Abstract

本发明提供了一种防紫外线面料,属于新材料技术领域。它解决了现有技术存在着稳定性差的问题。本防紫外线面料包括基体层和涂覆层,上述基体层为竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱的混合纱线制备的布料,上述竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均包覆有抗紫外线涂层,上述涂覆层均匀包覆在基体层外侧。本防紫外线面料稳定性高。

技术领域
本发明属于新材料技术领域,涉及一种防紫外线面料。
背景技术
为了达到防紫外线的目的,现有的面料通常是在基布上均匀涂覆一层防紫外线涂层。
这样虽然能使面料达到一定的防紫外线功能,但是,防紫外线涂层容易掉落,导致稳定性比较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种稳定性高的防紫外线面料。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于,包括基体层和涂覆层,上述基体层为竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱的混合纱线制备的布料,上述竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均包覆有抗紫外线涂层,上述涂覆层均匀包覆在基体层外侧。
由竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均具有抗紫外线涂层,因此,上述纱线制备的布料也具备抗紫外线性能。
同时,在涂覆层的作用下还能适当增加其强度。
另外,由于竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均具有抗紫外线涂层,因此,制备的基体层其上的抗紫外线介质,不容易脱离,其稳定性比较高。
在上述的防紫外线面料中,所述基体层的厚度为3—6毫米。
在上述的防紫外线面料中,所述涂覆层的厚度为0.7—0.9毫米。
在上述的防紫外线面料中,所述涂覆层为PA涂层。
这种涂覆层能适当增加面料手感。
在上述的防紫外线面料中,所述涂覆层为PU涂层。
这种涂覆层能适当增加面料的弹性,并且手感丰富。
在上述的防紫外线面料中,所述抗紫外线涂层包括胶连剂和紫外线吸收剂,上述胶连剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为1:2。
这样的组份能使抗紫外线涂层稳定的包覆在原料纱线侧部。
在上述的防紫外线面料中,所述抗紫外线涂层的厚度为0.01—0.03毫米。
与现有技术相比,本防紫外线面料由于基体层的纱线上具有将其包覆的抗紫外线层,因此,基体层具有良好的抗紫外线性能。
同时,在涂覆层的作用下不仅能进一步避免抗紫外线介质掉落,而且还适当的增加了其手感,稳定性比较高。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本防紫外线面料包括基体层和涂覆层,上述基体层为竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱的混合纱线制备的布料,上述竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均包覆有抗紫外线涂层,上述涂覆层均匀包覆在基体层外侧。
所述基体层的厚度为3毫米。
所述涂覆层的厚度为0.7毫米。
所述涂覆层为PA涂层。根据实际情况,所述涂覆层为PU涂层也是可行的。
所述抗紫外线涂层包括胶连剂和紫外线吸收剂,上述胶连剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为1:2。
所述抗紫外线涂层的厚度为0.01毫米。
由竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均具有抗紫外线涂层,因此,上述纱线制备的布料也具备抗紫外线性能。
同时,在涂覆层的作用下还能适当增加其强度。
另外,由于竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均具有抗紫外线涂层,因此,制备的基体层其上的抗紫外线介质,不容易脱离,其稳定性比较高。
实施例二

所述基体层的厚度为6毫米。
所述涂覆层的厚度为0.9毫米。
所述涂覆层为PA涂层。根据实际情况,所述涂覆层为PU涂层也是可行的。
所述抗紫外线涂层包括胶连剂和紫外线吸收剂,上述胶连剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为1:2。
所述抗紫外线涂层的厚度为0.03毫米。
由竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均具有抗紫外线涂层,因此,上述纱线制备的布料也具备抗紫外线性能。
同时,在涂覆层的作用下还能适当增加其强度。
另外,由于竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均具有抗紫外线涂层,因此,制备的基体层其上的抗紫外线介质,不容易脱离,其稳定性比较高。
实施例三

所述涂覆层为PA涂层。根据实际情况,所述涂覆层为PU涂层也是可行的。
所述抗紫外线涂层包括胶连剂和紫外线吸收剂,上述胶连剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为1:2。
所述抗紫外线涂层的厚度为0.02毫米。
由竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均具有抗紫外线涂层,因此,上述纱线制备的布料也具备抗紫外线性能。
同时,在涂覆层的作用下还能适当增加其强度。
另外,由于竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均具有抗紫外线涂层,因此,制备的基体层其上的抗紫外线介质,不容易脱离,其稳定性比较高。

1.一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于,包括基体层和涂覆层,上述基体层为竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱的混合纱线制备的布料,上述竹炭纤维纱、银纤维纱和亚麻纤维纱外侧均包覆有抗紫外线涂层,上述涂覆层均匀包覆在基体层外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述基体层的厚度为3—6毫米。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述涂覆层的厚度为0.7—0.9毫米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述涂覆层为PA涂层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述涂覆层为PU涂层。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线涂层包括胶连剂和紫外线吸收剂,上述胶连剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为1:2。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线涂层的厚度为0.01—0.03毫米。
