The high-efficiency dryer with the chrysanthemum steam collecting function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the drying mechanism (11) comprises an air outlet (35), a temperature sensor (36), a hot air pipe (37), a hot air blower (38), a first heating wire (39), a second heating wire (40), a first time relay (41), a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a second time relay (43), wherein the air outlet (35) is uniformly distributed on the stirring blade (13), the temperature sensor (36) is embedded and installed on the rotating shaft (19), one side of the rotating shaft (19) is connected with the hot air blower (38) through the hot air pipe (37), the hot air pipe (37) is connected with the air outlet (35) through a connecting hose, the first heating wire (39) and the second heating wire (40) are distributed in the drying box (6) in a crossed manner, and the first time relay (41), the PLC (42) and the second time relay (43) are installed in the electric control box (2), the heating device is characterized in that the first time relay (41) is electrically connected with the first heating wire (39), the second time relay (43) is electrically connected with the second heating wire (40), the temperature sensor (36) is electrically connected with the input end of the PLC controller (42), and the output end of the PLC controller (42) is electrically connected with the air heater (38), the first heating wire (39) and the second heating wire (40).
