Abstract

本发明公开了一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,属于消毒剂加工制造技术领域,包括如下步骤:(1)包覆剂制备、(2)消毒剂制备、(3)密封保存处理。本发明方法制得的消毒剂具有安全可靠、成本低廉、味道友好、对人体无害的特点,且其能够持续产生1~2ppm的二氧化氯,可有效杀灭空气中的微生物,同时可有效使用时长达70天。

技术领域
本发明属于消毒剂加工制造技术领域,具体涉及一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,全球多次发生流行性疾病,给全世界人民带来极大的痛苦,对人民健康和世界经济带来伤害。肺炎使大量人员产生了呼吸系统感染,同时有发热、腹泻、呕吐等症状,还有部分人员出现神经系统综合症。大规模的病毒传播,使得大部分企业停工,商业活动停摆,给经济发展带来了巨大打击。病毒的传播方式主要是接触,在有限空间里面的病毒浓度高,感染率更高,因此对有限空间的消毒非常迫切。市售的消毒剂如84消毒液、酒精等都为液态消毒剂,在空气中的停留时间短,只能作为间歇式消毒方式,同时84消毒剂对人体会产生有害作用,酒精大量使用也有火灾风险。二氧化氯可以杀灭一切微生物,而且以气态存在于空气中,可以持久消毒,同时其对高等动物细胞、精子及染色体无致癌、致畸、致突变作用,ClO2使用剂量极低,使用ClO2消毒十分安全,无残留毒性,其安全性是被世界卫生组织(WHO)定为AI级。目前也有一些二氧化氯产品在市售,主要存在效果差、持续性差、味道不友好、售价高等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,制得的消毒剂具有味道好、安全价优的特点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)包覆剂制备:将亚氯酸钠粉、柠檬酸、硫酸钠、壳聚糖、乙酸芳樟酯、乙酸香叶酯、乙酰乙酸乙酯按照比例混合,得到包覆剂;
(2)消毒剂制备:将步骤(1)所得的包覆剂与沸石颗粒混合投入造粒机,然后加入粘合剂,再经过包覆、造粒、烘干处理后,得消毒剂;
(3)密封保存处理:将步骤(2)制得的消毒剂先装于透气袋中,然后再将其装入到铝箔袋内封装保存即可。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的亚氯酸钠粉的含量为2~10wt%、柠檬酸的含量为4~15wt%、硫酸钠的含量为65~85wt%、壳聚糖的含量为0.5~2wt%、乙酸芳樟酯的含量为0.1~0.3wt%、乙酸香叶酯的含量为0.1~0.3wt%、乙酰乙酸乙酯的含量为0.05~0.15wt%。
优选的,所述的亚氯酸钠粉的含量为6~8wt%、柠檬酸的含量为9~12wt%、硫酸钠的含量为75~80wt%、壳聚糖的含量为1~1.5wt%、乙酸芳樟酯的含量为0.15~0.2wt%、乙酸香叶酯的含量为0.15~0.2wt%、乙酰乙酸乙酯的含量为0.1~0.15wt%。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的亚氯酸钠粉中的亚氯酸钠固含量大于82%,亚氯酸钠粉的颗粒粒径为100~200目。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的沸石为绿沸石,其颗粒粒径为60~150目;所述的沸石内表面积为800~1300m2/g。
优选的,所述的沸石为绿沸石,其颗粒粒径为100~120目;所述的沸石内表面积为1100~ 1200m2/g。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的粘合剂为2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸;所述2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸的颗粒粒径为30~100目。
优选的,所述2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸的颗粒粒径为50~80目。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的造粒的粒径为2~7mm。
优选的,所述的造粒的粒径为4~5mm。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明方法制得的消毒剂具有安全可靠、成本低廉、味道友好、对人体无害的特点,且其能够持续产生1~2ppm的二氧化氯,可有效杀灭空气中的微生物,同时可有效使用时长达70天,极具市场竞争力。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明专利的内容,下面通过具体的实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案,而本发明并不局限于实施例。
实施例1
(1)取7g亚氯酸钠、10g柠檬酸、80g硫酸钠、1.5g壳聚糖、0.2g乙酸芳樟酯、 0.15g乙酸香叶酯、0.15g乙酰乙酸乙酯混合形成包覆剂;
(2)取900g绿沸石,其粒径目数为100目、内表面积1200m2/g,15g 2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸,将步骤(1)制得的包覆剂对其进行包覆、造粒、烘干处理,造粒的粒径控制为5mm;
(3)将步骤(2)造粒后所得的消毒剂装入无纺布袋内即可。
对本实施例1得到的固体消毒剂进行二氧化氯释放速率测定,具体数据见附图1中所示。
实施例2
(1)取6.5g亚氯酸钠、11g柠檬酸、80g硫酸钠、1.3g壳聚糖、0.2g乙酸芳樟酯、0.15g乙酸香叶酯、0.15g乙酰乙酸乙酯混合形成包覆剂;
(2)取900g绿沸石,其粒径目数为100目、内表面积1200m2/g,15g 2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸,将步骤(1)制得的包覆剂对其进行包覆、造粒、烘干处理,造粒的粒径控制为5mm;
(3)将步骤(2)造粒后所得的消毒剂先装入无纺布袋内,然后再用铝箔袋封装即可。

Claims (10)

1.一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)包覆剂制备:将亚氯酸钠粉、柠檬酸、硫酸钠、壳聚糖、乙酸芳樟酯、乙酸香叶酯、乙酰乙酸乙酯按照比例混合,得到包覆剂;
(2)消毒剂制备:将步骤(1)所得的包覆剂与沸石颗粒混合投入造粒机,然后加入粘合剂,再经过包覆、造粒、烘干处理后,得消毒剂;
(3)密封保存处理:将步骤(2)制得的消毒剂先装于透气袋中,然后再将其装入到铝箔袋内封装保存即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的亚氯酸钠粉的含量为2~10wt%、柠檬酸的含量为4~15wt%、硫酸钠的含量为65~85wt%、壳聚糖的含量为0.5~2wt%、乙酸芳樟酯的含量为0.1~0.3wt%、乙酸香叶酯的含量为0.1~0.3wt%、乙酰乙酸乙酯的含量为0.05~0.15wt%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的亚氯酸钠粉的含量为6~8wt%、柠檬酸的含量为9~12wt%、硫酸钠的含量为75~80wt%、壳聚糖的含量为1~1.5wt%、乙酸芳樟酯的含量为0.15~0.2wt%、乙酸香叶酯的含量为0.15~0.2wt%、乙酰乙酸乙酯的含量为0.1~0.15wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的亚氯酸钠粉中的亚氯酸钠固含量大于82%,亚氯酸钠粉的颗粒粒径为100~200目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的沸石为绿沸石,其颗粒粒径为60~150目;所述的沸石内表面积为800~1300m2/g。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的沸石为绿沸石,其颗粒粒径为100~120目;所述的沸石内表面积为1100~1200m2/g。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的粘合剂为2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸;所述2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸的颗粒粒径为30~100目。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸的颗粒粒径为50~80目。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的造粒的粒径为2~7mm。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种香型有限空间内用的安全消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的造粒的粒径为4~5mm。
