Abstract

The structural layer 12 is formed by blending polypropylene fiber and nylon fiber added with microbial bactericide, and can improve the sterilizing effect. The fiber layer 13 is a blended fabric interwoven by bamboo fibers and bamboo charcoal fibers, and can improve the comfort performance of the mask. This application improves the filter effect greatly through outside inoxidizing coating 11, then further improves the filter effect through structural layer 12, carries out last protection through fibrous layer 13 at last, and layer upon layer is progressive, eliminates different levels's pollutant gradually.

The bamboo fiber and the bamboo charcoal fiber are interwoven in a plain weave mode, so that the density can be improved, and the first fiber layer 13 is close to one side of a user and can be attached to the surface of the skin of the user, so that the comfort performance of the user is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the bamboo fibers and the bamboo charcoal fibers are interwoven into blended cloth by adopting plain weave or twill weave. The density and the filtering effect of the fiber layer 13 can be improved, and the tensile capacity can be improved without adding a filtering layer.

interweaving the nanofibers and the submicron fibers to form a coating layer 112, enabling the coating layer 112 to be attached to the base material layer 111, then spraying a polymer solution onto the coating layer 112, and completely attaching the coating layer 112 to the base material layer 111 to form the protective layer 11; wherein the polymer comprises cellulose acetate, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile polymer or polyurethane; the density of the coating 112 formed by interweaving the nano fibers and the submicron fibers is very high, so that the filtering effect of the protective layer 11 is greatly improved;
laminating the protective layer 11, the structural layer 12 and the fiber layer 13 in multiple layers, and sealing the edges to manufacture the mask body 1;
the protective strips 131 are pressed on the two sides of the mask body 1 and are attached to the cheeks of a human body, so that dust machine viruses in the air can be better prevented from directly entering the mouth and the nose of the human body;
the ear hanging part 2 is pressed on the mask body 1 to manufacture the mask.
In the embodiment of the application, the bamboo fibers and the bamboo charcoal fibers are interwoven into blended cloth by adopting plain weave or twill; the interweaving of plain or twill can improve the density and filtering effect of the fiber layer 13, and can also improve the tensile capacity without adding a filtering layer.
In the embodiment of the application, the polypropylene fiber and the nylon fiber can be carded into the fiber web after being mixed, and then the fiber web is subjected to needling treatment; entangling the fibers of the web with one another to form a structural layer 12 having a strength and thickness; the density of the structural layer 12 is improved, and the filtering effect is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the surface of the coating 112 is provided with the antistatic dispersion liquid, the antistatic dispersion liquid is prepared by taking carbon nanotube powder, a dispersing agent and deionized water as raw materials to form a mixed liquid, and then the mixed liquid is dispersed to prepare the antistatic dispersion liquid; then, the antistatic dispersion liquid is sprayed onto the base material layer 111, so that the antistatic effect of the base material layer can be improved.
The mass concentration of the carbon nanotube powder in the antistatic dispersion liquid is between 6% and 9%, the mass concentration of the dispersing agent is between 5% and 8%, and the mixture is dispersed for 4 hours, so that the antistatic dispersion liquid is uniform, and a better antistatic effect can be obtained.

the mask body comprises a protective layer, a structural layer and a fiber layer which are sequentially arranged, the fiber layer is positioned at one side close to a user, and protective strips are arranged at two sides of the fiber layer;
the protective layer comprises a base material layer and a coating layer interwoven by nano fibers and submicron fibers;
the structural layer is formed by blending polypropylene fiber and nylon fiber added with a microbial bactericide;
the fiber layer is a blended fabric interwoven by bamboo fibers and bamboo charcoal fibers.
2. The protective mask according to claim 1, wherein the bamboo fibers and the bamboo charcoal fibers are interwoven into a blended fabric by plain weave or twill weave.
3. The protective mask of claim 1 wherein said structural layer is provided with support strips, said support strips being disposed transversely or longitudinally.
4. The protective mask of claim 1 wherein said sub-micron fibers are partially loaded with gel and then interwoven with said nanofibers.
5. The protective mask of claim 1 wherein the substrate layer is provided with a layer of antistatic dispersion on the side away from the coating.
6. The processing technology of the protective mask is characterized by comprising the following steps:
interweaving bamboo fibers and bamboo charcoal fibers to form a fiber layer;
polypropylene fiber and nylon fiber added with microbial bactericide are blended into a structural layer;
interweaving the nano fibers and the submicron fibers to form a coating, enabling the coating to be attached to the base material layer, spraying the coating on the coating through a polymer solution, and completely attaching the coating to the base material layer to form a protective layer;
and pressing the protective layer, the structural layer and the fiber layer in a multi-layer manner, and sealing the edges to manufacture the mask body.
7. The process according to claim 6, wherein the bamboo fibers and the bamboo charcoal fibers are interwoven into a blended fabric by plain weave or twill weave.
8. The process of claim 6 wherein said polypropylene fibers and said nylon fibers are combined and carded into a web, and said web is then needle punched.
9. The processing technology of claim 6, wherein the surface of the coating is provided with an antistatic dispersion liquid, the antistatic dispersion liquid is prepared by taking carbon nanotube powder, a dispersing agent and deionized water as raw materials to prepare a mixed liquid, and then the mixed liquid is dispersed to prepare the antistatic dispersion liquid; and then spraying the antistatic dispersion onto the substrate layer.
