The bottom packs slide completely onto the conveyor belt under the action of the conveyor belt 102 and then fly forward along the conveyor belt, completing the count as the packs pass the infrared counter 109. Based on the structure, the device can only slide out one packing box once, and the situation of clamping stagnation of the packing boxes can not occur, so that the device can realize continuous conveying and accurate counting.
The slow descending conveying device 2 comprises a retracting device 20 and a whole stack conveying device 22, as shown in fig. 10-19, the retracting device comprises a rack II201, a lifting cylinder 2010 (a lifting device) and a lifting rack 2011 are arranged on the rack II201, the retracting device is installed on the lifting rack 2011, and the lifting rack 2011 is slidably installed on the rack II201 and can move up and down under the control of the lifting cylinder 2010. In order to meet the conveying requirement considering that the packages of different batches are different in size, a suspension 229 crossing the conveyor belt assembly 223 is arranged on the machine frame III221, the limiting plate 222 is arranged on the suspension 229 through a positioning sliding sleeve 2210, and the distance between the two limiting plates 222 can be adjusted; the central reversing piece 224, the toggle reversing piece 225 and the detention assembly 226 are all mounted on the limiting plate 222 and move with the limiting plate 222; the suspension bar 22625 is movably mounted at the top end of the rotating shaft 22623, and the extending length of the suspension bar 22625 can be adjusted; the center pole 2241 is installed on the cantilever 2242, and the extension length of the cantilever 2242 can be adjusted, so that the distance between the center pole 2241 and the limiting plate 222 is adjusted. Therefore, the distance between the limiting plates 222 can be adjusted so as to limit the packaging boxes with different widths, and meanwhile, the positions of the central reversing piece 224, the toggle reversing piece 225 and the retention component 226 can also be adjusted adaptively, so that the steering requirements of hook-bottom boxes with different sizes are met. And the front ends of the suspension bar 22625 and the cantilever 2242 are provided with a longitudinal positioning shaft sleeve 22626, and the central rod 2241, the detention plate 2261 and the poke rod 2251 are movably arranged in the longitudinal positioning shaft sleeve 22626.

A package strapping apparatus as in claim 1 wherein: the movable assembly is arranged on the lifting frame, the mounting arm is connected with the movable assembly, and the two clamping plate assemblies can synchronously approach or depart from each other under the action of the movable assembly; the movable assembly comprises a double-head screw rod mechanism, the double-head screw rod mechanism is provided with two symmetrically arranged thread sections, thread sliding blocks are arranged on the thread sections, and the mounting arm is connected with the thread sliding blocks; the splint component also comprises a front stop piece, and the front stop piece comprises a suspension rod connected with the lifting frame and a stop rod longitudinally arranged between the two limiting splints; the suspension rod is arranged on the lifting frame, and the position of the stop rod can be adjusted back and forth; the lifting frame is provided with a rear support, the top end of the rear support is provided with a through hole with a locking piece, and the suspension rod penetrates through the through hole.

A package strapping apparatus as in claim 1 wherein: the whole pile conveying device also comprises a retention assembly which is positioned behind the central reversing piece; the detention assembly comprises a detention plate positioned between two limiting plates, and the detention plate is arranged on a steering mechanism II; when the controller controls the toggle reversing piece to swing and reset, the controller also controls the steering mechanism II to move, so that the retention plate finishes the action from between the two limiting plates to one side of the limiting plate and returns to between the two limiting plates again, and the action direction from between the two limiting plates to one side of the limiting plate is from front to back; the lower edge of the retentate plate contacts the conveyor belt assembly.

A package strapping apparatus as in claim 4 wherein: the steering mechanism I and the steering mechanism II have the same structure and comprise fixed shaft sleeves for fixing the whole mechanism, rotating shafts are arranged in the fixed shaft sleeves, and driving assemblies for driving the rotating shafts are arranged at the lower ends of the fixed shaft sleeves and are controlled by a controller; the top end of the rotating shaft is transversely provided with a suspension rod, and the poking rod and the retention plate are respectively arranged on the suspension rod.

A package harness as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein: a suspension frame crossing the conveyor belt assembly is arranged on the rack III, and the limiting plates are arranged on the suspension frame through positioning sliding sleeves and can adjust the distance between the two limiting plates; the central reversing piece, the poking reversing piece and the retention component are all arranged on the limiting plate and move along with the limiting plate; the suspension rod is movably arranged at the top end of the rotating shaft, and the extending length of the suspension rod can be adjusted; the center rod is installed on the cantilever, and the cantilever can adjust the extension length, so that the distance between the center rod and the limiting plate is adjusted. The central reversing piece, the poking reversing piece and the retention assembly can deflect towards the limiting plate, so that the central rod, the poking rod and the retention plate can be respectively hidden in the avoidance groove in the limiting plate.

A package strapping apparatus as in claim 1 wherein: the patting and aligning plate assembly comprises a clamping plate and a pressing plate, wherein the clamping plate is patted and aligned from two sides into stacked articles, the pressing plate presses down the articles, and the clamping plate is arranged at the lower part of the clamping arm through a cylinder; the clamp plate is an arc-shaped plate bending towards the inner side of the clamp plate, the whole clamp plate points to the oblique upper side, and the clamp plate is arranged on the upper portion of the clamp plate.

A package strapping apparatus as in claim 7 wherein: the pressing plate is provided with a plurality of avoidance holes, the upper edge of the clamping plate is correspondingly provided with inserting strips, and the inserting strips are movably inserted into the avoidance holes; the pressing plate is arranged on the clamping plate through the telescopic positioning mechanism, and the height of the pressing plate can be adjusted.
9. A package strapping apparatus as in claim 1 wherein: the adjusting assembly comprises a guide rail transversely arranged on the mounting frame and a sliding clamping piece in sliding fit with the guide rail, and the clamping arm is mounted on the guide mechanism through the sliding clamping piece; the adjusting assembly further comprises a positioning adjusting piece, and the positioning adjusting piece is connected with the two clamping arms and used for adjusting the distance between the two clamping arms.
10. A package strapping apparatus as in claim 9 wherein: the positioning adjusting part comprises a transmission belt which is transversely arranged on a belt wheel arranged on the mounting frame and is driven by a driving device; the two clamping arms are respectively connected with the upper section and the lower section of the transmission belt through fixing parts.
