Description

Glass cutting method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cutting technology, in particular to a glass cutting method.
Background
With the development of information technology, electronic products are more and more widely used, and many electronic products have specific shapes, so that the requirement of cutting to form shaped glass is met, and at the moment, the cutting process becomes one of the most critical processes.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a cutting method provided in the prior art. As shown in fig. 1, after the cutter wheel cuts the first cutting line 110, the cutter wheel decelerates and stops, moves to the start of the second cutting line 120, cuts the second cutting line 120, decelerates and stops, moves to the start of the third cutting line 130, and so on until all the cutting lines are cut. Although the method can avoid the damage of the cutter wheel and the damage of the glass corner, the cutter wheel needs to be frequently lifted and dropped because the end points are not continuous, which seriously influences the cutting efficiency of the glass.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of another cutting method provided by the prior art. As shown in fig. 2, after the first cutting line 110 is cut, the cutter wheel rotates reversely to transit to the second cutting line 120 through an arc 100, and so on until all the cutting lines are cut. Although the method can avoid frequent lifting and falling of the cutter wheel, when the radius of the arc 100 is smaller, the cutting speed needs to be reduced to ensure the cutting quality; when the radius of the arc 100 is large, the occupied area is large, and the arc cannot be applied to glass having a small margin.

The cutter wheel can be an ultra-precise diamond tool for cutting brittle materials, and can cut ultra-precise slots on the surface of the brittle materials such as glass and the like, so that deeper vertical fracture is gradually caused, and linear shapes with different sizes and shapes are cut.
The cutting method may specifically be laser cutting, water jet cutting, or electron beam cutting.
In this step, the glass is cut by the cutter wheel from the starting end point of the M1 th edge to the ending end point of the M1 th edge.
And S102, cutting to the ending endpoint of the M1 th edge, and then cutting to the starting endpoint of the M2 th edge along the first curve.
In this step, referring to fig. 4, after cutting to the end point of the M1 th edge, the M3 th edge adjacent to the M1 th edge is not directly cut, but the M1 th edge is skipped, and after cutting to the end point of the M3 th edge, the M2 th edge is cut along the first curve Q1.

And S205, cutting the edge of the (N-1) th edge by adopting a mode of spacing one edge.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the glass is cut along the 1 st edge 1 using a cutter wheel, cut along a first curve (curve a1) to the starting end point of the 3 rd edge 3 after cutting to the ending end point of the 1 st edge 1, cut along the 3 rd edge 3 using a cutter wheel, then cut along a first curve (curve b1) to the starting end point of the 5 th edge 5 after cutting to the ending end point of the 3 rd edge 3, cut along the 5 th edge 5 using a cutter wheel, cut along a first curve (curve c1) to the starting end point of the 7 th edge 7 after cutting to the ending end point of the 5 th edge 5, cut along the 7 th edge 7 using a cutter wheel, cut along a first curve (curve d1) to the starting end point of the 2 nd edge 2 after cutting to the ending end point of the 7 th edge 7, cutting the glass along the 2 nd edge 2 by using a cutter wheel, cutting the glass along the 4 th edge 4 along the first curve (curve e1) after the glass is cut to the end point of the 2 nd edge 2, cutting the glass along the 4 th edge 4 by using the cutter wheel, cutting the glass along the 6 th edge 6 along the first curve (curve f1) after the glass is cut to the end point of the 4 th edge 4, and cutting the glass along the 6 th edge 6 by using the cutter wheel, thereby finishing the cutting of the glass.
In the glass cutting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when N is an odd number, all edges are cut by spacing one edge on the basis of the embodiment, and the minimum number of cutting knives and the minimum cutting distance are used on the basis of ensuring the cutting speed and the cutting quality, so that the cutting process is simplified, and the glass cutting efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides the time consumed by different cutting modes. Take the target pattern as a seven-transformation, each side 100mm as an example. In the cutting method shown in fig. 1, the time for each blade lifting and dropping is 2 seconds, and the total time is 16.7 seconds. In the cutting method shown in FIG. 2, the speed at the turning angle was reduced to 20mm/s, which took 7.9 seconds in total. In the cutting method shown in FIG. 6 according to the embodiment of the present invention, a total time of 4.6 seconds was consumed. The glass cutting method provided by the embodiment of the invention improves the cutting efficiency of glass.
In other embodiments, when N is an odd number, the M1 th edge and the M2 th edge may be spaced at least two edges apart.
Fig. 7 is a cutting track of another glass cutting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 7, all edges are cut by separating two edges, where the specific cutting process is as follows: cutting the glass along the 1 st edge 1 by using a cutter wheel, cutting the glass along the 4 th edge 4 along a curve a2 after cutting to the end point of the 1 st edge 1, cutting the glass along the 4 th edge 4 by using the cutter wheel, cutting the glass along the 4 th edge 4 along a curve b2 after cutting to the end point of the 4 th edge 4, cutting the glass along the 7 th edge 7 by using the cutter wheel, cutting the glass along the 3 rd edge 3 along a curve c2 to the start point of the 3 rd edge 3 after cutting to the end point of the 7 th edge 7, cutting the glass along the 3 rd edge 3 along a curve d2 to the start point of the 6 th edge 6 after cutting to the end point of the 3 rd edge 3, cutting the glass along the 6 th edge 6 by using the cutter wheel, cutting the glass along a curve e2 to the start point of the 2 nd edge 2 after cutting to the end point of the 6 th edge, and cutting the glass along the 2 nd edge 2 by using a cutter wheel, cutting the glass along the 5 th edge 5 along the curve f2 after the glass is cut to the end point of the 2 nd edge 2 and the starting point of the 5 th edge 5, and cutting the glass along the 5 th edge 5 by using the cutter wheel, thereby finishing the cutting of the glass.
In other embodiments, one part of the N edges may be cut at intervals of one edge, and another part of the N edges may be cut at intervals of two or more edges. For example, after cutting edge 1 of strip 1, the edge is separated by one edge, edge 3 is cut, then the edge is separated by two edges, edge 6 is cut, edge two is separated, edge 2 of strip 2 is cut, edge one is separated, edge 4 of strip 4 is cut, edge four is separated, and edge 5 is cut, thereby completing the cutting of the glass. It is understood that when N is an even number, one part of the N edges may be cut at intervals of one edge, and another part of the N edges may be cut at intervals of two or more edges.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of another cutting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 9 is a cutting trace of another glass cutting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 8 and 9, where N is an even number, and the glass cutting method includes:
and S301, cutting the edge of the glass along the edge of the M1 th edge by using a cutter wheel.
And S302, after cutting to the end point of the M1 th edge, cutting to the starting end point of the M2 th edge along the first curve.
And S303, cutting the edge of the glass along the edge of the M2 th edge by using a cutter wheel.
And S304, cutting the edge of the glass along the N-1 th edge by using a cutter wheel.
In the step, a cutter wheel is adopted to cut the glass along the starting endpoint of the (N-1) th edge to the finishing endpoint of the (N-1) th edge.
And S305, cutting to the end point of the (N-1) th edge, and then cutting to the starting end point of the (N) th edge along the second curve.
Wherein, the starting end point of the Nth edge is coincident with the starting end point of the 1 st edge. In this step, referring to fig. 9, for example, after cutting to the end point of the 5 th edge, the 6 th edge 6 is not cut at the end point of the 5 th edge, but the start point of the 6 th edge 6 is set to coincide with the start point of the 1 st edge, and after cutting to the end point of the 5 th edge 5, the 6 th edge 6 is cut along the second curve Q2.
And S306, cutting the glass along the edge of the Nth edge by using a cutter wheel.
In the step, the cutter wheel is adopted to cut the glass along the starting endpoint of the Nth edge to the ending endpoint of the Nth edge.
In the glass cutting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when N is an even number, on the basis of the embodiment, the starting endpoint of the Nth edge is arranged at the position overlapped with the starting endpoint of the 1 st edge, and after the cutting is carried out to the ending endpoint of the (N-1) th edge, the cutting is carried out to the starting endpoint of the Nth edge along the second curve Q2, so that the cutting process is simplified, and the glass cutting efficiency is improved. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cutting manner of the edges other than the "M1 th edge to the M2 th edge, and the N-1 th edge to the N th edge" is not particularly limited.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 9, the second curve Q2 includes a first sub-curve Q21 and a second sub-curve Q22, an ending endpoint of the first sub-curve Q21 coincides with a starting endpoint of the second sub-curve Q22, and the first sub-curve Q21 is tangent to the second sub-curve Q22 at the ending endpoint of the first sub-curve Q21. That is, the first sub-curve Q21 is tangent to the second sub-curve Q22 at the starting end point of the second sub-curve Q22. In the embodiment of the invention, because the starting endpoint of the Nth edge is arranged at the position which is overlapped with the starting endpoint of the 1 st edge, the cutting direction of the Nth edge is not consistent with the cutting direction of the (N-1) th edge any more, but the cutting direction is reversed, the second curve Q2 comprises the first sub-curve Q21 and the second sub-curve Q22, and the first sub-curve Q21 is tangent to the second sub-curve Q22 at the ending endpoint of the first sub-curve Q21, so that the smoothness of the movement track of the glass cut by the cutter wheel is facilitated when the cutting direction is reversed, and the cutting quality is ensured.
Alternatively, in some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 9, where N is an even number, the glass cutting method may include:

And step five, cutting to the starting endpoint of the (N-2) th edge along the first curve after cutting to the ending endpoint of the Nth edge.
And step six, cutting the edge of the 2 nd edge by adopting a mode of spacing one edge.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 9, the glass is cut along the 1 st edge 1 by the cutter wheel, after being cut to the end point of the 1 st edge 1, along the first curve (curve a3) to the start point of the 3 rd edge 3, along the 3 rd edge 3 by the cutter wheel, then after being cut to the end point of the 3 rd edge 3, along the first curve (curve b3) to the start point of the 5 th edge 5, along the 5 th edge 5 by the cutter wheel, after being cut to the end point of the 5 th edge 5, along the second curve Q2 (curve c3) to the start point of the 6 th edge 6, after being cut to the end point of the 6 th edge 6, along the first curve (curve d3) to the start point of the 4 th edge 4, along the 4 th edge 4 by the cutter wheel, after cutting to the end point of the 4 th edge 4, cutting along the first curve (curve e3) to the start point of the 2 nd edge 2, and cutting the glass along the 2 nd edge 2 by using a cutter wheel, thereby completing the cutting of the glass.
In the glass cutting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when N is an even number, on the basis of the above embodiment, the starting endpoint of the nth edge is arranged at a position overlapped with the starting endpoint of the 1 st edge, and after the cutting is finished to the finishing endpoint of the (N-1) th edge, the cutting is carried out along the second curve Q2 to reach the starting endpoint of the nth edge. Except for cutting from the (N-1) th edge to the Nth edge, the cutting modes between other edges adopt a mode of spacing one edge, and a small number of cutting knives and a short cutting distance are used, so that the cutting process is simplified, and the cutting efficiency of the glass is improved.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of another cutting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 11 is a cutting trace of another glass cutting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 10 and fig. 11, where N is an even number, and the glass cutting method includes:
and S401, cutting the edge of the glass along the edge of the M1 th edge by using a cutter wheel.
S402, after cutting to the end point of the M1 th edge, cutting to the start end point of the M2 th edge along the first curve.
And S403, cutting the edge of the glass along the edge of the M2 th edge by using a cutter wheel.
And S404, cutting the edge of the glass along the N-1 th edge by using a cutter wheel.
In the step, a cutter wheel is adopted to cut the glass along the starting endpoint of the (N-1) th edge to the finishing endpoint of the (N-1) th edge.
And S405, cutting to the end point of the (N-1) th edge, and then cutting to the starting end point of the (N) th edge along the third curve.
Wherein, the starting end point of the Nth edge is coincided with the ending end point of the (N-1) th edge. In this step, exemplarily, referring to fig. 11, after cutting to the end point of the 5 th edge, the glass is cut to the start point of the 6 th edge 6 along the third curve Q3 at the end point of the 5 th edge.
And S406, cutting the glass along the edge of the Nth edge by using a cutter wheel.
In the step, the cutter wheel is adopted to cut the glass along the starting endpoint of the Nth edge to the ending endpoint of the Nth edge.
In the glass cutting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when N is an even number, on the basis of the embodiment, the starting end point of the Nth edge is arranged at the position overlapped with the ending end point of the (N-1) th edge, and after the cutting is carried out to the ending end point of the (N-1) th edge, the cutting is carried out to the starting end point of the Nth edge along the third curve Q3, so that the cutting process is simplified, and the glass cutting efficiency is improved. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cutting manner of the edges other than the "M1 th edge to the M2 th edge, and the N-1 th edge to the N th edge" is not particularly limited.
Alternatively, in some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 11, where N is an even number, the glass cutting method may include:
step one, cutting the glass along the edge of the 1 st edge by adopting a cutter wheel.
And step two, after cutting to the end point of the 1 st edge, cutting to the starting end point of the 3 rd edge along the first curve.

In the glass cutting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when N is an even number, on the basis of the above embodiment, the starting endpoint of the Nth edge is arranged at the position overlapped with the ending endpoint of the (N-1) th edge, and after the cutting is carried out to the ending endpoint of the (N-1) th edge, the cutting is carried out to the starting endpoint of the Nth edge along the third curve Q3. Except for cutting from the (N-1) th edge to the Nth edge, the cutting modes between other edges adopt a mode of spacing one edge, and a small number of cutting knives and a short cutting distance are used, so that the cutting process is simplified, and the cutting efficiency of the glass is improved.
Fig. 12 is a flowchart of another cutting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 13 is a cutting trace of another glass cutting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 12 and 13, where N is an even number, and the glass cutting method includes:
and S501, cutting the edge of the glass along the edge of the M1 th edge by using a cutter wheel.
And S502, cutting to the ending endpoint of the M1 th edge, and then cutting to the starting endpoint of the M2 th edge along the first curve.
And S503, cutting the edge of the glass along the edge of the M2 th edge by using a cutter wheel.
And S504, cutting the edge of the glass along the N-1 th edge by using a cutter wheel.
In the step, a cutter wheel is adopted to cut the glass along the starting endpoint of the (N-1) th edge to the finishing endpoint of the (N-1) th edge.
And S505, cutting to the end point of the (N-1) th edge, and then cutting to the starting end point of the (2) th edge along the fourth curve.
In this step, exemplarily, referring to fig. 13, after cutting to the end point of the N-1 th edge, the nth edge adjacent to the N-1 th edge is not directly cut, but is cut to the start point of the 2 nd edge along the fourth curve Q4.
For example, after cutting to the end point of the 5 th edge, the 6 th edge adjacent to the 5 th edge is not directly cut, but the 6 th edge and the 1 st edge are skipped, and after cutting to the end point of the 5 th edge, the 2 nd edge is cut along the fourth curve Q4 to the start point of the 2 nd edge.
And S506, cutting the glass along the edge of the No. 2 edge by using a cutter wheel.
In the step, the cutting wheel is adopted to cut the glass along the starting endpoint of the 2 nd edge and cut the glass to the finishing endpoint of the 2 nd edge.
In the glass cutting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when N is an even number, on the basis of the embodiment, after the cutting is carried out to the end point of the (N-1) th edge, the cutting is carried out to the starting end point of the (2) th edge along the fourth curve Q4, and a small number of cutting knives and a short cutting distance are used, so that the cutting process is simplified, and the glass cutting efficiency is improved. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cutting manner of the edges other than the "M1 th edge to the M2 th edge, and the N-1 st edge to the 2 nd edge" is not particularly limited.
Alternatively, in some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 13, where N is an even number, the glass cutting method may include:
step one, cutting the glass along the edge of the 1 st edge by adopting a cutter wheel.
And step two, after cutting to the end point of the 1 st edge, cutting to the starting end point of the 3 rd edge along the first curve.
And step three, cutting the edge of the (N-1) th edge by adopting a mode of spacing one edge.
And step four, cutting to the end point of the (N-1) th edge, and then cutting to the starting end point of the (2) th edge along a fourth curve.
And step five, cutting to the starting endpoint of the 4 th edge along the first curve after cutting to the end endpoint of the 2 nd edge.
And step six, cutting the edge of the Nth edge by adopting a mode of spacing one edge.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 13, the glass is cut along the 1 st edge 1 using a cutter wheel, cut along a first curve (curve a5) to the starting end point of the 3 rd edge 3 after cutting to the ending end point of the 1 st edge 1, cut along the 3 rd edge 3 using a cutter wheel, cut along a first curve (curve b5) to the starting end point of the 5 th edge 5 after cutting to the ending end point of the 3 rd edge 3, cut along the 5 th edge 5 using a cutter wheel, cut along a fourth curve Q4 to the starting end point of the 2 nd edge 2 after cutting to the ending end point of the 2 nd edge 2, cut along a first curve (curve d5) to the starting end point of the 4 th edge 4 after cutting to the ending end point of the 4 th edge 4 using a cutter wheel, cut along the 4 th edge 4 after cutting to the ending end point of the 4 th edge 4, cutting along the first curve (curve e5) to the starting end point of the 6 th edge 6, and cutting the glass along the 6 th edge 6 by using a cutter wheel, thereby completing the cutting of the glass.
In the glass cutting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when N is an even number, on the basis of the above embodiment, after the cutting is performed to the end point of the N-1 th edge, the cutting is performed to the start point of the 2 nd edge along the fourth curve Q4. Except for cutting from the (N-1) th edge to the (2) th edge, the other edges are cut at intervals, and a small number of cutting knives and a short cutting distance are used, so that the cutting process is simplified, and the cutting efficiency of the glass is improved.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 4, 9, 11, and 14, the first curve Q1, the second curve Q2, the third curve Q3, and the fourth curve Q4 are tangent to the edge. Therefore, after the edge is cut, when the edge is cut to the first curve Q1, the second curve Q2, the third curve Q3 and the fourth curve Q4, the edge can be smoothly transited to the first curve Q1, the second curve Q2, the third curve Q3 and the fourth curve Q4, and the quality of the cut glass is improved.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 4, 9, 11, and 14, the first curve Q1, the first sub-curve Q21, the second sub-curve Q22, the third curve Q3, and the fourth curve Q4 are circular arcs. Illustratively, when the first curve Q1, the first sub-curve Q21, the second sub-curve Q22, the third curve Q3 and the fourth curve Q4 are circular arcs, the curvature radius of the circular arcs is larger than 50mm, so that the glass can be cut without reducing the cutting speed.
Fig. 14 shows a cutting trajectory of another glass cutting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 14, in the glass cutting method, a predetermined distance may be further cut along the extension line P1 of the starting end point to the starting end point, and/or a predetermined distance may be cut from the ending end point along the extension line P2 of the ending end point. In other embodiments, if the edge is a curve, the start end point extension line P1 may also be a tangent line of the edge at the start end point. In another embodiment, the end point extension line P2 may be a tangent line of the edge at the end point if the edge is a curve.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 14, before the starting end point of the 1 st edge 1, the glass is cut along the extension line P1 of the starting end point of the 1 st edge 1, and after the glass is cut to the starting end point of the 1 st edge 1, the glass is cut along the trajectory of the 1 st edge 1 to the ending end point of the 1 st edge 1, then the glass is cut along the extension line P2 of the ending end point of the 1 st edge 1, and then the glass is cut along the first curve (curve a1) to the starting end point of the 3 rd edge 3.
In the case where N is an even number, the following may be similarly provided: the start end point is cut by a preset distance along the start end point extension line P1, and/or the end point is cut by a preset distance along the end point extension line P2, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 14, first curve Q1 is tangent to start endpoint extension P1 and end endpoint extension P2. So that the start end point extension line P1 and the end point extension line P2 can smoothly transit to the first curve Q1, thereby improving the quality of cut glass. Based on the same reasoning, when the cutting trajectory includes the start endpoint extension line P1 and the end endpoint extension line P2 in fig. 9, 11 and 14, the second curve Q2, the third curve Q3 and the fourth curve Q4 may be tangent to the start endpoint extension line P1 and the end endpoint extension line P2, so that the start endpoint extension line P1 and the end endpoint extension line P2 may smoothly transit to the second curve Q2, the third curve Q3 and the fourth curve Q4, thereby improving the quality of the cut glass.
Fig. 15 is a cutting trace of another glass cutting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 15, at least a portion of N edges is curved. Illustratively, the M1 th and M2 th edges are curved lines, the M3 th edge is a straight line, the start endpoint extension line P1 may be a tangent line of the M2 th edge at the start endpoint, and the end endpoint extension line P2 may be a tangent line of the M1 th edge at the end endpoint.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
