Claims (9)
1. A baby product disinfection device comprises a main frame (1) and a control display screen (2), and is characterized by also comprising a cleaning mechanism (3), a drying and disinfecting mechanism (4) and an auxiliary mechanism (5); the middle part of the top end of the main frame (1) is provided with a control display screen (2); a cleaning mechanism (3) is arranged at the left top part in the main frame (1); a drying and disinfecting mechanism (4) is arranged at the right top in the main frame (1), and the left part of the drying and disinfecting mechanism (4) is connected with the cleaning mechanism (3); the bottom of the main frame (1) is connected with an auxiliary mechanism (5), the left part of the auxiliary mechanism (5) is connected with the cleaning mechanism (3), and the middle part of the auxiliary mechanism (5) is connected with the drying and sterilizing mechanism (4).

A baby-product disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the washing mechanism (3) comprises a first support plate (301), a washing chamber (302), a first water outlet pipe (303), an electric valve (304), a washing brush (305), a first baffle (306), a first electric push rod (307), a mixing chamber (308), a first nozzle (309), a first door (3010), a second electric push rod (3011), a connecting block (3012), a bearing housing (3013), a first spur gear (3014), a first hair-removing rod (3015), a second hair-removing rod (3016), a second spur gear (3017), a third spur gear (3018), a fourth spur gear (3019), a first driving wheel (3020) and a fifth spur gear (3021); the right part of the top end of the first supporting plate (301) is welded with the cleaning cabin (302); a first water outlet pipe (303) is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning cabin (302); a cleaning brush (305) is arranged at the right part of the bottom end in the cleaning cabin (302); the right bottom of the cleaning cabin (302) is connected with a first baffle (306); the top of the left end of the cleaning cabin (302) is welded with a second electric push rod (3011); the bottom of the first water outlet pipe (303) is connected with an electric valve (304); the bottom of the first baffle (306) is connected with a first electric push rod (307) through a nut in a bolt way; a mixing cabin (308) is arranged in front of the top of the first electric push rod (307); a first cabin door (3010) is arranged on the left upper side of the first electric push rod (307); a first spray head (309) is arranged at the left part of the bottom end of the mixing cabin (308); the left part of the second electric push rod (3011) is connected with the connecting block (3012) through a nut by a bolt; the right bottom of the connecting block (3012) is welded with the bearing sleeve (3013); the inner surface of the bearing sleeve (3013) is connected with a first flat gear (3014); the top of the inner middle part of the first flat gear (3014) is rotationally connected with a first hair removing rod (3015); the middle bottom in the first flat gear (3014) is connected with the second hair removing rod (3016) in a rotating way; a first driving wheel (3020) is arranged below the bottom end of the first flat gear (3014); the middle part of the left end of the first hair removing rod (3015) is rotationally connected with the second flat gear (3017); the middle part of the left end of the second hair removing rod (3016) is rotationally connected with the third flat gear (3018); a fourth flat gear (3019) is arranged on the upper right side of the third flat gear (3018); the middle part of the right end of the first transmission wheel (3020) is rotationally connected with the fifth flat gear (3021); the left end of the first supporting plate (301) is connected with the main frame (1); the bottom of the right end of the first baffle (306) is connected with the drying and sterilizing mechanism (4); the top end of the first electric push rod (307) is connected with the main frame (1); the right part of the top end of the mixing cabin (308) is connected with the main frame (1); the left part and the right part of the bottom end of the first cabin door (3010) are connected with the main frame (1); the middle part of the left end of the fourth flat gear (3019) is connected with the main frame (1); the middle part of the left end of the first driving wheel (3020) is connected with the main frame (1); the lower part of the bottom end of the first transmission wheel (3020) is connected with an auxiliary mechanism (5).

The baby product disinfecting device according to claim 2, wherein the drying and disinfecting mechanism (4) comprises a first connecting plate (401), a bump (402), a second connecting plate (403), a second water outlet pipe (404), an ultraviolet reflector (405), a first opening (406), a second door (407), a distribution chamber (408), a second nozzle (409), a first water pipe (4010), a disinfecting liquid storage chamber (4011), a first feeder (4012), a cleaning agent storage chamber (4013), a second feeder (4014), a second water pipe (4015), a clear water storage chamber (4016), a third feeder (4017), a third water pipe (4018), an L-shaped connecting frame (4019), an ultraviolet disinfector (4020) and a drying mechanism (4021); a bump (402) is arranged in the middle of the top end of the first connecting plate (401); the right end of the first connecting plate (401) is welded with the second connecting plate (403); an equal distribution cabin (408) is arranged above the top end of the first connecting plate (401); a second water outlet pipe (404) is arranged at the left part of the second connecting plate (403); the left top of the second connecting plate (403) is connected with an ultraviolet reflector (405); a first opening (406) is formed in the upper right of the second connecting plate (403); a second cabin door (407) is arranged at the right side of the first opening (406); a second spray head (409) is arranged at the left part of the bottom end of the equalizing chamber (408); the right part of the top end of the equalizing chamber (408) is connected with a first water pipe (4010); the top end of the first water pipe (4010) is connected with a disinfectant storage cabin (4011); the left end of the disinfectant storage cabin (4011) is welded with the cleaning agent storage cabin (4013); the right end of the disinfectant storage cabin (4011) is welded with the clear water storage cabin (4016); a second feeder (4014) is arranged at the right top of the cleaning agent storage cabin (4013); the right bottom of the cleaning agent storage cabin (4013) is connected with a second water pipe (4015); a third feeder (4017) is arranged at the left top of the clean water storage cabin (4016); the left bottom of the clear water storage cabin (4016) is connected with a third water pipe (4018); the middle left part of the bottom end of the clear water storage cabin (4016) is welded with an L-shaped connecting frame (4019); the right part of the bottom end of the clear water storage cabin (4016) is connected with the drying mechanism (4021), the left top part of the drying mechanism (4021) is connected with the disinfectant storage cabin (4011), and the left part of the drying mechanism (4021) is connected with the L-shaped connecting frame (4019); an ultraviolet sterilizer (4020) is arranged at the bottom end of the L-shaped connecting frame (4019); the top of the left end of the first connecting plate (401) is connected with a first baffle (306); the right end of the second connecting plate (403) is connected with the main frame (1); the outer surface of the first opening (406) is connected with the main frame (1); the left end of the second cabin door (407) is connected with the main frame (1); the left part and the middle part of the top end of the equalizing compartment (408) are connected with the main frame (1); the top end of the disinfectant storage cabin (4011) is connected with the main frame (1); the middle part of the outer surface of the first feeder (4012) is connected with the main frame (1); the left end and the top end of the cleaning agent storage cabin (4013) are connected with the main frame (1); the middle part of the outer surface of the second feeder (4014) is connected with the main frame (1); the left part of the second water pipe (4015) is connected with the mixing cabin (308); the top end and the right end of the clean water storage cabin (4016) are connected with the main frame (1); the middle part of the outer surface of the third feeder (4017) is connected with the main frame (1); the left part of the third water pipe (4018) is connected with the mixing cabin (308); the right part of the drying mechanism (4021) is connected with the main frame (1); the left part of the drying mechanism (4021) is connected with the auxiliary mechanism (5).

A baby-product disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the auxiliary mechanism (5) comprises a motor (501), a second transmission wheel (502), a third transmission wheel (503), a first bevel gear (504), a second bevel gear (505), a fourth transmission wheel (506), a second baffle (507), a first wheel (508), a third electric push rod (509), a second support plate (5010), a fourth electric push rod (5011), a fifth transmission wheel (5012), a waste-liquid storage compartment (5013), a drainage plate (5014), a second opening (5015), a pollution discharge device (5016), a second wheel (5017) and a third baffle (5018); the middle part of the front end of the motor (501) is rotationally connected with a second transmission wheel (502); a second baffle (507) is arranged at the lower left of the motor (501); a first wheel (508) is arranged at the lower right of the motor (501); the left side of the second transmission wheel (502) is in transmission connection with a third transmission wheel (503) through a belt; the right side of the second transmission wheel (502) is in transmission connection with a fifth transmission wheel (5012) through a belt; the middle part of the front end of the third transmission wheel (503) is rotationally connected with the first bevel gear (504); the left part of the front end of the first bevel gear (504) is meshed with a second bevel gear (505); the middle part of the left end of the second bevel gear (505) is rotationally connected with a fourth transmission wheel (506); a third electric push rod (509) is arranged on the right side of the first wheel (508); the bottom end of the third electric push rod (509) is welded with the second supporting plate (5010); the right part of the top end of the second supporting plate (5010) is welded with a fourth electric push rod (5011); a waste liquid storage cabin (5013) is arranged at the upper right part of the fourth electric push rod (5011); a second wheel (5017) is arranged on the right side of the fourth electric push rod (5011); the top of the left end of the waste liquid storage cabin (5013) is welded with a drainage plate (5014); a second opening (5015) is formed in the right top of the waste liquid storage cabin (5013); a blowdown device (5016) is arranged at the right bottom of the waste liquid storage cabin (5013); the bottom end of the motor (501) is connected with the main frame (1); the middle part of the rear end of the third driving wheel (503) is connected with the main frame (1); the middle part of the left end of the fourth transmission wheel (506) is connected with the main frame (1); the upper part of the top end of the fourth driving wheel (506) is connected with a first driving wheel (3020); the top end of the second baffle (507) is connected with the main frame (1); the top end of the first wheel (508) is connected with the main frame (1); the top end of the third electric push rod (509) is connected with the main frame (1); the top end of the fourth electric push rod (5011) is connected with the main frame (1); the middle part of the rear end of the fifth transmission wheel (5012) is connected with the main frame (1); the upper right part of the fifth transmission wheel (5012) is connected with a drying mechanism (4021); the bottom end and the right end of the waste liquid storage cabin (5013) are connected with the main frame (1); the left end of the drainage plate (5014) is connected with the main frame (1); the left part of the outer surface of the blowdown device (5016) is connected with the main frame (1); the top end of the second wheel (5017) is connected with the main frame (1); the top end of the third baffle (5018) is connected with the main frame (1).

A baby product disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the drying mechanism (4021) comprises a sixth driving wheel (402101), a third bevel gear (402102), a fourth bevel gear (402103), a seventh driving wheel (402104), an eighth driving wheel (402105), rotating fan blades (402106), filter plates (402107), a first heating rod (402108), a second heating rod (402109) and an air inlet pipe (4021010); the middle part of the bottom end of the sixth driving wheel (402101) is rotationally connected with a third bevel gear (402102); the right side of the sixth driving wheel (402101) is in driving connection with the eighth driving wheel (402105) through a belt; the rear part of the bottom end of the third bevel gear (402102) is meshed with the fourth bevel gear (402103); the middle part of the rear end of the fourth bevel gear (402103) is rotationally connected with a seventh driving wheel (402104); the middle part of the bottom end of the eighth driving wheel (402105) is rotationally connected with the rotary fan blade (402106); a filter plate (402107) is arranged below the bottom end of the rotating fan blade (402106); a first heating rod (402108) is arranged above the left side of the rotating fan blade (402106); a second heating rod (402109) is arranged at the upper right part of the rotating fan blade (402106); an air inlet pipe (4021010) is arranged at the right side of the second heating rod (402109); the middle part of the top end of the sixth driving wheel (402101) is connected with a disinfectant storage cabin (4011); the middle part of the rear end of the seventh driving wheel (402104) is connected with an L-shaped connecting frame (4019); the middle part of the top end of the eighth driving wheel (402105) is connected with a clean water storage cabin (4016); the right end of the filter plate (402107) is connected with the main frame (1); the left end of the filter plate (402107) is connected with an L-shaped connecting frame (4019); the top end of the first heating rod (402108) is connected with the clean water storage cabin (4016); the top end of the second heating rod (402109) is connected with the clean water storage cabin (4016); the left part of the outer surface of the air inlet pipe (4021010) is connected with the main frame (1).

A baby-product disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein a water-blocking block is provided at the contact point of the right bottom of the washing compartment (302) and the left bottom of the first baffle (306), and the top end of the washing brush (305) is provided with a slope from the upper left to the lower right.
7. A baby product disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first hair removal bar (3015) and the second hair removal bar (3016) are provided with plastic blocks on their outer surfaces.
8. The baby-product sterilizing apparatus as defined in claim 7, wherein the first connecting plate (401) is provided at the top and bottom ends thereof with a slope from upper left to lower right, and the protrusions (402) are provided in three sets, respectively mounted at the top left portion, the top middle portion and the top right portion of the first connecting plate (401).
9. The sterilizing apparatus for infant products according to claim 8, wherein the second spraying heads (409) are provided in three groups, respectively installed at the left bottom end portion, the middle bottom end portion and the right bottom end portion of the equalizing chamber (408).
