The invention relates to the technical field of ventilation and dust removal, in particular to a filterable ventilation device.
Background
The ventilation device is a machine which drives air to flow and discharge gas by depending on the rotation of a fan, and the modern ventilation device is widely used for ventilation, dust exhaust and cooling of factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships and buildings, ventilation and induced air of boilers and industrial furnaces, cooling and ventilation in air conditioning equipment and household electrical equipment, drying and sorting of grains, air source of wind tunnel and inflation and propulsion of air cushion ships and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, such as: filtered dust can pile up inside the device in the ventilation process, and long-time use can influence the device and normally use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a filterable ventilation device comprises a ventilation and dust collection mechanism, wherein the ventilation and dust collection mechanism comprises a first main body, a U-shaped handle, a box door, a sliding block, a push rod, a first protective net, fan blades, a driving motor, a motor fixing rod, a supporting rod, a rotating shaft, a first dust exhaust port and a first vent, the middle of one end face of the first main body is provided with the first vent, and the two sides of the first main body are both fixed with the U-shaped handle;
a box door is rotatably connected to two sides of one end face of the first main body, a sliding block is connected to one end face of the box door in a sliding mode, and a push rod is fixed to one end of the sliding block;
a first dust exhaust port is formed in each of the two sides of the first main body, a support rod is welded at the position of one end of the first dust exhaust port, a first protective net is fixed at one end of the first ventilation port, a motor fixing rod is fixed on the inner side of the first ventilation port, a driving motor is fixed at one end of the motor fixing rod, a rotating shaft is fixed at the output end of the driving motor, and a fan blade is fixed at one end of the rotating shaft;
and a filtering mechanism is fixed at the other end of the ventilation dust collecting mechanism.
Preferably, the filtering mechanism comprises a second main body, a dust filter screen, a knob, a sealing baffle, a second protective net, a second air vent, second dust exhaust ports, dust exhaust channels, fixing nails and a fixing outer ring, wherein the second dust exhaust ports are formed in two sides of one end of the second main body, the second air vent is formed in the middle of one end of the second main body, and the dust exhaust channel is formed between each second dust exhaust port and each second air vent;
a dust filter screen is fixed on the inner side of the second ventilation opening, a fixed outer ring is fixed at the outer end of the second ventilation opening, the fixed outer ring and the second main body are fixed through fixing nails, and a second protective net is fixed on the inner side of the fixed outer ring;
one side of the second main body, which is far away from the second dust exhaust port, and the positions, which correspond to the dust exhaust channel, are respectively and rotatably connected with a knob, and one end of the knob is fixed with a sealing blocking piece.

Preferably, the outer surface of the U-shaped handle is provided with an anti-skid rubber sleeve.
Preferably, the outer surface of the slider is provided with anti-slip lines.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the dust collection device, the dust collection bag is sleeved on the support rod, and when the device is used for a long time, the knob is twisted to drive the sealing blocking piece to rotate, so that dust accumulated in the dust discharge channel slides into the second dust discharge port and finally slides into the dust collection bag, and further dust can be prevented from being accumulated in the device.

Referring to fig. 1-6, a filterable ventilation device comprises a ventilation and dust collection mechanism 1, wherein the ventilation and dust collection mechanism 1 comprises a first main body 3, a U-shaped handle 4, a box door 5, a slider 6, a push rod 7, a first protective screen 8, fan blades 9, a driving motor 10, a motor fixing rod 11, a support rod 12, a rotating shaft 13, a first dust exhaust port 14 and a first vent 15, the middle of one end face of the first main body 3 is provided with the first vent 15, the U-shaped handle 4 is fixed on both sides of the first main body 3, the first main body 3 is connected with the U-shaped handle 4 by welding, and the outer surface of the U-shaped handle 4 is provided with an anti-slip rubber sleeve;
two sides of one end face of the first main body 3 are rotatably connected with a box door 5, one end face of the box door 5 is slidably connected with a sliding block 6, the outer surface of the sliding block 6 is provided with anti-skid grains, one end of the sliding block 6 is fixedly provided with a push rod 7, and the sliding block 6 is connected with the push rod 7 through welding;
a first dust exhaust port 14 is formed in each of the two sides of the first main body 3, a support rod 12 is welded at a position located at one end of the first dust exhaust port 14, a first protective net 8 is fixed at one end of a first ventilation opening 15, the first ventilation opening 15 is connected with the first protective net 8 in a welding manner, a motor fixing rod 11 is fixed on the inner side of the first ventilation opening 15, a driving motor 10 is fixed at one end of the motor fixing rod 11, a rotating shaft 13 is fixed at the output end of the driving motor 10, and fan blades 9 are fixed at one end of the rotating shaft 13;
the other end of the ventilation dust collection mechanism 1 is fixed with a filtering mechanism 2, the filtering mechanism 2 comprises a second main body 16, a dust filter screen 17, a knob 18, a sealing baffle 19, a second protective net 20, a second ventilation opening 21, a second dust exhaust opening 22, a dust exhaust channel 23, a fixing nail 24 and a fixing outer ring 25, the two sides of one end of the second main body 16 are respectively provided with the second dust exhaust opening 22, the middle part of one end of the second main body 16 is provided with the second ventilation opening 21, and the dust exhaust channel 23 is arranged between each second dust exhaust opening 22 and the second ventilation opening 21;
a dust filter screen 17 is fixed on the inner side of the second ventilation opening 21, a fixed outer ring 25 is fixed at the outer end of the second ventilation opening 21, the fixed outer ring 25 and the second main body 16 are fixed through fixing nails 24, a second protective net 20 is fixed on the inner side of the fixed outer ring 25, and the fixed outer ring 25 and the second protective net 20 are connected through welding;
one side of the second main body 16, which is far away from the second dust exhaust port (22), and the positions, which correspond to the dust exhaust channel (23), are respectively and rotatably connected with a knob 18, one end of the knob 18 is fixed with a sealing blocking sheet 19, and the second main body 16 is connected with the first main body 3 through welding.
The working principle is as follows:
in the invention, when a user uses the device, firstly, the device is connected with an external power supply, then the sliding block 6 is slid to drive the push rod 7 to move, the box door 5 is opened, the dust bag is sleeved outside the supporting rod 12, then the box door 5 is closed, the device is started, the rotating shaft 13 is driven to rotate under the action of the driving motor 10, so that the fan blades 9 rotate, air flows in the first ventilation opening 15, when the air passes through the dust filter screen 17, dust contained in the air is filtered, and the dust falls into the dust exhaust channel 23, when a large amount of dust is accumulated in the device during long-term use, the sealing blocking piece 19 can be driven to rotate by twisting the knob 18, so that the dust accumulated in the dust exhaust channel 23 slides into the second dust exhaust opening 22 and finally falls into the dust collecting belt sleeved on the supporting rod 12, then the dust bag is taken out, and the device can prevent the filtered dust from accumulating, causing inconvenience in use of the device.
