Claims (7)

1. A construction method for constructing a main crown of a total oxygen glass melting furnace is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, checking and accepting arch ballast beams, installing and paying off: checking and accepting the steel structure of the arch ballast beam before construction, and ensuring that the span, the central line and the arch foot angle of the arch ballast beam meet the design requirements; wherein the span deviation of the arch ballast beams is less than or equal to +/-2 mm, the center line deviation is less than or equal to +/-3 mm, the angle deviation is less than or equal to +/-1 degree, and the staggering of two adjacent arch ballast beams is less than or equal to 1 mm;
taking the longitudinal center of the melting furnace determined according to the design of the glass melting furnace as a reference, and releasing the longitudinal center line and the transverse center line of the main crown of the melting furnace on the bottom brick of the furnace tank by using a theodolite, wherein the transverse center line generally corresponds to the axis position of a smoke outlet of the melting furnace; determining the positioning center line of the steel membrane arch tire by taking the longitudinal center line and the transverse center line of the melting furnace as references, and determining the positioning center line of each ring arch brick by using a steel disc ruler;
s2, assembling and erecting a support frame: erecting a support frame of the steel mould arch tire by using scaffold tubes, wherein the width of the support frame is the sum of the width of the steel mould arch tire and the width of operating platforms at two sides, and the width of the operating platform is generally 1.8-2 m; a plurality of groups of moving wheels are additionally arranged at the bottom of the support frame according to the span of the main arch, and a guide rail along the longitudinal direction of the main arch of the melting furnace is paved below the moving wheels; the supporting frame comprises a plurality of vertical steel pipes, a height adjusting jackscrew is mounted at the top end of each vertical steel pipe, and the height of the height adjusting jackscrew is adjusted to keep the top surface of the supporting frame horizontal and flat;
s3, assembling the steel membrane arch tire: the steel mould arch tire is divided into two sections of steel moulds convenient for transportation along the radial center line of the steel mould arch tire, and the two sections of steel moulds are detachably and fixedly connected through a bolt assembly; when the steel moulds are assembled and connected on site, firstly, a wood board or a brick is laid on the bottom of the steel film to ensure that the wood board or the brick is flat and consistent in elevation, bolts are penetrated in bolt holes corresponding to the two sections of steel moulds, then, the radian surfaces of the radii of the upper parts of the two sections of steel moulds are adjusted to be tight by the radian clamping plates, and then bolt assemblies are screwed down;
s4, hoisting the steel die arch tire in place: the connected steel membrane arch tire is hung on the support frame by using a truck crane, and the position, elevation and levelness of the top surface of the steel membrane arch tire are adjusted to meet the design requirements; the acceptance standard of the installation quality of the steel mould arch tire is as follows: the allowable deviation between the longitudinal central line of the steel die arch tire and the longitudinal central line of the melting furnace is +/-3.0 mm, the allowable deviation of the elevation is 0-5 mm, the arch height of the steel die arch tire is about 2mm higher than the design requirement, and the arch brick is prevented from sinking; after the adjustment is qualified, limiting and fixing the arch tire of the steel die by using a steel pipe, and bundling the arch tire on a support frame by using an iron wire for fixing;
s5, installing and adjusting arch slag bricks: before building, the support frame is firstly cushioned, so that the movable wheels are not stressed; hoisting the arch ballast bricks in place according to the determined arch brick center line, and checking and accepting the installation quality of the arch ballast bricks; placing ceramic fiber paper between arch slag bricks and arch slag beams, adjusting the centers of the bricks to be aligned, adjusting a backing plate under the arch slag bricks to enable the gap between the arch slag bricks and a breast wall to be 16-18 mm, adjusting a jackscrew mechanism on the arch slag beams to enable the inclined plane inclination angle of the arch slag bricks to reach a design angle, and after the arch slag bricks are adjusted to be qualified, using a wood wedge to pad the arch slag bricks on the breast wall, wherein at least two points are padded under each arch slag brick;
s6, installing and adjusting arch bricks: after the arch ballast bricks are installed, the arch bricks of the same ring are built; the first arch brick of each ring needs to be accurately positioned, and the side surface of each ring needs to be parallel to the transverse central line of the melting furnace and is vertical to the longitudinal central line; the masonry construction of the arch bricks is carried out according to the serial numbers of the arch bricks, and the arch bricks cannot be misplaced; after the arch brick is firmly fixed by a flexible hoisting belt, the arch brick is slowly hoisted on a steel mould arch tire by a truck crane; after the steel mould arch support is adjusted to be stable, the hoisting belt is removed, arch support wires on the steel mould arch support are adjusted, so that the contact between arch bricks is tight, and the installation quality of the arch bricks is checked; checking that the dislocation of the lower surface of the arch brick is less than 2mm, detecting the levelness of the top surface and the verticality of the side surface of the arch brick by using a horizontal ruler, wherein the deviation of the verticality and the levelness is less than 1mm, if the deviation exists, adjusting the jackscrew of the arch tire to ensure that the arch brick is correctly installed, and installing the next arch brick after the adjustment is qualified until the installation of one ring of arch bricks is finished;
s7, tightening and removing the steel die arch: a. after the installation of the ring brick is finished, the integral quality of the single-ring arch brick is checked, and the arch is tightened after the flatness and the brick joints of the integral ring brick are checked to meet the requirements; b. before the wire jacking mechanism and the brace mechanism are tightened, a scale is placed on the arch brick, the elevation value of the arch brick is measured by a level gauge, and the record is made; c. before the wire-jacking mechanism and the brace mechanism are tightened, a backing plate under arch slag bricks is removed, and the inclined strut outside the upright post is cut; d. before the wire jacking mechanism is tightened, the brace mechanism is firstly tightened, and then the wire jacking mechanism is tightened; c. when the jack screw mechanism is tightened, two sides are alternately performed to prevent jack deviation; d. in the process of tightening the jackscrew mechanism, the changes of the brick joints, the end surfaces, the elevations and the stand column spacing need to be observed in time and adjusted in time, if the design requirements cannot be met, the jackscrew mechanism needs to be loosened and then the arch brick needs to be adjusted, and then the jackscrew is tightened after the requirements are met; e. the arch height of the arch brick is raised by 2-3 mm through the jack screw tightening mechanism, the arch brick stops tightening after leaving the arch tyre jack screw on the steel mould arch tyre, whether the arch brick sinks, deforms, partially sinks and the like is checked, the span, the arch height and the elevation of the arch brick are measured after the arch brick is qualified, and after the arch brick reaches the design requirement, the arch brick seam is sealed by using an adhesive tape;

s9, removing the steel die arch tire and the support frame: after the whole glass melting furnace main arch is built, the steel mould arch tire and the support frame are sequentially removed, and the installation quality of the melting furnace main arch is checked according to the checking standard.
