Technical Field

Background
Test tubes are used mainly in chemical laboratories as one of the common vessels for small amounts of reagents. When the medical test tube is used, blood and a detection reagent are put into the medical test tube, and after the detection or the test is finished, the inner wall of the test tube needs to be cleaned. However, the current method for cleaning the inner wall of the medical test tube is to use a brush or a sponge strip to absorb water, then plug the brush or the sponge strip absorbed water into the test tube, and pull the brush or the sponge strip in a reciprocating manner. However, the above cleaning method has the following disadvantages: the cleaning effect is poor, and the phenomenon of waste liquid residue is easy to occur; the cleaning efficiency is low, and the cleaning operation time is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6-8, the swing seat 64 is rotatably disposed at the edge of the top surface of the base 4 through a vertical shaft 65, the swing pull rod 63 is movably disposed between the sliding sleeve 62 and the swing seat 64, when in use, the second threaded sleeve 3 rotates circumferentially around the bottom end of the threaded rod 1 to drive the installation rod 61 to rotate, the installation rod 61 drives the sliding sleeve 62 thereon to swing circumferentially, and meanwhile, the sliding sleeve 62 slides up and down along the installation rod 61, the sliding sleeve 62 drives the swing seat 64 to swing around the vertical shaft 65 through the swing pull rod 63, so that the swing seat 64 drives the cleaning member 7 to swing left and right, which is beneficial for cleaning the inner wall of the test tube, improving the cleaning effect, eliminating the phenomenon of waste liquid residue, improving the cleaning efficiency, and shortening the time required by the cleaning operation, and in addition, the swing pull rod 63 moves relative to the sliding sleeve 62 or the swing seat 64 to adapt to the swing of the sliding sleeve 62.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6-8, as an embodiment of the present invention, the top end of the swing link 63 is rotatably connected to the sliding sleeve 62, specifically, the top end of the swing link 63 is rotatably connected to the sliding sleeve 62 through a rotating shaft, and the bottom end of the swing link 63 is fixedly connected to the swing seat 64, when in use, the sliding sleeve 62 drives the swing link 63 to swing left and right, and at the same time, the swing link 63 rotates relative to the sliding sleeve 62 to adapt to the swing of the sliding sleeve 62, and at the same time, the bottom end of the swing link 63 is relatively fixed to the swing seat 64 to transmit the swing force.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6-8, as another embodiment of the present invention, the top end of the swing link 63 is fixedly connected to the sliding sleeve 62, the bottom end of the swing link 63 is rotatably connected to the swing seat 64, and specifically, the bottom end of the swing link 63 is rotatably connected to the swing seat 64 through a rotating shaft, when in use, the sliding sleeve 62 drives the swing link 63 to swing left and right, the swing link 63 drives the swing seat 64 to swing, meanwhile, the sliding sleeve 62 and the swing link 63 are relatively fixed to each other to transmit a swinging force, and the swing link 63 and the swing seat 64 rotate relatively to adapt to the swinging of the sliding sleeve 62.
As shown in fig. 1-3, 5, 6, swing mechanism 6's free end is equipped with cleaning member 7, swing mechanism 6's free end can drive cleaning member 7 horizontal hunting, thereby wash the inner wall of test tube, cleaning member 7 is the flexible material preparation, it is concrete, cleaning member 7 can adopt the sponge piece, avoid putting the inner wall of hindering the test tube, and simultaneously, the sponge piece can absorb the washing liquid, do benefit to the cleaning operation, and cleaning member 7's lateral surface is the arcwall face, a plurality of cleaning member 7's lateral surface is located same cylindrical surface, in order to ensure that every cleaning member 7's lateral surface can both contact the inner wall of test tube closely, thereby improve the cleaning efficiency of test tube inner wall.
As shown in fig. 1-3, 5, 6, the inside of the cleaning piece 7 is provided with a support piece 71, the support piece 71 comprises a transverse plate and a vertical plate, the transverse plate is of a quadrilateral structure and can improve the connecting force, the vertical plate is arranged between the transverse plate and the cleaning piece 7 and is located right below the transverse plate, the transverse plate can be supported by the vertical plate, the stable force of the cleaning piece 7 is further improved, the cleaning piece 7 is prevented from falling off, the inner end of the support piece 71 is rotatably connected with the swing seat 64, the inner end of the support piece 71 can rotate up and down relative to the axis of the rotating shaft of the free end of the swing seat 64, and the up-and-down shaking of the support piece 71 is adapted.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 9, and 10, a shaking mechanism 5 is disposed between the top ends of the cleaning part 7 and the swing mechanism 6, the shaking mechanism 5 can drive the cleaning part 7 to shake up and down, so as to improve the cleaning efficiency of the inner wall of the test tube, the shaking mechanism 5 includes a ring-shaped slide rail 51, a slider 52, two shaking rods 53 and an elastic member 54, the ring-shaped slide rail 51 is fixedly disposed between the top ends of a plurality of mounting rods 61, the slider 52 is slidably disposed in the ring-shaped slide rail 51, when in use, the second thread bushing 3 drives the plurality of mounting rods 61 to move along the length direction of the test tube, the mounting rods 61 drive the ring-shaped slide rail 51 to move up and down, the ring-shaped slide rail 51 drives the slider 52 to reciprocate along the length direction of the test tube, and meanwhile, the slider 52 slides circumferentially relative to the ring-shaped slide rail 51.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 9, and 10, two shaking bars 53 are respectively fixed on the sliding block 52 and the cleaning piece 7, the elastic piece 54 is arranged between the two shaking bars 53, the sliding block 52 pulls the two shaking bars 53 and the elastic piece 54 to shake up and down, and meanwhile, the elastic piece 54 is stressed to elastically deform, so that the shaking amplitude can be increased, the inner wall of the test tube is cleaned more thoroughly, the waste liquid residue is avoided, the cleaning piece 7 and the swing seat 64 are rotatably connected to adapt to the up-and-down shaking of the cleaning piece 7 relative to the swing seat 64, the shaking of the cleaning piece 7 can agitate the cleaning liquid to form a flushing liquid flow, the cleaning efficiency is further improved, and the time spent in the cleaning operation is effectively shortened.
