The sterilization filling equipment for the dairy products is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a filling mechanism (2), a first connecting pipe (3), a shell (4), a discharging pipe (5), an air conveying pipe (7), a steam boiler, a sterilization cylinder (10), a control box (14), a cover plate (15), a driving device (16), a rotating shaft (17) and a second connecting pipe (18) for conveying the canned dairy products;
the canning mechanism (2) and the shell (4) are both arranged on the rack (1), and the canning mechanism (2) is positioned below the shell (4);
a second through hole is formed in the bottom surface of the shell (4), a partition plate (22) is arranged in the shell (4), the partition plate (22) is horizontally distributed and used for dividing the interior of the shell (4) into an upper mounting bin (20) and a lower heating bin (13), and a first mounting hole (32) and a first through hole (23) are formed in the partition plate (22); the central axis of the first mounting hole (32) is superposed with the central axis of the partition plate (22); a one-way valve (24) for allowing gas in the heating bin (13) to flow into the mounting bin (20) is arranged in the first through hole (23); a high-temperature resistant elastic sealing ring is arranged in the second through hole;
the sterilizing cylinder (10) is provided with flange plates (25) which are connected with each other at the head position on the outer peripheral surface along the outer peripheral direction of the sterilizing cylinder, and the sterilizing cylinder (10) extends into the heating chamber (13) from the first mounting hole (32); the end face of the flange plate (25) facing the partition plate (22) presses the partition plate (22), wherein the upper end face of the flange plate (25) is parallel to the upper end face of the sterilizing cylinder (10);
the cover plate (15) is provided with a feeding hole and a second mounting hole for rotatably mounting the rotating shaft (17), the cover plate (15) compresses the flange plate (25), and the lower end face of the cover plate (15) and the inner wall of the sterilizing cylinder (10) form a sealed sterilizing bin; a temperature sensor (12) is arranged in the sterilization bin, and a discharge hole is formed in the lower end face of the sterilization barrel (10) of the sterilization bin; wherein, a plurality of stirring rods (11) are uniformly arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft (17) positioned on the sterilizing bin, and the rotating shaft (17) is connected with a driving device (16) arranged on the cover plate (15) in a transmission way;
a pipe orifice at one end of the discharge pipe (5) is connected with a discharge hole, the other end of the discharge pipe (5) penetrates through the high-temperature-resistant elastic sealing ring and extends out of the shell (4), a stop-go valve is arranged on the discharge pipe (5), and the peripheral surface of the discharge pipe (5) contacted with the high-temperature-resistant elastic sealing ring compresses the inner peripheral surface of the high-temperature-resistant elastic sealing ring; a pipe orifice at one end of the first connecting pipe (3) is connected with the other end of the discharging pipe (5), and a pipe orifice at the other end of the first connecting pipe (3) is connected with a feeding end of the canning mechanism (2); a pipe orifice at one end of the second connecting pipe (18) is connected with the feeding hole;
the heating chamber (13) is provided with an air inlet (6) on the shell (4); a pipe orifice at one end of the gas pipe (7) is connected with the gas inlet (6), a pipe orifice at the other end of the gas pipe (7) is connected with the gas outlet end of the steam boiler, and the gas pipe (7) is provided with an electromagnetic valve;
a display and a key module are arranged on the control box (14), and a controller is arranged in the control box (14); the controller is respectively in communication connection with the display, the key module and the temperature sensor (12), and is respectively in control connection with the driving device (16) and the electromagnetic valve.

A sterile filling plant of a dairy product according to claim 1, comprising a plurality of first fastening members (26); wherein, a plurality of first threaded holes (252) are arranged on the flange plate (25); a plurality of first threaded blind holes (223) are formed in the partition plate (22); the first fastening pieces (26) respectively penetrate through the first threaded holes (252) one by one and are screwed into the first threaded blind holes (223) one by one; the end face of the flange plate (25) pressed against the partition plate (22) is provided with a first sealing gasket.

The aseptic filling equipment of a dairy product according to claim 1, comprising a plurality of second fastening members (27), wherein the cover plate (15) is provided with a plurality of second threaded holes; the flange plate (25) is provided with a plurality of second threaded blind holes (251);
the second fastening pieces (27) respectively penetrate through the second threaded holes one by one and are screwed into the second threaded blind holes (251) one by one; the end face of the cover plate (15) pressing the flange plate (25) is provided with a second elastic cushion.

The aseptic filling equipment of a dairy product according to claim 1, comprising end caps (19) and a condensation plate (28); the end cover (19) compresses the upper end surface of the shell (4), and the end cover (19) and the mounting bin (20) form a sealed hollow bin; the hollow bin is provided with an exhaust hole and a drain hole (21) on the shell (4); the plurality of condensing plates (28) are all arranged on the end surface of the end cover (19) positioned on the hollow bin; the end face, facing the partition plate (22), of the end cover (19) is provided with an inwards concave curved surface.

the second mounting plate (222) is arranged on the first mounting plate (221), and the second mounting plate (222) and the first mounting plate (221) enclose the partition plate (22) with a truncated cone shape.
6. A sterile filling plant of a dairy product according to claim 4, comprising a plurality of third fastening members (29); wherein, a plurality of third threaded holes are arranged on the condensing plate (28);
the outer peripheral surface of the end cover (19) is provided with a placing groove for placing the condensing plate (28); the bottom surface of the placing groove is provided with a third through hole (30) and a plurality of third threaded blind holes;
the third fastening pieces (29) respectively penetrate through the third threaded holes one by one in a threaded manner and are screwed into the third threaded blind holes one by one; the condensation plate (28) presses the bottom surface of the placement groove toward the end surface of the placement groove.
7. The sterilization filling equipment of the dairy products according to claim 6, wherein the condensing plate (28) is provided with a third sealing gasket (31) on the end surface pressed with the placing groove.
