From the test results, the water transfer printing sealing oil of the embodiments 1 to 3 has good printability, does not have large fluctuation of tensile strength and elongation along with the change of the placing time and temperature, has stable mechanical property, has the characteristic of not changing along with the change of the environmental temperature, effectively improves the using effect of the water transfer printing sealing oil under different environmental temperatures due to the addition of the high molecular polyester plasticizer in the system, and has strong practicability;
the molecular weight of the high molecular polyester plasticizer in the embodiment 4 is too low, the high molecular polyester plasticizer is easy to migrate out of the system, and the improvement effect on the low-temperature brittleness of the four-season general water transfer printing sealing oil is weakened, so that the tension resistance and the elongation rate are slightly fluctuated along with the change of the standing time and the temperature;
the water transfer printing seal oil of the embodiment 5 has poor printability, has ink scattering and wire drawing phenomena and has higher viscosity, and the molecular weight of the high molecular polyester plasticizer of the embodiment 5 is too high, so that the viscosity of the system is easily increased, the coating is not easy to dry when the water transfer printing seal oil for the four seasons is coated, the surface is sticky, and the using effect of the water transfer printing seal oil for the four seasons is influenced;
the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic acrylic resin in example 6 is too low, so that the cover oil is easy to be adhered at high temperature, the viscosity is high, and the printability is poor, and the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic acrylic resin in example 7 is too high, so that the brittleness of the water transfer seal oil is increased, the using effect of the water transfer seal oil for four seasons is influenced, and therefore the tensile strength and the elongation rate are slightly fluctuated along with the change of the placing time and the temperature;
comparative example 1 because the monomeric small molecular weight plasticizer dioctyl phthalate used is generally compatible with the raw materials in the system and is easy to volatilize and migrate, the elongation rate is obviously reduced along with the change of temperature and standing time, the change of tensile strength is also obvious, and the low-temperature brittleness is obvious;
comparative example 2 because the amount of the added high molecular polyester plasticizer is too small, the elongation of the prepared dry film is obviously reduced along with the change of temperature and standing time, the change of tensile strength is also obvious, and the effect of improving the low-temperature brittleness of the water transfer printing sealing oil for four seasons cannot be achieved; comparative example 3 because the addition amount of the polymer polyester plasticizer is too large, the mechanical property of the water transfer seal oil can be directly influenced, so that the tensile strength is poor, the elongation is increased, the surface adhesion is easy to occur during use, the viscosity is increased, and the printability is poor;
in the comparative example 4, when the high molecular polyester plasticizer is added, the temperature of the solution is too high, so that the high molecular polyester plasticizer is easy to cause local flocculation when the solution is added, the printability of the water transfer printing sealing oil is poor, and the service performance of the water transfer printing sealing oil is influenced; comparative example 5 when the polymer polyester plasticizer was added, the temperature of the solution was too low, the polymer polyester plasticizer was not easily combined with other raw material components in the system, the effect of improving the low temperature brittleness of the four season general water transfer seal oil became worse, the elongation of the prepared dry film decreased significantly with the temperature and the standing time, and the change of tensile strength was also significant;
in the comparative example 6, the high-molecular polyester plasticizer is added in the preparation process, and irreversible aggregation is generated between the high-molecular polyester plasticizer and other raw material components, so that the viscosity of the prepared water transfer printing seal oil is increased, the printability is poor, the temperature adaptability is poor, and the service performance of the water transfer printing seal oil is influenced.

Claims (8)

1. The four-season universal water transfer seal oil is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by mass:

the high-molecular polyester plasticizer comprises poly adipic acid-1, 2-propylene glycol ester.
2. The four-season water transfer printing cover oil according to claim 1, wherein the molecular weight of the high polymer polyester plasticizer is 2500-3500.
3. The four-season water transfer printing cover oil according to claim 1, wherein the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic acrylic resin is 30-50 ℃.
4. The four-season water transfer printing cover oil according to claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent comprises a silicone defoaming agent.
5. The four-season water transfer seal surface oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickening thixotropic agent comprises one or more of fatty acid amide thixotropic agent, hydrogenated castor oil amide thixotropic agent and hydrogenated castor oil thixotropic agent.
6. The four-season water transfer printing cover oil according to claim 1, wherein the solvent comprises a mixture of trimethylbenzene and tetramethylbenzene.
7. The preparation method of the four-season universal water transfer printing cover oil according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding a defoaming agent into a solvent, and stirring at a high speed for 10-20 min;
(2) slowly adding thermoplastic acrylic resin into the solution obtained in the step (1), and stirring at a high speed for 40-60 min;
(3) slowly adding a thickening thixotropic agent into the solution obtained in the step (2), and stirring at a high speed for 20-40 min;
(4) cooling water is introduced, the temperature of the solution obtained in the step (3) is reduced to 40-45 ℃, high-speed stirring is kept, and the high-molecular polyester plasticizer is slowly added, wherein the stirring time is 50-70 min;
(5) and (4) cooling the temperature of the solution obtained in the step (4) to 25 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 50-70 min to obtain the four-season universal water transfer printing surface oil.
8. The preparation method of the four-season general water transfer seal surface oil according to claim 7, wherein in the step (1), the step (2), the step (3) and the step (4), the stirring speed of high-speed stirring is 1500-2000 r/min.
