The working principle of the invention is as follows: before a test, according to the need, preparing the required quantity of bearings with the same model or different models, opening the movable door 5, starting the rotating motor 311 to drive the rotating support 31 to rotate in the horizontal plane direction, enabling the circular surface of the mounting disc 33 to face the opening of the movable door 5, taking down the fixed chuck 357, sleeving the bearing outside one end of the mounting shaft 355, and since one end of the mounting shaft 355 is in a circular truncated cone structure, the installation of the bearing sleeves with different inner diameters can be facilitated, then mounting the fixed chuck 357 on the other end of the mounting shaft 355, screwing down the fixed chuck 357 and enabling the annular compression ring 358 on the side wall of the fixed chuck 357 to be pressed on the outer wall of the inner circle of the bearing, which is beneficial to keeping the stability of the bearing after the fixation, meanwhile, not interfering with each other the parts of the waterproof test, and according to the outer diameter of the bearing, by rotating and positioning the adjusting external threaded rods 3534 on the clamping plate opening adjusting devices 353 on the two sides of the arc-shaped clamping plate 352, the adjusting block 3533 slides in the T-shaped sliding groove 3532, so that the two ends of the arc-shaped opening of the arc-shaped clamping plate 352 can be pressed and positioned, the two ends of the arc-shaped opening of the arc-shaped clamping plate 352 are moved towards the bearing direction and are in contact with the outer circumferential wall of the bearing, and the effect of fixing the bearing on the mounting shaft 355 is improved; according to the number of the bearings to be tested, the bearings are sequentially arranged in the bearing mounting frame 35 on the mounting disc 33; after the installation, the movable door 5 is closed, the rotating motor 311 is started to drive the rotating support 31 to rotate, and then the water tank 41 with the water pump is started, so that water in the water tank 41 with the water pump sprays the bearings through the spraying holes 424 or the spraying pipe joints 425, namely when the spraying pipe joints 425 are not installed in the spraying holes 424, the bearings are sprayed through the spraying holes 424; when the shower pipe joint 425 is installed in the shower hole 424, the bearing is sprayed through the shower pipe joint 425, and because the inner diameter of the shower hole 424 is larger than that of the shower pipe joint 425, when the bearing is directly sprayed by using the shower hole 424 or sprayed by using the shower pipe joint 425, the water pressure can reach different pressures during spraying so as to achieve different testing effects; when in spraying, the rotating motor 311 drives the rotating pillar 31 to rotate in the horizontal plane direction, which is beneficial to spraying the bearing from multiple angles; water generated during spraying enters the water return tank body 2, and the bottom of the mounting disc 33 is positioned in the opening on the top surface of the water return tank body 2, so that a bearing in the bearing mounting frame 35 at the bottom of the mounting disc 33 is in a state of being soaked in the water; the driving motor 321 is started to drive the mounting disc 33 to rotate, so that the bearings in the bearing mounting frames 35 at different positions on the mounting disc 33 sequentially rotate into the water return box body 2 to be soaked, and the bearings in the bearing mounting frames 35 positioned outside the water return box body 2 can be sprayed sequentially, so that the bearings can be tested in multiple states of soaking and spraying simultaneously and sequentially in one test, and the accuracy of the bearing waterproof effect test and the stability of the bearing structure are improved; when the water in the backwater tank body 2 is filled and overflows, or the water sprayed to the outside of the backwater tank body 2 can flow into the bottom cavity 13 through the water flowing holes 111 on the partition plate 11 and then flow back into the water tank 41 with the water pump through the water inlet pipe 411 for recycling, the magnet 131 arranged on the bottom surface in the bottom cavity 13 can adsorb magnetic metal in the water, so that the influence on a test result or the damage to each part in a circulating water path caused by the spraying of the water to the surface of a bearing during the recycling is reduced.
