一种功率测量方法,包括:网络设备发送第一信息,第一信息指示第一周期,第一周期是第一信号的发射端口变化的周期,或者,第一周期是第一信号的发射端口变化的周期和第一信号的初始相位变化的周期的最小公倍数,其中,第一信号用于下行接收功率测量;网络设备确定第一信号;网络设备在多个第一周期内的相同位置通过同一组发射端口发射多个第一信号。实施本发明实施例,可以提高下行接收功率测量的精确度。
