Technical Field

Background
Compared with the traditional concrete building, the steel plate or the section steel replaces reinforced concrete, so that the steel structure building has higher strength and better shock resistance. Because the steel can be repeatedly used, the construction waste can be greatly reduced, and the steel is more environment-friendly, so the steel is widely adopted by all countries in the world and is applied to industrial buildings and civil buildings. The bearing capacity and the service life of the steel structure building need to be precisely calculated, so that the steel structure material can reach the expected effect only by meeting the regulations, however, steel used by the steel structure building is easy to deform due to external force in actual transportation, particularly for building angle iron, and is easy to deform in the processes of conveying, hoisting and stacking, so that the steel structure building needs to be repaired before use.
The existing metal section used for the steel structure building only simply repairs the shape of the building angle iron in the deformation repairing process, the trace of the deformed building angle iron cannot be further processed, the trace of the deformed building angle iron surface is still obvious, secondary deformation is easy to occur, the effect of the building angle iron in the steel structure building is reduced, and the quality of the steel structure building is influenced.
Therefore, the invention provides a method for repairing a metal material of a building steel structure.

the detection of the steel structure metal material by using the overhauling equipment comprises the following steps;
s1, placing the materials, namely placing and uniformly collecting the deformed building angle irons and then conveying the collected deformed building angle irons to a specified position;
s2, performing repairing treatment, namely drawing the deformed building angle iron in the S1 at a constant speed to pass through repairing equipment, and performing correction and repair on the building angle iron by the repairing equipment;
s3, detecting the repaired building angle iron after S2, and uniformly stacking the building angle iron meeting the metal requirement;
the actuating device comprises a rotating sleeve ring which is rotatably arranged on the mounting column, an adjusting mounting plate is mounted on the rotating sleeve ring, an adjusting rod is arranged at the lower end of the adjusting mounting plate, the adjusting rod penetrates through a rotating groove in a sliding mode and abuts against the angle control device, a spring is arranged between the adjusting mounting plate and the detection and repair frame, an adjusting groove is formed in the adjusting mounting plate, an L-shaped support is arranged in the adjusting groove in a sliding mode, a first motor is mounted on the adjusting mounting plate, an output shaft of the first motor penetrates through the adjusting mounting plate and is connected with a lead screw, the lead screw penetrates through the L-shaped support in a threaded fit mode, a rectangular groove is formed;

Preferably, the transverse reciprocating repair branched chain comprises a transverse spring rod arranged on the inner wall of the rectangular groove and a transverse repair block arranged on the transverse spring rod, wherein a support rod is arranged on the transverse repair block and supports against an eccentric turntable, and the eccentric turntable drives the transverse repair block to perform transverse reciprocating motion when rotating.
Preferably, the longitudinal repairing block is of a cavity structure, the upper end face and the lower end face of the longitudinal repairing block are provided with operation grooves communicated with the cavity, a longitudinal repairing plate is arranged in the cavity through a spring, the upper end face of the longitudinal repairing plate abuts against the longitudinal guide plate, the lower end of the longitudinal repairing plate is provided with a fixing frame, and the longitudinal repairing roller is arranged in the fixing frame.
Preferably, the end face of the longitudinal guide plate, which is in contact with the longitudinal repair plate, is of a stepped structure, and the longitudinal repair plate moves downwards under the extrusion of the longitudinal guide plate when moving from bottom to top.

The invention overcomes the problems that the traditional repairing method used in the existing steel structure building after the building angle iron is deformed only simply repairs the shape of the building angle iron, the deformed trace of the building angle iron cannot be further processed, the deformed trace on the surface of the repaired building angle iron is still obvious and easy to generate secondary deformation, the effect of the building angle iron in the steel structure building is reduced, the quality of the steel structure building is influenced, and the like.
2. According to the actual specification of the building angle iron, the angle control device drives the execution device to adjust the bending angle corresponding to the building angle iron in operation, the building angle iron is drawn to pass through the execution device at a constant speed, and the execution device repairs the building angle iron;
3. the detection conveying roller is driven by the driving motor to rotate through the chain in operation, the detection conveying roller drives the transverse reciprocating repair branched chain to perform primary repair on the deformed building angle iron through the eccentric turntable, the detection conveying roller rolls the building angle iron to achieve the purpose of secondary repair, and the longitudinal reciprocating repair branched chain performs longitudinal three-stage repair on the deformed building angle iron, so that the building angle iron can be comprehensively repaired, and the integral quality of a steel structure building is improved.

As shown in figures 1 and 7, the method for repairing the metal material of the building steel structure is completed by matching repairing equipment, the repairing equipment comprises a detection repairing frame 1 and an angle control device 2 arranged inside the detection repairing frame 1, the middle part of the upper end surface of the detection repairing frame 1 is provided with an installation groove, an installation column 4 is arranged in the installation groove, the left side and the right side of the upper end surface of the detection repairing frame 1 are symmetrically provided with rotating grooves, an executing device 3 is arranged in each rotating groove, the executing device 3 is connected on the installation column 4,
the detection of the steel structure metal material by using the overhauling equipment comprises the following steps;
s1, placing the materials, namely placing and uniformly collecting the deformed building angle irons and then conveying the collected deformed building angle irons to a specified position;
s2, performing repairing treatment, namely drawing the deformed building angle iron in the S1 at a constant speed to pass through repairing equipment, and performing correction and repair on the building angle iron by the repairing equipment;
s3, detecting the repaired building angle iron after S2, and uniformly stacking the building angle iron meeting the metal requirement;
the executing device 3 comprises a rotating sleeve ring 31 which is rotatably arranged on the mounting column 4, an adjusting mounting plate 32 is arranged on the rotating sleeve ring 31, an adjusting rod 33 is arranged at the lower end of the adjusting mounting plate 32, the adjusting rod 33 penetrates through a rotating groove in a sliding manner and abuts against the angle control device 2, a spring is arranged between the adjusting mounting plate 32 and the detection and repair frame 1, an adjusting groove is formed in the adjusting mounting plate 32, an L-shaped bracket 34 is arranged in the adjusting groove in a sliding manner, a first motor 35 is arranged on the adjusting mounting plate 32, an output shaft of the first motor 35 penetrates through the adjusting mounting plate 32 and is connected with a lead screw 36, the lead screw 36 penetrates through the L-shaped bracket 34 through thread matching, a rectangular groove is formed in the middle of the L-;

In order to ensure the stability of the operation of the post-angle-adjustment actuating device 3, the mounting column 4 is of a cavity structure, a fixing hole is uniformly formed in the mounting column 4, the inner wall of the mounting column 4 is provided with the second motor 41, the output shaft of the second motor 41 is provided with the cam shaft 42, a fixing rod 43 is movably arranged in the fixing hole, the fixing rod 43 is sleeved with a spring, the lower end of the fixing rod 43 is abutted against the cam shaft 42, and a locking hole is uniformly formed in the inner wall of the rotating sleeve ring 31 along the circumferential direction of the fixing rod. The second motor 41 is started, the second motor 41 controls the cam shaft 42 to rotate, the cam shaft 42 controls the fixing rod 43 to penetrate through the fixing hole to be inserted into the locking hole when rotating, so that the rotating lantern ring 31 is fixed on the mounting column 4, and after the fixing of the rotating lantern ring and the mounting column, the stability of the executing device 3 in operation is guaranteed.
The operating mechanism 37 comprises detection conveying rollers 371 symmetrically arranged in a rectangular groove through bearings, driven chain wheels 372 are arranged on the upper sides of the detection conveying rollers 371, chains 375 are connected between the driven chain wheels 372, a driving motor 373 is arranged on the outer wall of the L-shaped bracket 34, a driving chain wheel 374 is arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor 373, the driving chain wheel 374 is meshed with the chains 375, an eccentric turntable 376 is arranged on the lower side of the detection conveying rollers 371, transverse reciprocating repair branched chains 377 are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the rectangular groove, and a longitudinal reciprocating repair branched chain 378 is arranged in the middle of the rectangular groove;

The longitudinal reciprocating repair branched chain 378 comprises longitudinal guide plates 3781 arranged on the rectangular groove and longitudinal guide rods 3782 arranged between the inner walls of the rectangular groove, wherein longitudinal repair blocks 3783 are arranged on the longitudinal guide rods 3782 in a sliding mode, reciprocating grooves are formed in the longitudinal guide plates 3781, air cylinders 3784 are arranged on the longitudinal guide plates 3781, connecting frames 3785 are arranged on the air cylinders 3784, and the connecting frames 3785 penetrate through the reciprocating grooves in a sliding mode to be connected to the longitudinal repair blocks 3783.
The longitudinal repairing block 3783 is of a cavity structure, the upper end face and the lower end face of the longitudinal repairing block 3783 are provided with operation grooves communicated with the cavity, a longitudinal repairing plate 3786 is arranged in the cavity through a spring, the upper end face of the longitudinal repairing plate 3786 abuts against the longitudinal guide plate 3781, the lower end of the longitudinal repairing plate 3786 is provided with a fixing frame 3787, and a longitudinal repairing roller 3788 is arranged in the fixing frame 3787.
The end face of the longitudinal guide plate 3781 contacting the longitudinal repair plate 3786 is in a stepped structure, and the longitudinal repair plate 3786 is pressed by the longitudinal guide plate 3781 to move downwards when moving from bottom to top.
The starting cylinder 3784 controls the longitudinal repairing block 3783 to move up and down through the connecting frame 3785, the longitudinal repairing block 3783 drives the longitudinal repairing plate 3786 to work in operation, and the longitudinal repairing plate 3786 is extruded by the longitudinal guide plate 3781 to move down when moving from bottom to top so as to drive the longitudinal repairing roller 3788 to apply pressure to the building angle iron, and further, the building angle iron is subjected to longitudinal repairing treatment in the moving process.
