Referring to fig. 2, the protective case 100 includes a protection member 10, a frame 30 and a support member 50, wherein the frame 30 is connected to the protection member 10, and the support member 50 is stacked on the protection member 10 and used as an integral support structure of the protective case 100, so that the protective case 100 has high structural strength.
In the present embodiment, the protector 10 has a substantially rectangular plate shape, which is a main body portion of the protective case 100, and serves as an outer surface of the protective case 100, forming a main appearance surface of the protective case 100. The peripheral edge of the protection member 10 is a curved surface to ensure that the protective case 100 has a good gripping feel. Further, the protection member 10 is provided with a first through hole 12, and the first through hole 12 is used for exposing a shooting module of the electronic device. The present specification does not particularly limit the position, shape, size, etc. of the opening of the first through-hole 12. For example, the first through hole 12 may be an oblong hole, which may extend in the longitudinal direction of the protective case 100, may extend in the width direction of the protective case 100, or the like. Specifically, the first through hole 12 may be disposed corresponding to a camera module of the electronic device. The camera module may include any one or more of a lens assembly, a flash assembly, and a light sensor (e.g., an infrared light sensor, a laser sensor).
In the embodiment of the present application, the protector 10 may be integrally formed by injection molding, and the material thereof may include any one of silicone oxide, silicone gel, Polycarbonate (PC), Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA), Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), and Polypropylene (PP). By selecting the above materials, the multicolor appearance of the protective member 10 can be realized, the design of the protective case 100 can be enriched, and the protective case 100 has high elasticity and toughness to ensure the protective effect on the electronic device.
In some embodiments, the surface of the protector 10 may be provided with one or more raised structures 14, the raised structures 14 being capable of increasing the surface roughness of the protector 10. The raised structures 14 may be disposed on the outer surface or the inner surface of the protector 10, and when the raised structures 14 are disposed on the outer surface of the protector 10, they can increase the structural layering of the protective case 100 and achieve the anti-slip function. When the raised structure 14 is disposed on the inner surface of the protector 10, it can increase the bonding surface area between the protector 10 and other materials (such as the support 50, etc.), so that the protective shell 100 can have high structural strength. Further, the raised structures 14 may be integrally formed from the same material as the protector 10, or the raised structures 14 may be formed from a different material than the protector 10, and they may be joined together by two-shot molding.
In the present embodiment, the bezel 30 has a substantially rectangular frame shape, which is an outer frame portion of the protective case 100 and is used for protecting the electronic device in the circumferential direction. The bezel 30 includes a body 32 and a plurality of key portions 34 connected to the body 32.
The body 32 is substantially annular, and is connected to an edge of the protection member 10, and forms a receiving space 210 together with the protection member 10, wherein the receiving space 210 is used for receiving electronic equipment. . In this embodiment, the body 32 includes a plurality of sides, and the sides are connected end to end in sequence to form a rectangular frame. Specifically, the body 32 includes a first side 323, a second side 325, a third side 327, and a fourth side 329. The first side 323, the second side 325, the third side 327 and the fourth side 329 are respectively connected to four sides of the protecting member 10, and the first side 323, the second side 325, the third side 327 and the fourth side 329 all extend along a direction substantially perpendicular to the protecting member 10, so that the protecting member 10, the first side 323, the second side 325, the third side 327 and the fourth side 329 together form the receiving space 210.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the first side 323, the third side 327, the second side 325, and the fourth side 329 are connected end to end in sequence to form a substantially rectangular shape, the first side 323 and the second side 325 are disposed substantially parallel to each other, and the third side 327 and the fourth side 329 are disposed substantially parallel to each other. Furthermore, at least one or more of the first side 323, the second side 325, the third side 327 and the fourth side 329 are connected to the protection member 10 through an arc-shaped corner, so that the protection shell 100 has a smooth appearance structure, and the holding hand feeling of a user is improved. Further, the first side 323 and the third side 327, the first side 321, the fourth side 329, the second side 325 and the third side 327, and the second side 325 and the fourth side 329 are connected by arc-shaped corners, so that the protective case 100 has a smooth shape structure, and the holding hand feeling of the user is further improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, the frame 30 and the protection member 10 may be made of the same or different materials, and they may be combined by assembling (e.g. adhering, melting, injection molding), or may be an injection molded integral structure. Specifically, the protection member 10 and the formation method of the frame 30 are not particularly limited, and for example, the protection member 10 may be formed by a first injection molding process, and the frame 30 and the like may be formed at the edge of the protection member 10 by a second injection molding process. The material of the frame 30 includes at least one of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, thermoplastic rubber, polypropylene modified polycarbonate, silica gel, and silicic acid gel. By selecting the materials to prepare the frame 30, the surface of the frame is not easy to scratch, the hand feeling of holding and pressing the key is better, and the service performance is good.
The support member 50 is laminated on the surface of the protector 10. Further, in the present embodiment, the support 50 is located in the receiving space 210 and is overlapped on a side of the protection member 10 facing the receiving space 210. The supporting member 50 includes a first body 52 and a first covering portion 54 connected to the first body 52.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the first body 52 is substantially rectangular and stacked on a side of the protection member 10 facing the receiving space 210. The first body 52 is provided with an exposing hole 521 for exposing the shooting module of the electronic device, and the exposing hole 521 is communicated with the first through hole 12. In other embodiments, the first body 52 may also be disposed on a side of the protection member 10 away from the receiving space 210, so that the support member 50 serves as an appearance structure of the protection casing 100 to enhance the mechanical strength of the protection casing 100.
The first cover portion 54 is disposed on one side of the first body 52 facing the protection member 10, surrounds the periphery of the exposing hole 521, and is embedded in the first through hole 12. Further, the size of the first through hole 12 is slightly larger than the size of the exposing hole 521, and the first through hole and the exposing hole are arranged approximately coaxially, when the first wrapping portion 54 is embedded into the first through hole 12, one side surface of the first wrapping portion 54 is attached to the hole wall of the first through hole 12, so that the structural strength of the protective shell 100 at the exposing hole 521 can be enhanced, and the shooting module of the electronic device can be effectively protected. Meanwhile, by disposing the first wrapping portion 54 around the exposing hole 521, light reflected from other portions (such as the protection member 10) of the protection casing 100 can be blocked from entering the camera of the electronic device, thereby avoiding affecting the normal shooting of the camera. Further, the structural strength of the entire protective case 100 can be improved by the laminated structure of the stay 50 and the protector 10.
Further, in the embodiments provided herein, the absorbance of the first cladding 54 is greater than or equal to a specified value, such as 50%. By limiting the light absorption rate of the first wrapping portion 54 to satisfy a certain range, the first wrapping portion 54 can absorb the reflected light entering the camera of the electronic device when surrounding the periphery of the shooting module of the electronic device. Meanwhile, the first covering portion 54 can also effectively reduce the reflection of light, and can also prevent light at other parts of the protective case 100 from reflecting into the camera of the electronic device. In some embodiments, the absorbance of the first cladding 54 should be understood as the absorbance of the support 50 to natural light, for example, the absorbance of the first cladding 54 to natural light is greater than or equal to 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%; the absorbance of the first coating portion 54 can also be understood as the absorptivity of the supporting member 50 for light with a specific wavelength or a specific kind of light (e.g., infrared light, laser light, etc.), for example, the absorptivity of the first coating portion 54 for infrared light or laser light is greater than or equal to 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, which can ensure that the amount of infrared light or laser light reflected by the first coating portion 54 is relatively small, thereby avoiding adverse effects on the detection accuracy of the light sensor of the electronic device.
In the present embodiment, the first covering part 54 and the first body 52 are integrally formed by injection molding from the same material, and the light absorption rate of the first covering part 54 can also be understood as the light absorption rate of the supporting member 50. In the present embodiment, by selecting different materials for the first coating portion 54 or the supporting member 50, the light absorption rate of the first coating portion 54 can be controlled to satisfy the above requirements. For example, the material of the supporting member 50 may include at least one of Polycarbonate (PC), Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), and Polypropylene (PP), and the hardness of the supporting member 50 is greater than that of the protecting member 10, so as to ensure that the protecting case 100 has high elasticity and high structural strength.
In other embodiments, by selecting different colors for the first coating portion 54 or the supporting member 50, the light absorption of the first coating portion 54 can be controlled to meet the above requirements, for example, the first coating portion 54 can be a darker color, such as black, gray, brown, dark blue, etc., and further, the color model (Lab) value range of the color of the outer surface of the first coating portion is: l is more than 0 and less than or equal to 30, a is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 2, and b is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 2. The Lab color model is composed of three elements of brightness (L) and related colors, namely a and b. L denotes a luminance component, a denotes a range from magenta to green, and b denotes a range from yellow to blue. Therefore, when the Lab value on the surface of the first coating portion 54 is within the above range, the first coating portion 54 can effectively reduce the reflected light, reduce the reflection of light when the camera takes a picture, and ensure the imaging quality of the camera to be good. Further, the value of L may be 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc., the value of a may be-1, 0, 1, 1.5, etc., and the value of b may be-1, 0, 1, 1.5, etc.
In some embodiments, the color of the surface of the supporting member 50 surrounding the camera module can satisfy the above conditions, so as to reduce the production cost of the supporting member 50. For example, the surface of the first body 52 of the supporting member 50 facing the exposing hole 521 is flush with the surface of the first covering portion 54 facing the exposing hole 521, and the surfaces of the two are used together as the wall of the exposing hole 521, which is the surface surrounding the camera module. The pore wall color model (Lab) value ranges are: l is more than 0 and less than or equal to 30, a is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 2, and b is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 2. Further, in some embodiments, an ink layer may be coated on the surface of the first coating portion 54 to conveniently control the surface color thereof and reduce the difficulty and cost of material selection, for example, the ink layer satisfying the color model (Lab) value range is coated on the hole wall. In the present specification, the material forming the ink layer and the preparation method are not particularly limited, and for example, the ink layer may be formed by a spraying or printing process, and the material of the ink layer may include polyurethane black oil, i.e., PU black oil.
In other embodiments, the color of the entire first coating portion 54 may satisfy the above condition, that is, the color model (Lab) value range of the outer surface of the first coating portion 54 is: l is more than 0 and less than or equal to 30, a is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 2, and b is more than or equal to 2, so that the light absorption effect of the first coating part 54 is improved. For example, in the width direction of the first wrapping portion 54, the color thereof also satisfies the above condition, a light absorption band can be formed in the radial direction substantially along the exposing hole 521, the light absorption band surrounds the shooting module of the electronic device, and extends along the radial direction of the exposing hole 521, so that the light absorption effect can be further improved, and the light can be prevented from being reflected into the camera of the electronic device. Further, the width of the light absorbing strip may be less than or equal to 2 mm and greater than or equal to 0.5 mm, that is, the width of the first coating portion 54 may be less than or equal to 2 mm and greater than or equal to 0.5 mm, and may be, for example, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.8 mm, and the like. The formation of the light absorbing band can also be realized by printing/spraying an ink layer, and the description is omitted. The above "width" should be understood as a dimension perpendicular to a circumferential length of the exposure hole 521 or the first clad portion 54, with respect to the circumferential length.
In other embodiments, the reflectivity of the first cladding portion 54 for light is less than or equal to a specified value, such as 40%, 30%, 20%, etc. By limiting the reflectivity of the first wrapping portion 54 to satisfy a certain range, when the first wrapping portion 54 surrounds the periphery of the shooting module of the electronic device, excessive light is prevented from being reflected by the camera of the electronic device, especially the light of the flash lamp. In some embodiments, the first coating portion 54 or the supporting member 50 may be made of different materials or different colors, so that the light absorption rate of the first coating portion 54 can be controlled to meet the above requirement, for example, the first coating portion 54 or the supporting member 50 may be made of an opaque material, which is not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the supporting member 50 further includes a first sidewall 56, and the first sidewall 56 is connected to an edge of the first body 52 and overlaps the frame 30 to reinforce the structure of the frame 30. In this embodiment, the first sidewall 56 is bent and extended relative to the first main body 52, and the shape of the first sidewall 56 substantially matches the shape of the frame 30, which is not described in detail herein.
Further, in the present embodiment, the protective case 100 further includes a gasket member 70, the gasket member 70 is disposed on a side of the support member 50 facing away from the protection member 10, and further, the gasket member 70 is disposed on a side of the first body 52 facing the receiving space 210, which is used for protecting the electronic device from being damaged by scraping. The pad member 70 may be an integrally formed structure, and the material thereof is different from that of the supporting member 50, and the hardness thereof may be lower than that of the supporting member 50, so as to improve the protection effect on the electronic device. In this embodiment, the padding member 70 material comprises ultra fine fibers. The superfine fiber is also called microfiber (micro fiber), the touch feeling of the superfine fiber is softer than that of pure cotton or artificial leather, the fiber density is extremely low, dirt is not easy to attach, the maintenance and the cleaning are more convenient, and the flexibility of the protective shell is enhanced and the protective effect is improved.
In the present embodiment, the pad member 70 includes a second body 72 and a second sidewall 74, the second body 72 is provided with a second through hole 721, the second body 72 is stacked on the first body 52, and the second through hole 721 is communicated with the exposing hole 521 of the first body 52.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the supporting member 50 has a structure for covering the hole wall of the second through hole 721 to prevent the second through hole 721 from reflecting too much light. Specifically, the supporting member 50 further includes a second covering portion 58, and the second covering portion 58 is disposed on a side of the first body 52 facing the pad member 70, surrounds an outer circumference of the exposing hole 521, and is inserted into the second through hole 721. Further, the size of the second through hole 721 is slightly larger than the size of the exposing hole 521, and the two are arranged approximately coaxially, when the second covering part 58 is inserted into the second through hole 721, one side surface of the second covering part 58 is attached to the hole wall of the second through hole 721, so that the structural strength of the protective shell 100 at the exposing hole 521 can be enhanced, and the shooting module of the electronic device can be effectively protected. Meanwhile, by arranging the second covering part 58 around the exposure hole 521, light rays at other parts (such as the gasket 70) of the protective shell 100 can be prevented from being reflected to enter the camera of the electronic device, so that the influence on the normal shooting of the camera is avoided.
Referring to fig. 8, the second side wall 74 is connected to the edge of the second body 72 and is overlapped on the first side wall 56 to reinforce the side frame structure of the protective case 100. In this embodiment, the second sidewall 74 is bent and extended relative to the second body 72, and the shape of the second sidewall 74 substantially matches the shape of the first sidewall 56, which is not described in detail herein.
Further, the end of the second side wall 74 is connected to the frame 30, and the surface of the second side wall 74 is smoothly connected to the end of the frame 30, so as to ensure that the surface of the protective case 100 is smooth. In the present embodiment, the frame 30 further includes a bridging portion 36, and the bridging portion 36 is connected to a side of the body 32 away from the protection member 10 and extends toward the receiving space 10. The extending direction of the overlapping portion 36 is substantially parallel to the protection member 10 so as to be substantially opposite to the protection member 10, and when the electronic device is accommodated in the accommodating space 210, the protection member 10 and the overlapping portion 36 are substantially located at two opposite sides of the electronic device, so that the electronic device can be clamped by the two members together, and the use reliability of the protective case 100 is improved. Further, in the present embodiment, the frame 30 further includes a connecting portion 38 connected to the body 32, and the connecting portion 38 is connected to the end of the second sidewall 74. Further, the connecting portion 38 is disposed on a side of the overlapping portion 36 facing the protection member 10 and overlapped on a surface of the first sidewall 56, so that the connecting portion 38 and the body 32 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the first sidewall 56 and jointly cover a terminal of the first sidewall 56, thereby improving a bonding strength between the frame 30 and the support member 50. When the second side wall 74 is superposed on the surface of the first side wall 56, the end of the connecting portion 38 away from the overlapping portion 36 is joined to the second side wall 74, and the surfaces of the two are smoothly joined.
Further, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the second side wall 74 is provided with a functional hole 741 therethrough, the functional hole 741 corresponds to one or more key portions 34 of the frame 30, and the key portions 34 are at least partially received in the functional hole 741.
