Abstract
本发明涉及一种三元催化转化器加热装置,由三元催化转化器壳体、载体、碳化硅红外加热管、控制器和导线组成,其中碳化硅红外加热管通过导线与控制器串联连接。碳化硅红外加热管嵌入在三元催化转化器壳体内部,用来加热镀在载体上的金属催化剂,并使催化剂产生高频电流;与碳化硅红外加热管相连的是控制器,用来控制红外线的发射。本发明能使三元催化转化器迅速达到起燃温度,从而提高三元催化转化器的效率,获得较好的尾气净化效果。

技术领域:
本发明涉及内燃机尾气后处理领域,特别是涉及一种三元催化转化器加热装置。
背景技术:
目前,汽车排放污染物已成为我国大中城市大气环境的主要污染源之一,汽油机的主要污染物包括一氧化碳(CO)、碳氢化合物(HC)、氮氧化物(NOX)。日益严格的排放法规对汽车排放提出了很高的要求,对于汽油机,除前处理和机内净化催化转化技术外,三元催化转化器作为降低其排气污染的后处理最有效的措施,已受到了各国的重视,然而三元催化转化器起燃温度较高,在汽油机冷启动大约2min后才能达到此温度,而此时的排放已占到整个循环的80%。
发明内容:
针对上述技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种三元催化转化器加热装置,该装置主要是在冷启动的工况下,通过碳化硅红外加热管加热三元催化转化器中的金属催化剂,使三元催化转化器迅速达到起燃温度,从而提高三元催化转化器的效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种三元催化转化器加热装置,由三元催化转化器壳体、载体、碳化硅红外加热管、控制器和导线组成,其中碳化硅红外加热管通过导线与控制器串联连接。
较佳地,碳化硅红外加热管嵌入在三元催化转化器壳体内部,用来加热镀在载体上的金属催化剂,并使催化剂产生高频电流。
优选的,连接在碳化硅红外加热管下游的是控制器,用来控制红外线的发射。

以下结合附图对本发明进行具体说明。如图1所示,作为本发明的一个具体实施例,所述红外线加热三元催化转化器装置,由三元催化转化器壳体1、载体2、碳化硅红外加热管3、控制器4和导线5组成,其中碳化硅红外加热管3通过导线5与控制器4串联连接。
较佳地,碳化硅红外加热管3嵌入在三元催化转化器壳体1内部,用来加热镀在载体2上的金属催化剂,并使催化剂产生高频电流。
优选的,连接在碳化硅红外加热管3下游的是控制器4,用来控制红外线的发射。

1.一种三元催化转化器加热装置,其特征在于:由三元催化转化器壳体、载体、碳化硅红外加热管、控制器和导线组成,其中碳化硅红外加热管通过导线与控制器串联连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三元催化转化器加热装置,其特征在于:所述碳化硅红外加热管嵌入在三元催化转化器壳体内部,用来加热镀在载体上的金属催化剂,并使催化剂产生高频电流。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三元催化转化器加热装置,其特征在于:连接在碳化硅红外加热管下游的是控制器,用来控制红外线的发射。
