During the rotation of the turntable 61, the film 631 of the film assembly 63 can effectively sweep the residual powder on the bottom wall 31 of the grinding seat 3 into the powder outlet channel 321, so as to reduce the amount of residual powder on the bottom wall 31. In the first embodiment, the spacing distance between each film 631 and the bottom wall 31 is substantially 0.5mm, which can ensure that the turntable 61 can smoothly rotate relative to the bottom wall 31 and effectively sweep the residual powder to the powder outlet channel 321.
After the first embodiment is used for a period of time, a certain amount of residual powder still accumulates inside the grinding seat, and if a user needs to clean the grinding seat, the user only needs to separate the outer blade unit 8 from the grinding seat 3 upwards, and then unscrew the first shaft 511 relative to the second shaft 512 to separate the first shaft 511 from the second shaft 512, so that the inner blade unit 7 and the powder cleaning unit 6 can be taken out for cleaning, and meanwhile, the bottom wall 31 of the grinding seat 3 can be exposed, so that the user can clean the residual powder remained on the bottom wall 31.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, as the aforesaid preliminary cleaning is still insufficient, since the rotating shaft unit 5 is detachably coupled to the lower clutch member 222 of the driving mechanism 22 through the upper clutch member 52, the user can first grip the clamping block 93 of the positioning unit 9 with one finger, and then rotate the polishing seat 3 with the other hand along the clockwise direction relative to the positioning unit 9, so that the protrusion 33 of the polishing seat 3 is dislocated with the hook 92 of the positioning unit 9 to assume the state shown in fig. 6, and the polishing seat 3 with other components assembled thereon can be lifted up from the positioning unit 9 through the handle 4 in the whole set as shown in fig. 7, so that the whole set of the polishing mechanism 21 is separated from the driving mechanism 22, and the polishing mechanism 21 can be put under the faucet in the whole set for cleaning, or the components can be detached for cleaning one by one as mentioned before, which is quite convenient.
In summary, the driving mechanism 22 of the polishing apparatus of the present invention can be detachably assembled and connected to the inner blade assembly 23 of the polishing mechanism 21, so that the polishing mechanism 21 can be taken out and cleaned as a whole after the inner blade assembly 23 is separated from the driving mechanism 22, thereby solving the problem of difficult cleaning.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a second embodiment of the polishing apparatus of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the upper clutch member 52 (see fig. 3) and the lower clutch member 222 (see fig. 3) are omitted from the second embodiment, the rotating shaft unit 5 omits the first shaft member 511 (see fig. 3) and the second shaft member 512 (see fig. 3) and includes only one rotating shaft member 53, and the cross section of the bottom end portion of the rotating shaft member 53 cut along the radial direction is polygonal, and can be inserted into a polygonal assembling hole 225 formed in the driving mechanism 22, so that the rotating shaft member 53 can be driven by the driving mechanism 22 and can be used for separating the polishing mechanism 21 from the driving mechanism 22 in a whole set.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
