: the system synthesizes case factor tables and evidence conditions filled by the original and the advised parties according to a preset court trial process, predicts the corresponding referee result by combining referee rules and generates a referee document for reference of a judge, and sends the generated file document material to an electronic file system;
s8: and receiving and storing the generated file document materials to an electronic file system, and gathering document data of the quick-cutting cases and the common cases for comprehensive analysis.

The case element type case judgment method based on case routing type as claimed in claim 7, wherein the theory library is a template library of the theory part of the document template, and is an external database table, the theory library management function module of the electronic file system is called, and the judge perfects the theory information of each case routing type.

The case element based scenario-based scenario interpretation method of claim 7, wherein the document template table is a generable document template, and the document template management and document writing grasping function module of the electronic volume system is invoked for an external database table.
