One end of the sending-out frame is in the moving range of the box taking device, so that the box taking device can conveniently enable the file box to enter the file receiving box (51) of the sending-out frame through the telescopic cylinder (21) and the clamping box device (22); the other end of the sending-out frame is the position where the archive administrator takes out the archive box, so that the archive taking personnel can take out the archive conveniently under the condition that the archive taking personnel do not enter the archive office.
