Description

Paper cone for loudspeaker and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electroacoustic, and particularly relates to a cone paper for a loudspeaker as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The cone is a key component of a loudspeaker vibration system, and the performance of the cone determines the effective frequency range, distortion performance and sound quality of the loudspeaker to a large extent. However, the paper material generally has the problem of insufficient rigidity, so that the loudspeaker generates segmentation vibration during high-frequency vibration, and the performance of the loudspeaker is affected. Moreover, some sounds from the existing common loudspeaker cone are not mellow in bass, not beautiful enough in mid-frequency and not transparent enough in treble, and the original sound performance of the sounds is not really displayed. Therefore, it is important to improve the rigidity of the cone.
CN102647654A discloses a reinforced cone for speaker with high structural strength and increased low frequency performance, and its manufacturing method. The method comprises the following steps: the structural sound effect reinforcing layer is formed by cutting and combining commercially available Korean paper and is provided with a plurality of holes which are different in size and are distributed randomly. The disadvantages of this approach include: a. the loudspeaker assembly process is complicated: firstly, performing gum dipping pretreatment on the structure sound effect reinforcing layer, then adhering the structure sound effect reinforcing layer on the surface of the cone, and finally performing post-treatment on the front surface of the cone, namely spraying the milky white glue diluent. b. The consistency of product performance in mass production cannot be ensured; c. the rigidity of the cone material itself is not improved.
CN105530574A discloses a high strength cone for loudspeaker, which improves the material formula of the traditional cone, and the introduced combined modified pulp effectively overcomes the defect of low moisture resistance of the cone in the prior art, so that the loudspeaker can maintain good fullness in full frequency band for a long time, thereby greatly inhibiting the distortion of the loudspeaker and improving the tone quality of the loudspeaker. However, the disadvantages of this method are: the material formula of the cone at least comprises the combination of polypropylene, poplar pulp and peach pulp. This greatly limits the choice of cone material and does not facilitate the adjustment of the tone and quality of the speaker to the actual requirements.
CN106303845A discloses a loudspeaker cone, which is composed of polyvinyl chloride, kapok fiber, pectin, styrene-butadiene latex, polyacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol in proportion, so that the loudspeaker can maintain good fullness in full frequency band for a long time, and the sound quality of the loudspeaker is improved. However, disadvantages of this approach include: a. the plant fiber in the formula is single in type and low in content, and is not beneficial to adjusting the tone and the tone quality of the loudspeaker according to actual requirements; b. compared with the traditional cone made of plant fibers, the cone for the loudspeaker has higher cost and is not suitable for industrial production.
Therefore, it is a research focus in the field to develop a speaker cone with stable mechanical properties and sound quality to meet the application requirements of speakers.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a cone for a loudspeaker and a preparation method and application thereof. The strength and the toughness of cone for the speaker are high, and the weight of cone for the speaker is lighter, and tone quality is true and stable.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a cone for a speaker, the raw material for preparing the cone for a speaker including: unbleached kraft pulp, hemp pulp, bark pulp, wool pulp and pulping enzymes.
The prepared slurry of the cone for the loudspeaker is obtained by matching unbleached sulfate wood pulp, hemp pulp, bark pulp and wool pulp, and the slurries are matched with each other and have synergy, so that the strength and the rigidity and the toughness of the cone for the loudspeaker can be improved, the stability of the cone for the loudspeaker is improved, the service life of the cone for the loudspeaker is prolonged, the stability of the structure of the cone for the loudspeaker is ensured, the fidelity of the cone for the loudspeaker is higher, and the tone quality is better. And add the making beating enzyme and can make above-mentioned each thick liquids plant fiber divide the brooming degree to improve, and then make the cohesion reinforcing between the fibre, finally reach the effect that improves the intensity of cone for the speaker, add the making beating enzyme moreover and can not change the pulp kind ratio of cone for the speaker, can not increase the weight of cone for the speaker to the at utmost reduces the influence to the speaker performance, and guarantee tone quality is stable.
The sulfate wood pulp is thick and long fiber, small in cell cavity and thick in cell wall, namely, the ratio of cell wall cavity of the fiber is large, and the fiber is hard and high in rigidity and is not easy to crush. More of its original tubular form is retained during extrusion drying and the interfiber bonding is weaker. Unbleached Kraft Pulp (UKP) is selected in the invention, and the fiber damage is less, so the toughness is good and the strength is high. The bast fiber pulp is long and tough, and the original beating degree of the bast fiber pulp is 13.5 DEG SR. The bark pulp is paper pulp prepared by taking paper mulberry bark as a raw material and pulping by an alkaline method. The paper mulberry bark has relatively good fiber form, and the long fiber ensures that the finished paper has high tearing strength, thereby creating favorable conditions for improving the strength of the cone for the loudspeaker. The wool pulp is prepared by degreasing wool, cleaning, mixing with plant fiber, and pulping. The low-frequency characteristic can be improved by adding the wool pulp into the sulfate pulp to manufacture the cone for the loudspeaker, because the proper wool-doped cone for the loudspeaker increases the internal damping of the cone for the loudspeaker, improves the sound quality of the cone for the loudspeaker and reduces the resonance frequency.
Preferably, the preparation raw materials of the cone for the loudspeaker comprise, by weight: 20-50 parts of unbleached sulfate wood pulp, 30-40 parts of hemp pulp, 10-20 parts of bark pulp, 5-20 parts of wool pulp and 0.01-0.03 part of pulping enzyme.

The main component of the pulping enzyme is cellulase, and the effect is as follows: the cellulase can degrade cellulose in the cell wall of each pulp, promote the cell wall structure to be loose, increase the permeability and reduce the cohesion of the fiber. Facilitating the peeling of S1 (secondary wall outer layer). And beating mechanical force is applied during beating to further delaminate cell walls, so that cell wall destruction and devillicate brooming are accelerated, more binding sites are formed among fibers, and the aim of improving the strength of the cone for the loudspeaker is fulfilled.

Performance testing
The respective properties of the cones for speakers prepared in examples 1 to 10 and those of the cones for speakers prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5 were measured, wherein the young's modulus (this test method is referred to from "young's modulus test error analysis of cone material for speakers") was as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Test sample Young's modulus (GPa)
Example 1 4.93
Example 2 4.86
Example 3 5.18
Example 4 6.41
Example 5 6.92
Example 6 6.56
Example 7 6.79
Example 8 4.29
Example 9 5.25
Example 10 5.28
Comparative example 1 4.16
Comparative example 2 4.12
Comparative example 3 4.05
Comparative example 4 3.84
Comparative example 5 3.37
As can be seen from the test data in Table 1, the Young modulus of the cone for the loudspeaker prepared by the method is more than 4.2 GPa; the cone for the loudspeaker adopts the mixed slurry of unbleached sulfate wood pulp, hemp pulp, bark pulp and wool pulp as the main material, is used for providing the rigidity and the toughness of the cone for the loudspeaker, and is added with pulping enzymes to improve the devillicate brooming degree of plant fibers, so that the bonding force between the fibers is enhanced, the strength of the cone for the loudspeaker is effectively ensured, the stability of the cone for the loudspeaker is improved, the internal damping of the cone for the loudspeaker is ensured, and the tone quality of the cone for the loudspeaker is improved. As is clear from the comparison of examples 1 to 3 and examples 4 to 7, the wet-hardening step further improved the strength of the cone for speakers. From the test data of example 8, it is found that when the compounding ratio of the slurry is out of the preferable compounding ratio range of the present invention, the young's modulus of the cone for speaker tends to be lowered, and the strength of the cone for speaker is lowered.
As is clear from comparison between example 1 and comparative example 1, the young's modulus of the cone for speaker produced by adding the beating enzyme at the beating stage is remarkably decreased because the pulp is hardly fibrillated and the pulp fibers are not sufficiently swollen by water absorption and brooming without adding the beating enzyme, and the strength and uniformity of the finished paper are decreased because the bonding force between the pulp fibers is weak. As can be seen from comparison between example 1 and comparative examples 2 to 5, the young's modulus and the loss tangent of the produced cone for speaker were reduced to various degrees in the absence of any component in the pulp, and it was confirmed that unbleached kraft pulp, hemp pulp, bark pulp and wool pulp in the cone material for speaker according to the present invention cooperate with each other to synergically enhance the strength of the cone for speaker and improve the sound quality of the cone for speaker. As is clear from comparison between example 1 and comparative example 6, the drop in young's modulus of the cone for a speaker produced by replacing unbleached sulfate wood pulp (UKP) with bleached sulfate wood pulp (BKP) is significant because the bleached sulfate wood pulp (BKP) hydrolyzes part of the cellulose during bleaching (removal of impurities), and thus the BKP has low fiber strength.
The applicant states that the present invention is described by the above embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, that is, the present invention is not meant to be implemented only by relying on the above embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
