A weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant weather cabinet with waterproof and dustproof functions comprises a cabinet body 1 and a cabinet door 2, wherein the cabinet door 2 is hinged with the cabinet body 1 and can be opened and closed; an air inlet 3 is arranged at the upper part of the side wall of the cabinet body 1, and the air inlet 3 penetrates through the side wall of the cabinet body 1; an air inlet fan 4 is arranged at the inner side of the air inlet 3; a first dust removal filter screen 5 is covered at the air outlet of the air inlet fan 4; a first dehumidification filter box 6 is arranged behind the first dust removal filter screen 5, and a desiccant filter core is filled in the first dehumidification filter box 6; a first protection cover 7 in a grid shape is covered behind the first dehumidification filter box 6; an air outlet 9 is arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the cabinet body 1; a second dehumidification filter box 10 is arranged at the inner side of the air outlet 9, and a desiccant filter core is filled in the second dehumidification filter box 10; a second dust removing filter screen 11 is covered behind the second dehumidifying filter box 10; a second protective cover 12 in a grid shape is covered behind the second dust removing filter screen 11; the cabinet body 1 and the cabinet door 2 are both made of aluminum alloy materials, and the cabinet body 1 and the cabinet door 2 are both coated with anticorrosive coatings.
Example 2
A weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant weather cabinet with waterproof and dustproof functions comprises a cabinet body 1 and a cabinet door 2, wherein the cabinet door 2 is hinged with the cabinet body 1 and can be opened and closed; an air inlet 3 is arranged at the upper part of the side wall of the cabinet body 1, and the air inlet 3 penetrates through the side wall of the cabinet body 1; an air inlet fan 4 is arranged at the inner side of the air inlet 3; a first dust removal filter screen 5 is covered at the air outlet of the air inlet fan 4; a first dehumidification filter box 6 is arranged behind the first dust removal filter screen 5, and a desiccant filter core is filled in the first dehumidification filter box 6; a first protection cover 7 in a grid shape is covered behind the first dehumidification filter box 6; an air outlet 9 is arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the cabinet body 1; a second dehumidification filter box 10 is arranged at the inner side of the air outlet 9, and a desiccant filter core is filled in the second dehumidification filter box 10; a second dust removing filter screen 11 is covered behind the second dehumidifying filter box 10; a second protective cover 12 in a grid shape is covered behind the second dust removing filter screen 11; the cabinet body 1 and the cabinet door 2 are both made of aluminum alloy materials, and the cabinet body 1 and the cabinet door 2 are both coated with anticorrosive coatings.

In this embodiment, the anticorrosive coating comprises the following components by weight:
100 portions of water
35 parts of PU-300 type waterborne polyurethane, the solid content of which is within the range of 30-40 percent
16 portions of polyacrylamide
3 parts of gamma-mercaptopropyl trimethoxy silane
4 portions of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose
Ammonium lignosulfonate 2 parts
10 parts of rutile type titanium dioxide
20 portions of calcium carbonate
Dispersant 2 parts
0.5 part of wetting agent
0.5 portion of defoaming agent
0.8 part of preservative
Thickening agent 5 parts
Leveling agent 3 parts
In this embodiment, the coating method of the anticorrosive coating is as follows: the components are uniformly mixed and then sprayed on the inner surface and the outer surface of a meteorological cabinet, and the meteorological cabinet is dried for 3 hours at the temperature of 95 ℃; repeating the steps for many times to enable the thickness of the coating to reach 150 mu m; then aged at 70 ℃ for 12 h.
In this example, the dispersant was PEG-400, the main component of which was polyethylene glycol.

8. The weather cabinet with waterproof and dustproof functions, high weather resistance and corrosion resistance as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the leveling agent is a BYK-346 type leveling agent, and the main component of the leveling agent is polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane.
