According to the information feedback method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the opinion feedback table and the attribute information of the second equipment are obtained from the second equipment in a two-dimensional code or bar code mode, the attribute information can be automatically filled in the opinion feedback table, after the opinion information of a user on the second equipment is obtained, the opinion information is filled in the opinion feedback table, and then the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information is sent to a server. Therefore, when information feedback is carried out, the attribute information of the equipment can be acquired when the opinion feedback table is acquired, and meanwhile, the auxiliary opinion information can be uploaded to facilitate after-sales service personnel to acquire accurate information through pictures or videos, so that the method is accurate and convenient, the time and the energy spent on acquiring and even filling basic information of the equipment are effectively reduced, the filling process of the information feedback is simplified, the time of a user can be saved, and the experience of the user is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application provides a device corresponding to an information feedback method, and because the principle of solving the problem of the device in the embodiment of the present application is similar to the information feedback method in the embodiment of the present application, the implementation of the device may refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated parts are not described again.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 shows a first schematic structural diagram of an apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 shows a second schematic structural diagram of an apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application. an obtaining module 310, configured to obtain, from a second device, an opinion feedback table for the second device and attribute information of the second device;
a determining module 320, configured to determine opinion information of a user regarding the second device in response to an information input operation of the user;
a submitting module 330, configured to submit the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information to a server.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, after the submitting module 330 is configured to submit the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information to a server, the apparatus 300 further includes:
a receiving module 340, configured to receive an information processing result, which is sent by the server and generated by the server after-sale service system according to the opinion feedback table in which the attribute information and the opinion information are filled;
an evaluation determination module 350 configured to determine result evaluation information corresponding to the information processing result based on the information processing result;
a sending module 360, configured to send the result evaluation information to the server.
Preferably, when the obtaining module 310 is configured to obtain, from a second device, the opinion feedback table for the second device and the attribute information of the second device, the obtaining module 310 is specifically configured to:

scanning the bar code or the two-dimensional code displayed by the second equipment to obtain the encrypted information of the second equipment;
and decoding the encrypted information to obtain the access website information of the second equipment.
Preferably, when the second device and the first device have a wireless communication channel established in advance, the obtaining module 310 is configured to determine the visited network address information of the opinion feedback table and the attribute information of the second device for the second device by:
and receiving access website information aiming at the opinion feedback table and the attribute information of the second equipment, which is sent by the second equipment through the wireless communication channel.
Preferably, after the determining module 320 is configured to determine opinion information of the user with respect to the second device in response to an information input operation of the user, the device 300 further includes:
a filling module 370, configured to fill out the opinion information of the user about the second device on the opinion feedback table of the second device.
The device provided by the embodiment of the application comprises an acquisition module, a determination module, a filling module, a submission module, a receiving module, an evaluation determination module and a sending module; the obtaining module is used for obtaining an opinion feedback table aiming at the second equipment and attribute information of the second equipment from the second equipment; the determining module is used for responding to information input operation of a user and determining opinion information of the user on the second device; the filling module is used for filling an opinion feedback table of the second equipment according to the opinion information of the second equipment; the submitting module is used for submitting the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information to a server; the receiving module is used for receiving an information processing result which is sent by the server and generated by the server after-sale service system according to the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information; the evaluation determining module is used for determining result evaluation information corresponding to the information processing result based on the information processing result; and the sending module is used for sending the result evaluation information to the server. Therefore, when the equipment performs information feedback, the attribute information can be automatically filled in the feedback table, and the user only needs to fill in the opinion information, so that the attribute information of the equipment can be obtained when the opinion feedback table is obtained, the time and the energy for obtaining and even filling the basic information of the equipment are effectively reduced, the filling process of the information feedback is simplified, the time of the user can be saved, and the experience of the user is improved.
An information feedback system is further provided in the embodiments of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, is a schematic structural diagram of the information feedback system provided in the embodiments of the present application; the information feedback system includes: a server 510, a second device 520, and a first device 530; the server 510 is in communication connection with the second device 520 and the first device 530, respectively;
the second device 520, configured to store an opinion feedback table for the second device and attribute information of the second device;
the first device 530, configured to obtain, from a second device, an opinion feedback table for the second device and attribute information of the second device; responding to information input operation of a user, and determining opinion information of the user on the second device; submitting the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information to a server;
the server 510 is configured to receive an opinion feedback table, which is sent by the first device and in which the attribute information and the opinion information are filled.
In the embodiment of the application, the first device is a smart phone, the second device is a smart television, and the server is a cloud server, wherein the cloud server is used for storing attribute information of the smart television, such as account ID, membership authority, account information, television warranty information and the like; the intelligent television is used for inquiring local information from the cloud server after networking, and generating and outputting a specific two-dimensional code; the smart phone is used for searching specific key information from the server group to automatically fill a form by scanning the two-dimensional code provided by the smart television, providing an additional form for a user to fill in supplementary information, providing an entry uploaded by the video and the attachment for the user to provide auxiliary certification data, and submitting the information to a specific cloud server for processing by after-sales personnel after the information is filled.
Preferably, the information feedback system further comprises:
the first device 530 is configured to receive an information processing result, which is sent by the server and generated by the server after-sale service system according to the opinion feedback table in which the attribute information and the opinion information are filled; determining result evaluation information corresponding to the information processing result based on the information processing result; sending the result evaluation information to the server;
the server 510 is configured to send an information processing result generated by the server after-sale service system according to the opinion feedback table in which the attribute information and the opinion information are filled; and receiving result evaluation information which is sent by the first equipment and is determined based on the information processing result and corresponds to the information processing result.
The information feedback system provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a server, a second device and a first device, wherein the first device acquires an opinion feedback table and attribute information of the second device from the second device, the attribute information can be automatically filled in the opinion feedback table, after the first device acquires the opinion information of a user on the second device, the opinion information is filled in the opinion feedback table, and then the first device sends the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information to the server. Therefore, when the first device feeds back information, the attribute information can be automatically filled in the feedback table, and the user only needs to fill in the opinion information, so that the attribute information of the device can be obtained when the opinion feedback table is obtained, the time and the energy for obtaining and even filling the basic information of the device are effectively reduced, the filling process of information feedback is simplified, the time of the user can be saved, and the experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 includes a processor 610, a memory 620, and a bus 630.
The memory 620 stores machine-readable instructions executable by the processor 610, when the electronic device 600 runs, the processor 610 communicates with the memory 620 through the bus 630, and when the machine-readable instructions are executed by the processor 610, the steps of the information feedback method as described in fig. 1 or fig. 2 may be performed.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the step of the information feedback method as described in fig. 1 or fig. 2 may be executed.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or units through some communication interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium executable by a processor. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)

1. An information feedback method is applied to a first device, and is characterized in that the information feedback method comprises the following steps:
obtaining an opinion feedback table for a second device and attribute information of the second device from the second device;
responding to information input operation of a user, and determining opinion information of the user on the second device;
and submitting the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information to a server.
2. The information feedback method according to claim 1, wherein after the submission of the opinion feedback table in which the attribute information and the opinion information are filled to a server, the information feedback method comprises:
receiving an information processing result sent by the server and generated by the server after-sale service system according to an opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information;
determining result evaluation information corresponding to the information processing result based on the information processing result;
and sending the result evaluation information to the server.
3. The information feedback method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining, from a second device, the opinion feedback table for the second device and the attribute information of the second device comprises:
acquiring access website information corresponding to an opinion feedback table of a second device and attribute information of the second device from the second device;
jumping to an access webpage corresponding to the opinion feedback table and the attribute information of the second equipment based on the access website information;
and obtaining the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information from the access webpage.
4. The information feedback method according to claim 3, wherein the visited site information for the opinion feedback table of the second device and the attribute information of the second device is determined by:
scanning the bar code or the two-dimensional code displayed by the second equipment to obtain the encrypted information of the second equipment;
and decoding the encrypted information to obtain the access website information of the second equipment.
5. The information feedback method according to claim 3, wherein when the second device has a wireless communication channel pre-established with the first device, the visited network address information for the opinion feedback table of the second device and the attribute information of the second device is determined by:
and receiving access website information aiming at the opinion feedback table and the attribute information of the second equipment, which is sent by the second equipment through the wireless communication channel.
6. The information feedback method according to claim 1, wherein after the determining of opinion information of a user with respect to the second device in response to an information input operation by the user, the information feedback method further comprises:
and filling the opinion information of the user on the second equipment in an opinion feedback table of the second equipment.
7. An apparatus, the apparatus being a first apparatus, comprising:
the obtaining module is used for obtaining an opinion feedback table aiming at a second device and attribute information of the second device from the second device;
the determining module is used for responding to information input operation of a user and determining opinion information of the user on the second equipment;
and the submitting module is used for submitting the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information to a server.
8. An information feedback system, characterized in that the information feedback system comprises: the system comprises a server, a second device and a first device; the server is in communication connection with the second equipment and the first equipment respectively;
the second device is used for storing an opinion feedback table aiming at the second device and attribute information of the second device;
the first device is used for acquiring an opinion feedback table aiming at a second device and attribute information of the second device from the second device; responding to information input operation of a user, and determining opinion information of the user on the second device; submitting the opinion feedback table filled with the attribute information and the opinion information to a server;
and the server is used for receiving the opinion feedback table which is sent by the first equipment and is filled with the attribute information and the opinion information.
9. An electronic device, comprising: processor, memory and bus, the memory storing machine readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the memory communicating over the bus when the electronic device is running, the machine readable instructions when executed by the processor performing the steps of the information feedback method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, performs the steps of the information feedback method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
