The front part of the cutting torch is provided with the mixing pipe, the circumferential surface of the mixing pipe is provided with a circle of mixing through holes at equal intervals, the mixing pipe is communicated with the acetylene pipe, and when the cutting torch works actually, acetylene enters the acetylene pipe and enters the mixing pipe through the mixing through holes to be mixed with combustion-supporting oxygen in the mixing pipe, so that the gas mixing is only carried out at the front part of the cutting torch in the whole working process, and even if an operator uses the cutting torch improperly to cause tempering, the mixing pipe can decompose sparks to play a role in resisting the tempering.

In actual work, because the mixing tube 110 is additionally arranged at the front part 100 of the cutting torch, acetylene and combustion-supporting oxygen are only mixed at the front part 100 of the cutting torch, even if an operator uses the cutting torch improperly to cause backfire, the mixing tube 110 can decompose sparks, so that the sparks cannot enter an oxygen cylinder or an acetylene cylinder through a pipeline, and the backfire resisting effect is achieved.
Preferably, the torch front part 100 further comprises a cutting oxygen port 102 opened above the combustion-supporting oxygen port 101, and an acetylene port 103 opened below the combustion-supporting oxygen port 101, the acetylene port 103 is communicated with the mixing through hole 111, and acetylene can enter the mixing pipe 110 from the acetylene port 103 through the mixing through hole 111 to be mixed with the combustion-supporting oxygen.

Further preferably, a valve rod 133 is connected to the cutting oxygen valve 132, and a ball 134 is disposed at a head of the valve rod 133, through the arrangement of the ball 134, when the cutting oxygen valve 132 is rotated, the gas flow channel can be rapidly and completely opened, and at this time, the gas flow rate and the gas flow rate of the cutting oxygen in the cutting oxygen pipe 141 reach the highest rapidly, thereby further improving the cutting efficiency of the cutting torch in the actual operation.

Meanwhile, because a space for gas mixing is reserved between the head of the insertion end of the mixing tube 110 and the combustion-supporting oxygen port 101, acetylene and combustion-supporting oxygen can be further sufficiently mixed in the reserved space before entering the nozzle 120, thereby improving the intensity of the jet flame.
Preferably, the torch rear portion 150 is further provided with an acetylene valve 153, and the acetylene valve 153 is disposed at the side of the acetylene inlet 152 and controls the acetylene flow at the acetylene inlet 152.
Preferably, the handle 170 is sleeved on the vent pipe 160, and one end of the handle 170 is connected to the middle part 130 of the cutting torch and the other end is connected to the rear part 150 of the cutting torch.
Preferably, the mixing tube 110 may be connected to the combustion-supporting oxygen port 101 by means of a screw or a hard fit.

The temper resistant cutting torch of claim 1, wherein the cutting torch front part further comprises a nozzle which is installed at the bottom and is vertically arranged, an outer sleeve is installed on the nozzle, the outer sleeve and the nozzle are fixed through a fastener, and the combustion assisting oxygen port and the cutting oxygen port are respectively communicated with the nozzle.
4. The temper resistant torch of claim 1, further comprising,
the middle part of the cutting torch is connected with the front part of the cutting torch through a plurality of gas pipelines, and the middle part of the cutting torch comprises a combustion-supporting oxygen valve arranged on the side edge of the bottom and a cutting oxygen valve arranged on the top;
the rear part of the cutting torch is connected with the middle part of the cutting torch through a vent pipe;
the handle is sleeved on the vent pipeline, one end of the handle is connected with the middle part of the cutting torch, and the other end of the handle is connected with the rear part of the cutting torch.

6. The temper resistant cutting torch of claim 4 wherein the torch back includes an oxygen inlet and an acetylene inlet, the oxygen inlet and the acetylene inlet being connected to the vent conduit, respectively.
7. The temper resistant cutting torch of claim 6 wherein an acetylene valve is further provided on the rear of the cutting torch, the acetylene valve being disposed laterally of the acetylene inlet and controlling the flow of acetylene at the acetylene inlet.
8. The temper resistant cutting torch of claim 4 wherein a valve stem is attached to the cutting oxygen valve, and a ball is disposed on the head of the valve stem.
9. The temper resistant cutting torch of claim 1 wherein the mixing tube is connected to the combustion aid port by a threaded or hard fit.
