When the baking chamber 3 is higher than the set temperature, the control valve 7 closes the hot air outlet 21 or closes the hot air outlet 21, opens the air inlet pipe 6 to introduce external cold air, and the cold air enters the baking chamber 3 from the air conveying channel 14 and the air feeding channel 31 to be cooled.
When the temperature of the roasting chamber 3 is lower than the set temperature, the control valve 7 opens the hot gas outlet 21 or opens the hot gas outlet 21 to be larger, and closes the gas inlet pipe 6 or closes the gas inlet pipe 6 to be smaller, so that a larger amount of carbon-containing hot gas enters the roasting chamber 3 to raise the roasting temperature. When the carbon-containing hot gas is less than the set baking temperature, the controller 10 energizes the auxiliary electric heater 9 to generate enough hot gas into the baking chamber 3 to keep the interior of the baking chamber 3 within the set baking temperature. 1. the air suction port of the fan is communicated with the air conveying channel and the air return channel, and the air exhaust port of the fan is communicated with the air supply channel;
