The conventional touch display device is usually manufactured by a low temperature poly-silicon process (LTPS), and the pixel units and the control circuit are electrically connected by a wiring (fan out). When a flat layer (PL) is generally formed on an active element (TFT) array substrate of a touch display device, and a third metal layer (M3) is used to transmit a touch signal and reduce a driving voltage, a method of hollowing out the flat layer is generally used in an area where the third metal layer is required to be formed in a large range, and thus, a support pad (Bump) cannot be formed in a corresponding area. For the conventional process, the thickness of the support pad is about 5500 angstroms, and the thickness of the third metal layer is about 3700 angstroms, so that a height difference of about 1800 angstroms is generated between the region where the third metal layer is formed and the region where the third metal layer is not formed, and further, the problem of non-uniform display of the touch display device is caused.
Therefore, how to better avoid the large-area height difference in different areas of the display panel, reduce the occurrence of uneven display, and improve the display effect of the product is one of the problems to be solved.
