Or the inventory management server can send the storage position of the goods to be operated to the equipment management server, so that the equipment management server schedules the carrying equipment, the shuttle cars and the elevators, namely, the inventory management device can be arranged on the inventory management server, and the equipment bureau management device can be arranged on the equipment management server.
For example, when the inventory system includes a shuttle car, the shuttle car may be scheduled to move to the second end of the docking conveyor line after the docking conveyor line transfers the inventory containers containing the items to be handled from the first end to the second end of the docking conveyor line, dock the inventory containers containing the items to be handled, and schedule the shuttle car to transfer the inventory containers containing the items to be handled to corresponding storage locations on the multi-level shuttle library.
Or when the inventory system comprises the shuttle car and the elevator, after the butt joint conveying line transmits the inventory container containing the goods to be operated to the second end of the butt joint conveying line from the first end, the elevator is dispatched to butt joint the inventory container containing the goods to be operated, the elevator is used for lifting the inventory container containing the goods to be operated to the storage layer corresponding to the lifting value, and the shuttle car is dispatched to convey the inventory container containing the goods to be operated to the corresponding storage position on the storage layer. And then or after the inventory container containing the goods to be operated is transmitted to the second end of the butt joint transmission line from the first end by the butt joint transmission line, the shuttle car and the elevator are dispatched to move to the second end of the butt joint transmission line, the shuttle car is dispatched to butt joint the inventory container containing the goods to be operated, the shuttle car is dispatched to move to the elevator, the elevator lifts the inventory container containing the goods to be operated and the corresponding shuttle car to the corresponding storage layer, and then the shuttle car is dispatched to carry the inventory container containing the goods to be operated to the corresponding storage position on the storage layer. The process of transferring the stock container containing the goods to be handled to the corresponding storage location on the multi-level shuttle library is only exemplary and not limited in any way.
In an alternative embodiment, the inventory management server 18, in shelving items to be handled into the goods-to-person inventory racks, is further configured to: dispatching the carrying equipment to carry the stock container containing the goods to be operated from the workstation to the region of the goods-to-human stock support, and dispatching the carrying equipment or other automatic equipment to place the stock container containing the goods to be operated in the corresponding storage position; alternatively, the scheduling handling device handles the goods-to-human inventory holder including the goods to be handled from the workstation to the corresponding location.
For example, if the stock container is a tray, the tray containing the goods to be handled can be directly placed on the carrying device, and the tray is carried to the area of the goods to the human stock support by scheduling the carrying device; alternatively, the trays for accommodating goods to be handled may be placed on the tray rack, and the tray rack may be transported to the area where the goods are delivered to the human stock shelf by the scheduling transporting apparatus. And can schedule a forklift (automated equipment) to place the stock container containing the goods to be handled in the corresponding storage location after the handling device has carried the stock container containing the goods to be handled from the workstation to the area of the human stock shelf.
For example, stock containers (trays and/or bins) containing items to be handled may be placed on the goods-to-human stock support, and the goods-to-human stock support including the items to be handled may be transported from the workstation to a corresponding location (which may be a location in the goods-to-human stock support area) by the scheduling transport apparatus.
The following detailed description will be given of the process of putting the article to be handled. Wherein, the shelf falling process of the goods to be operated comprises the following steps: a process of racking the to-be-handled goods from inventory containers in the multi-level shuttle store and a process of racking the to-be-handled goods from multiple stocks to inventory containers in the human inventory area.
In an alternative embodiment, the inventory management server 18, in unloading the items to be handled from inventory containers in the multi-level shuttle library, is further configured to: dispatching the shuttle or transporting the inventory container containing the goods to be operated to the second end of the butt joint conveying line from the corresponding storage position by the shuttle and the elevator, and transporting the inventory container containing the goods to be operated to the first end of the butt joint conveying line from the second end by the butt joint conveying line; and scheduling the carrying equipment to move to the first end of the butt joint conveying line, butt joint the stock container containing the goods to be operated from the first end, and carrying the stock container containing the goods to be operated to the workstation from the first end of the butt joint conveying line.
For example, when the inventory system includes a shuttle, the shuttle may be scheduled to transport the storage containers containing the goods to be handled at the storage locations to the second end of the docking conveyor line, the docking conveyor line may transport the inventory containers containing the goods to be handled from the second end to the first end of the docking conveyor line, and the transfer device may be scheduled to transfer the storage containers containing the goods to be handled from the first end to the workstation.
Or when the inventory system comprises the shuttle car and the elevator, the shuttle car can be dispatched to convey the storage container containing the goods to be operated on the storage position to the elevator, the storage container containing the goods to be operated is conveyed to the butt joint conveying line through the elevator, the inventory container containing the goods to be operated is conveyed to the first end of the butt joint conveying line from the second end by the butt joint conveying line, and the storage container containing the goods to be operated is conveyed to the workstation from the first end by the dispatching and conveying equipment. The process of racking the stock container containing the goods to be handled from the multi-level shuttle library is only exemplary and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto.
In an alternative embodiment, the inventory management server 18, in unloading the items to be handled from the good to the human inventory holder, is further configured to: dispatching and carrying equipment takes out the inventory container containing the goods to be operated from the corresponding goods-to-person inventory support and carries the inventory container to a workstation; alternatively, the scheduling transfer device transfers the goods-to-human inventory holder including the goods to be handled to the workstation.
For example, if the inventory container is a pallet, the pallet can be taken out from the goods-to-human inventory support through a forklift, and then placed on a self-driven robot bearing the pallet, and the self-driven robot is scheduled to move to a workstation; or the pallet can be taken out from the goods-to-people inventory support through a forklift, then placed on the pallet rack, and the self-driven robot bearing the pallet rack mechanism is dispatched to carry the pallet rack and then carries the pallet rack to the workstation. Alternatively, the transfer device may also be scheduled to transfer goods including the goods to be handled to the human inventory holder to the workstation.
In an optional embodiment, when the racking operation is warehousing, the goods to be operated are goods to be warehoused; the inventory management server 18 is further configured to, according to the type of the goods corresponding to the information of the goods to be warehoused, if it is determined that the remaining storage amount corresponding to the type of the goods in the goods-to-human inventory support is lower than a set quantity threshold value, or the storage position corresponding to the type of the goods in the goods-to-human inventory support is in a not-full state, select a storage position for the goods to be warehoused from the goods-to-human inventory support first, and if the remaining goods to be warehoused still exist, select a storage position for the goods to be warehoused from the multi-layer shuttle warehouse.
Before the goods to be warehoused are warehoused, whether the goods need to be replenished to the human inventory support or not can be judged according to the goods type corresponding to the information of the goods to be warehoused, if the goods need to be replenished to the human inventory support, a storage position can be selected for the goods to be warehoused from the goods to the human inventory support, and the goods to be warehoused are replenished to the goods to the human inventory support; and if the residual goods to be warehoused exist, selecting storage positions for the goods to be warehoused from the multi-layer shuttle warehouse, and warehousing the residual goods to be warehoused into the multi-layer shuttle warehouse. If the goods to the human stock support does not need to be restocked, the goods to be warehoused can be directly warehoused into the multi-layer shuttle warehouse.
The method for judging whether the goods to be warehoused need to be warehoused into the goods-to-person inventory support or not can comprise the following steps: determining the residual storage amount corresponding to the goods type of the goods to be warehoused in the goods-to-person inventory support, and if the residual storage amount is lower than a set quantity threshold value, determining that the goods to be warehoused need to be warehoused in the goods-to-person inventory support; if the residual storage capacity is higher than or equal to the set quantity threshold value, determining that goods to be warehoused do not need to be warehoused into the goods warehousing bracket; the set quantity threshold value can be determined according to historical warehousing and ex-warehousing data of goods to be warehoused. And secondly, determining whether the storage position corresponding to the goods type of the goods to be warehoused in the goods-to-human inventory support is in an unfilled state, if so, warehousing the goods to be warehoused in the goods-to-human inventory support, and if not, warehousing the goods to be warehoused in the goods-to-human inventory support.
Here, when the goods corresponding to a certain goods type (the goods type corresponding to the goods to be warehoused) in the goods-to-person inventory is insufficient, the goods to be warehoused can be restocked into the goods-to-person inventory support, the number of restocking times for restocking from the multi-layer shuttle warehouse to the goods-to-person inventory support is reduced, and the delivery efficiency of the inventory goods can be improved.
In specific implementation, when the racking operation is warehousing, the goods to be operated can be the goods to be warehoused; the inventory management server 18 is further operable to: and selecting a storage position for the inventory container containing the goods to be warehoused from the goods-to-person inventory support and/or the multilayer shuttle warehouse according to the information of the goods to be warehoused. If the selected storage position comprises at least one storage position on the multilayer shuttle library, the stock container containing the goods to be warehoused can be shelved to the multilayer shuttle library through the shelving process described above; secondly, if the selected storage position comprises at least one storage position on the goods-to-person stock support, the stock container containing the goods to be warehoused can be shelved on the goods-to-person stock support through the shelving process; or, goods including goods to be warehoused are put on the human stock support.
In an alternative embodiment, when the operation is restocking, the article to be operated may be a restocking article; the inventory management server 18 is further configured to, after determining that the remaining storage amount corresponding to any item in the goods-to-person inventory holder is lower than the set quantity threshold, or after the preset replenishment period is currently reached, determine that the remaining storage amount corresponding to any item in the goods-to-person inventory holder is lower than the set quantity threshold, or, after determining that the demand of the current order for any item exceeds the remaining storage amount on the goods-to-person inventory holder, replenish the goods to be replenished. Here, the workstation for restocking may be a restocking workstation.
Here, when the remaining storage amount corresponding to any one of the items in the goods-to-person inventory holder is lower than a set number threshold (the set number threshold may be a safe inventory amount), the daily replenishment request may be triggered, so that the inventory system may perform daily replenishment on the item to be replenished. Or, after the preset replenishment period is reached currently, replenishment can be carried out on the goods to be replenished initiating the daily replenishment request. Or after the fact that the demand of the current order for any goods exceeds the residual storage amount of the goods on the goods-to-person inventory support is determined, the emergency replenishment request can be triggered, and therefore the storage system can conduct emergency replenishment on the goods to be replenished.
For example, the preset replenishment period may be two days, five days, and the like, and the replenishment periods corresponding to different types of goods may be different, where the replenishment period may be determined according to the historical replenishment data corresponding to each type of goods. If the preset replenishment period of the inventory item a is two days, after the preset replenishment period is reached, whether the remaining storage amount corresponding to the inventory item a in the human inventory support is lower than a set quantity threshold (i.e., whether the remaining storage amount is lower than the set safety inventory) or not can be judged, and if so, replenishment of the inventory item a is triggered.
For example, if 5 boxes of keyboards are needed in the current order a and the remaining storage amount of the keyboards in the goods-to-person inventory support is 3 boxes of keyboards, at this time, the required amount of the keyboards in the current order a exceeds the remaining storage amount on the goods-to-person inventory support, and then the keyboards are subjected to emergency replenishment.
In an alternative embodiment, restocking the item to be restocked may include: and replenishing goods to be replenished from the multi-layer shuttle warehouse.
In specific implementation, after determining that the residual storage amount corresponding to any goods in the goods-to-human stock support is lower than the set quantity threshold value and no goods to be shelved exist in the stock system, or after the current preset replenishment period is reached, determining that the residual storage amount corresponding to any goods in the goods-to-human stock support is lower than the set quantity threshold value and no goods to be shelved exist in the stock system, or after determining that the demand of the current order for any goods exceeds the residual storage amount on the goods-to-human stock support and no goods to be shelved exist in the stock system, the goods to be shelved can be shelved in the multi-layer shuttle library.
In specific implementation, after determining that the residual storage amount corresponding to any goods in the goods-to-human inventory support is lower than the set quantity threshold value, goods to be placed in the inventory system exist, or after the current preset replenishment period is reached, determining that the residual storage amount corresponding to any goods in the goods-to-human inventory support is lower than the set quantity threshold value, and goods to be placed in the inventory system exist, or after determining that the demand amount of any goods in the current order exceeds the residual storage amount on the goods-to-human inventory support, and goods to be placed in the inventory system exist, the goods to be replenished can be replenished from the goods to be placed in the inventory system.
In an alternative embodiment, the inventory management server 18 is further configured to determine, according to the information of the goods to be replenished, a storage location where the inventory container accommodating the goods to be replenished is located in the multi-layer shuttle library, and a storage location where the inventory container to be replenished corresponding to the goods to be replenished is located in the goods-to-person inventory holder.
The stock container containing goods to be replenished can be placed on the shelves from the multi-layer shuttle library, and the goods corresponding to the goods to be replenished can be placed on the shelves from the plurality of goods to the human stock supports; and replenishing goods to be replenished at the workstation, after the replenishment is completed, putting the replenished stock container containing the goods to be replenished on the multi-layer shuttle warehouse, and putting the goods corresponding to the replenished goods on the human stock support.
Or, the stock container containing goods to be replenished can be put down from the multi-layer shuttle library, and the stock container to be replenished can be put down from a plurality of goods to the human stock support; and replenishing goods to be replenished at the workstation, after replenishing is completed, putting the replenished stock container containing the goods to be replenished on the multi-layer shuttle warehouse, and putting the replenished stock container to be replenished on the goods-to-person stock support. The above description of the upper shelf and the lower shelf can be referred to for the processing of the upper shelf and the lower shelf of the goods to be restocked, and the description is omitted here.
Here, when the storage location of the stock container accommodating the goods to be replenished included in the multi-layered shuttle library is plural, the storage location of the stock container accommodating the goods to be replenished in the multi-layered shuttle library may be determined according to the number of the goods stored in the stock container accommodating the goods to be replenished at each storage location in the multi-layered shuttle library and the required amount of the goods to be replenished corresponding to the goods-to-person stock shelf.
For example, the goods to be replenished may be mice, in the multi-layer shuttle library, the storage positions of the mice are 3, the number of the mice at the first storage position is 1 torr, the number of the mice at the second storage position is 0.6 torr, the capacity of the mouse at the third storage position is 0.4 torr, and the demand of the mouse on the goods-to-human stock support is 0.5 torr, then the third storage position may be determined as the storage position corresponding to the mouse to be replenished, that is, the storage position where the number of the goods to be replenished is less than the demand of the goods-to-human stock support, and/or the storage position where the number of the goods to be replenished is closest to the demand of the goods-to-human stock support may be selected.
In an alternative embodiment, when the replenishment is the full-support replenishment or the box-in-box replenishment, the inventory management server 18 is further configured to determine, according to the information of the goods to be replenished, a storage location where the inventory container accommodating the goods to be replenished is located in the multi-layer shuttle library, and a storage location where the inventory container to be replenished corresponding to the goods to be replenished is located in the goods-to-person inventory holder. And further, from the multi-layer shuttle library, unloading the inventory container containing goods to be replenished and scheduling and carrying equipment to move to the first end of the butt joint conveying line, butting the inventory container containing the goods to be replenished from the first end, and loading the inventory container containing the goods to be replenished to a storage position of the inventory container to be replenished in a goods-to-person inventory support, so that the whole-support replenishment or the whole-box replenishment of the goods to be replenished is completed.
In an alternative embodiment, the item to be handled may be an item to be picked when the operation is picking; the inventory management server 18 is further operable to determine storage locations for inventory receptacles containing items to be picked in the multi-tiered shuttle stores and/or storage locations for inventory receptacles containing items to be picked in the goods-to-human inventory racks based on the multi-tiered shuttle stores, current remaining inventory item information in the plurality of goods-to-human inventory racks, and current order information. Here, the station for picking may be a picking station.
Further, when the storage position of the stock container accommodating the goods to be picked includes a storage position in the multi-level shuttle warehouse, the stock container accommodating the goods to be picked positioned on the storage position is shelved from the multi-level shuttle warehouse; picking the goods to be picked at the workstation; and after picking is completed, shelving the picked inventory receptacles to a multi-level shuttle warehouse.
When the storage position of the storage container for containing the goods to be picked comprises the storage position of the goods to human stock support, putting the storage container for containing the goods to be picked on the storage position into the human stock support from a plurality of goods to human stock supports, and picking the goods to be picked on the workstation; after the picking is finished, putting the picked inventory containers on shelves to a goods-to-human inventory support, or putting the goods which correspond to the storage positions and comprise the goods to be picked on shelves to the human inventory support, and picking the goods to be picked on a workstation; and after picking is completed, putting the picked goods on a human stock support.
For example, if the goods to be picked required in the current order information are whole bin goods or whole support goods, the goods to be picked can be off-shelved from the multi-layer shuttle library; if the goods corresponding to the goods type required in the order information are the zero-removed goods, the goods to be picked can be off-shelved from the goods-to-person inventory support; if the items to be picked required in the order information include both whole stock items or whole box stock items and also disassembled stock items, the items to be picked may be shelved from the multi-level shuttle and goods-to-person stock racks. Here, the goods to be picked may be preferentially determined from the goods-to-person stock shelf when the goods-to-person stock shelf can satisfy the demand of the order information, and the goods to be picked may be determined from the multi-layered shuttle library when the goods-to-person stock shelf cannot satisfy the demand of the order information.
For example, if the current order information includes a 5-box keyboard and the current remaining stock item information in the multiple goods-to-person stock supports includes a 10-box keyboard, stock items corresponding to the current order information may be selected from the goods-to-person stock supports; if the current order information comprises 1 box of instant noodles, the current remaining stock goods information in the multiple goods-to-person stock support comprises 10 bags of instant noodles, the multilayer shuttle library comprises 2 torr of instant noodles, and each torr of instant noodles comprises 5 boxes of instant noodles, stock goods corresponding to the current order information can be selected from the multilayer shuttle library; if the current order information comprises 1 box of instant noodles and 5 bags of instant noodles, stock goods corresponding to the current order information can be selected from the multilayer shuttle library and the goods-to-person stock support.
In an alternative embodiment, the inventory management server 18, when operating as an inventory, is further configured to: putting the inventory containers in the multi-layer shuttle library on a shelf, and checking the inventory containers in a workstation; after the inventory is finished, the inventory containers are put on a multi-layer shuttle warehouse; and/or, racking inventory receptacles located in the delivery to human inventory rack, and inventorying the inventory receptacles at the workstation; after the inventory is checked, putting the inventory container on a goods-to-person inventory support, or putting the goods-to-person inventory support off, and checking the goods-to-person inventory support at a workstation; and after the inventory is completed, the goods are put on the shelf in the human inventory support. Here, the workstation for judgment may be an inventory workstation. The replenishment workstation, the picking workstation and the checking workstation can be different workstations or the same workstation.
