When the two rotating blocks 35 are in contact with the circular table plate of the support plate 10, the upper ends of the two rotating blocks 35 are squeezed to move towards the lower right, when the two rotating blocks are separated from the circular table, the two rotating blocks 35 are driven by the torsion spring 38 to reset, and at the moment, the two rotating blocks 35 are in contact with the right side of the circular table plate; when the protruding end of the second cam 28 is not in contact with the pressing disc 33, under the assistance of the return spring 34, the whole movable frame 32 moves leftwards to be reset, at this time, the two rotating blocks 35 drive the circular table board which has completed the gluing operation to move leftwards to the operation table 30, and an operator can place another circular table board above the glued circular table board for the gluing operation. After the gluing operation of the circular table plate is completed, the operator turns off the power motor 2 and the rotating motor 16.
